Reviewed Sep 19, 2026The cleanliness of the room
I didn’t like the staff. I was being helped by one gentlemen and I asked him a question about family visiting while I would be staying there. This older white woman rudely interrupts him speaking to me, calls me a liar and tells me that no one at that location told me that family could visit while staying there. Once the conversation was over she still continued to speak on the topic instead of helping the other customers that were waiting in behind me.

Reviewed May 2, 2026The staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast selections were great. The room was clean.
The mattress in the room was dated; it had a deep pit in the center and not comfortable. The pool had a film on top that did not appear to be from routine chemical balancing.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026Property was very clean and had large rooms. The staff was extremely friendly, offered me a drink when I checked in, brought me toothpaste since I forgot to pack, and they even asked if my son needed extra water bottles before heading to his tournament. I was very impressed with their attentiveness.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026The room felt like I was in a gas station. The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a nonsmoking room. There were groups of people hanging out by the dumpster. There was a table and chairs out there and they were smoking and sitting in the dark. I was very uncomfortable and we wondered if they were doing drugs.

The area had shopping and dining options nearby and was convenient to the highway.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2025Everything was good. The only complaint I have is that there was a dirty washcloth left on the bathroom floor by the wastebasket. I had dropped a Kleenex that I threw in the Waste basket and went to pick it up and ended up touching that dirty washcloth. Ugh!!!!! The breakfast was really good and hit the spot in the morning.
