Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Sin duda alguna la amabilidad e interés mostrados por los anfitriones para que nuestro viaje fuera lo mejor posible. Llegamos a media noche y ni eso fue impedimento para que nos esperarán para el chek-in y para darnos una amplia explicacion y toda la información de lo que había que visitar y comer en Oporto. El apartamento es cómodo, estaba limpio y bien ubicado para visitar a pie el casco historico de la ciudad. Un sobresaliente, sin lugar a dudas.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026El diseño muy bonito, la ubicación (puedes ir andando al centro y hay un bus en el puerta del alojamiento y una parada de metro a 3 minutos andando). La atención del dueño, cómo te recibe, y toda la información que te da...
La iluminación: no se veía nada bien de noche...Y encima alguna lámpara no funcionaba. En la sala pondría alguna lámpara de luz fría que aunque no sea tan bonita es más práctica para cenar... Conociendo el sitio, para dos personas no habría elegido la habitación Deluxe. Está en el 3er piso sin ascensor, hacía mucho calor y para refrescarla con el aire tardábamos bastante. Creo que con las de abajo, aunque son más pequeñas, habríamos estado más cómodos. Para 3 ó 4 personas está muy bien porque tiene muy separada la cama del sofá cama.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026L'appartamento è situato in una zona molto connessa sia alla città vecchia che alla nuova. Si raggiungono facilmente i posti di maggior interesse e si trova vicino la metro, quindi è facile arrivare dall'aeroporto. La stanza molto carina e con il necessario per passare un soggiorno sereno e comodo.
Una cosa scomoda è che l'appartamento era situato al secondo piano senza ascensore. Avrei inserito un tavolino con delle sedie, al posto delle poltroncine, ma per permettere una più comoda colazione in camera.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Il padrone di casa è stato molto gentile, ci ha spiegato dettagliatamente cosa fare e dove andare a Porto. E anche dove mangiare tipico. La posizione è comoda, dietro all' edificio c'è la fermata della metro Lapa e sotto casa c'è invece la fermata del bus 502. È a 20 minuti a piedi dalla Ribeira.
Si potrebbe migliorare l'insonorizzazione delle camere

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026La cordialità dell' host che ci ha accolto fornendoci informazioni sia sull' alloggio che sulla città, fermata autobus sotto casa ed un ottimo bar a pochi passi.
Il centro si raggiunge sì con i mezzi ma a piedi a non è esattamente a due passi ma con un quarto d'ora di cammino ci si arriva, per il resto nulla da aggiungere, davvero un' ottimo posto.

I keep suggesting to all my friends this place if they ever go to Porto because Rui was so caring and passionate about this city that my partner and I are already planning to come back. 10/10!

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Super freundlicher Gastgeber. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet. Der Garten hinter dem Haus ist schön, auch um sich mal auszuruhen. Wir haben mega viele Tipps zum Sightseeing und zum Essen gehen bekommen! Das war richtig klasse. Die Räder duften wir in diesem schön renoviertem Haus im Flur abstellen, was nicht nur sicher sondern auch mega praktisch war. In der direkten Nachbarschaft hat es ein tolles Kaffee, wo man gut frühstücken kann.

Reviewed May 19, 2026L’accueil de Rui à l’arrivée qui prend le temps et le soin d’expliquer ce que l’on peut faire à Porto. A l’écoute durant le séjour. La situation: bus pour la mer devant la porte. Métro à deux pas, idéal pour se rendre en ville ou à l’aéroport ( environ 1/2h pour quelques euros ) On peut aussi se rendre à ville à pied 15/20 min. Endroit sécurisé. Petite supérette, boulangerie et sushis a proximité. Je recommande fortement!

A la llegada nos tenían preparada toda clase de información turística que pudiéramos necesitar, mejor incluso que en la oficina de turismo. Son súper amables y cercanos, dispuestos a ayudar en todo. El apartamento es precioso, recién reformado y muy limpio. Perfecto para descansar. No se escucha un ruido a pesar de estar en una calle con tráfico intenso

Reviewed Oct 31, 2025Na verdade, gostei de tudo. O apartamento está muito bem decorado, muito limpo, as camas confortáveis, muito silencioso. A temperatura estava ótima, percebe-se que o apartamento está bem isolado. Não fica no centro, mas dá para lá chegar a pé. Também se pode ir de transportes públicos, o metro fica mesmo ao lado. Há também cafés, restaurantes e supermercados a poucos minutos.
Não tenho nada a apontar de negativo.

Reviewed Oct 4, 2025숙소가 정말 예쁘고 깨끗합니다! 들어가자마자 편안하고 깔끔한 인테리어에 반했습니다. 사장님께서도 자부심을 느끼시더라구요! 그만큼 넓고 쾌적한 숙소입니다. 4일을 묵었는데 이틀째에 청소를 해주시더라구요! 보통 에어비앤비는 잘 안 해주는데 청소까지 깔끔하게 해주셔서 감사했습니다. 그리고 짐을 맡길 경우 미리 말씀드렸어야 했는데 제가 깜빡하고 미리 문의하지 못 했습니다. 그럼에도 친절하게 말씀해주시며 그날 손님이 없으니 방에 짐을 놔두라고 해주시더라구요. 덕분에 정말 편하게 저녁까지 포르투 여행하다가 왔습니다. 포르투가 좁다보니 충분히 걸어다닐 만한 거리였습니다. 버스랑 지하철도 이용 가능하구요! 중심가랑 조금 떨어져있어서 조용하지만 너무 밤늦게 다니시면 사람이 거의 없어 조금 무서울 수는 있습니다. 어쨌든 숙소가 정말 깨끗하고 예쁘고, 사장님도 친절하셔서 정말 강력 추천드리는 숙소입니다!

Reviewed Sep 30, 2025We werden ontvangen door een heel hartelijke gastheer die ons allerlei tips meegaf voor ons verblijf bij Porto. We waren veel te vroeg ivm onze vroege vlucht, maar mochten onze tassen bij de receptie achterlaten en konden dus al van de dag genieten. We hadden het appartement op de zolder en deze was basic maar cosy ingericht. De ligging is een paar minuten lopen van het stadshart en openbaar vervoer in nabije omgeving. Top! We hebben genoten van ons verblijf.
Als je net als ik gevoelig bent voor geluid in de nacht, neem dan oordopjes mee want je hoort wel de weg.

Da es an einer stark befahrenen Einbahnstraße lag, war es extrem laut. Selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Das Bad war sehr eng und fülligere Menschen könnten Probleme haben.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2025Very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed apartment. I would definitely stay here again. Easy access from the airport, located right next to the Lapa metro station. We loved the interior design of the apartment as well as the entire building. It’s simple yet smart, with great attention to the original details of the old structure. It’s about a 30-minute walk to the old city centre, and we recommend taking Rua de Cedofeita – there are slightly shorter routes, but this one is much nicer. Communication with the host was excellent, and they kindly accommodated a very late check-in.

Upon our arrival our host gave us plenty of infos & tips for our stay (place to see, list of restaurants, etc!), he even took care of setting the TV to a French channel for us 👌. The room was very spacious & very clean (as the building in general!), it was also very quiet (we were garden side). Location is a few minutes from the historic center. It was perfect for our get away week-end!

Reviewed Sep 24, 2024I stopped in the top floor apartment and it was such a great spacious apartment, minimal and stylish. The building had the original wooden stair case and wall panelling leading up to the top floor. Very beautiful building. The apartment itself was brilliant. Open plan style bedroom/living room with a separate kitchen and bathroom. The apartment was very clean and had a great big comfortable bed. Upon arrival I was greeted by one of the owners (Rui I believe his name was) he could not have been more friendly and welcoming, I arrived early and the room was still being cleaned and he kindly sat down with me and gave me a run down of Porto the City. He suggested really great places to eat, different foods and drinks to try, he explained the easiest and best ways to use the different public transports. And I just want to say how much i appreciated this. He really made the effort. I would with out a doubt reccomend this place to anybody looking to stay in Porto. The apartment was amazing, the location was very central and Porto is an absolutely wonderful City. I will definitely return to visit.

The apartment was spotless, extremely comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We felt right at home and really appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Porto!
