Swiss Hotel Pattaya

A fabulous spot to retreat with the kids after a fun day at Ramayana water park nearby. Kids ran around the grounds, visited the animals and had a delicious dinner at the Thai restaurant across the road. The room was lovely and spacious.

Will be great once the restaurant is open for dinners.

L'établissement est désuet et un peu kitch mais il convient quand on est de passage où pour un court séjour.

The hotel was good value. The location was in a calm area outside of Pattaya. The hotel rooms were spacious and the bed comfortable. The hotel is family friendly and has a nice garden with animals where children can play. The owner and her family were very friendly and welcoming.

The restaurant was closed and there are not many restaurants in the area, but it is possible to have food delivered to the property. The decor is European inspired, but is a bit dated and would do well to be updated to a more uniform theme.

A lovely peaceful stay. Great room. Breakfast is simple and sufficient. Very convenient for temple and waterpark.

Would have liked more activities and shops open in the Swiss village.

Нам понравилось все, от оформления до прилегающей территории. Дизайн просто сказка, атмосферно и жизнерадостно. Советую всем!!! Цена очень низкая и рядом в 8 минутах с парком растений.

Ideal location for the trip, quiet, easy to find ( although at night a lot sign would help). Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The decoration gives the vibe of European peri-urban. The view and scenery is also great for vacations.

Wallpaper on the ceiling was quite old and about to come off. Need to change. Also, there were protruding nails from wall decorations which are dangerous, particularly for children.

Абсолютно милашная гостиница в бывшем детском парке, который ныне не функционирует, но антураж остался. Такой небольшой Дисней-ленд. Оформление номеров и пространства территории на 5 баллов. Такого в округе не найти. Чисто, тихо, сантехника и кондиционер функционируют нормально. До пляжа минут 10 на такси за 250-300 рублей. На 1-3 дня можно смело оставаться. Завтрак хороший.

The rooms are very nice, well decorated and comfortable

The place was very weird, sketchy, and very very enmpty. It looks like a haunted house. A place that used to be something but now is a shadow of a place... Is is not a walking distance from anywhere... Oh, except of the restaurant on the other side of the road. And that place was so good!!!

It is quiet, full of nature, theme park, nice place for photo ops.

The breakfast seems to be late at 8 am but the good staff allowed us to have it earlier.

Incredible experience , location is very good, because my visit was concert in Legend Siam , so I searched some place near . Amazing style you’re feel like you’re in Europe , room was very clean and huge sq m. Small farm and many nice decorations everywhere’s gave a super positive energy in this place . My family really want to say thank you for Swiss hotel Pattaya, because everything there was made with love , and can feel have people to take care about everything, personal very nice .

I liked how unique it was. There's a good amount of funkiness to this property -- far from normal.

The breakfast was only OK and taxis have a hard time finding your lobby. We had to jump the fence this morning because the taxi driver could not find the entry point.

Absolutely nothing

The place looked like a scene from a horror movie. Everything was undermaintained. There was no staff to be seen around except of some ladies packing food for sheep. There was no one at the reception. We had seen enough and wanted to cancel our stay there to move to another hotel (which we did), but the hotel refused a refund and they saw no problem with the property. So we did not stay there, wasted time and money on travel to get there, ended up booking another hotel and chatting with hitel and booking.com without any result to get our money refunded. A total disaster. 100% not recommend anyone. Stay away!

Amazing hotel. Very beautiful, cozy and clean rooms. On the territory of the hotel there is a farm where many cute animals live, which you can feed and pet. It is very quiet here and you can relax to the sounds of nature. A piece of paradise in noisy and crowded Pattaya. The staff was very polite, speaks English, Mr. Lek promptly and clearly resolved all issues, which made our stay at the farm even more comfortable. It was amazing to find such a pearl in Pattaya, where everything is so perfect. We liked it so much that we extended our stay. On one side of the hotel you can see the sunrise and Buddha. On the other side you can watch the sunset. There are interesting activities nearby: a water park, zip line, botanical garden, the sea is also nearby. When we come to Pattaya, we will only go to this hotel.

The room, breakfast and enviroment was actually an 8. But the rate came down a bit.

We arrived about 2 pm so we had a late lunch about 3 pm. The hotel doesnt serve any food except breakfast. They have roomservice through a restaurant. No charge for delivery and the food was good! Because we had a late lunch we didnt try to order dinner until 7.40 pm. Not very late in my opinion. The answer was that they close 8 pm and didnt take more orders. So we couldnt get any food that night. I have diabetes so thats quite a big deal. The reception was closed so we couldnt even get some more water. We knew that reception was closed but was planning to order water from roomservice.

Quiet and safe, especially for children. Many photo ops, colorful. Our room was a very large family suite, very cute and livable. Nice bathroom. Families with kids will enjoy the animals and outdoor space. Several nice small restaurants nearby and very close to Nong Nooch .

Hotel is a bit dated and needs help in many ways, but has great potential. During my visit, there was a shortage of staff, a reminder of Covid which left marks on many businesses. The breakfast was served in a beautiful out/indoor space next to lawns and a lake. Food was on the simple side, but adequate. Will probably improve during holiday season.
