We had a very pleasant stay at Sea Hills Resort. As we had late check in at 1am in the morning, we contacted the staff and they patiently waited for us! The staff is super friendly, nice and kind! Always ready to help. Location is 10 out of 10! It’s in the middle of Patong. We didn’t need a taxi, everything is in walking distance. Our room was with a sea view, and we loved it. Just one thing we didn’t take into consideration is that the hotel is up the hill. The climb is very steep. It's hard to get up, so it's better to go by car.

Ļoti atraktīvi, atsaucīgi un forši saimnieki un viņu mazā meitiņa! 😊 Labs skats uz līci. Katram numuram ir balkons. Numurā ir tējkanna, kafija, cukurs, minibārs. Virtuves zonā ir mikroviļņu krāsns, indukcijas plīts, ledusskapis. Trauku (šķīvju, dakšu) nav, bet tos var palūgt recepcijā. Klusi un mierīgi. Vakaros skan laba mūzika. Blakus ZULA restorāns, cenas pieņemamas un ēdiens garšīgs. Tuvu nakts tirgus, masāžas salons, augļu tirdziņš pāri ielai. Patika, iespējams, ka atgriezīšos.

🤔 Tikai brīdinājums - ja ir problēmas ar staigāšanu, šī nebūs īstā vieta, jo ir jākāpj stāvā kalnā.

De hotel and the views are simply amazing. Very nice owners, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Excellent swimmingpool. Don't be afraid of 'the hill' it's less than 1 minute walk to get up and it results in a nice view Booked for 1 night but couldn't resist to come back for more.

Personnel serviable, ils sont prêt à vous aider quand c’est nécessaire. Chambre propre et l’emplacement est top.

La monté pour accéder à l’établissement est pas facile, pour une personne d’un certains âge c’est impossible.

Fantastisk utsikt med god beliggenhet for raskt å komme seg ut til sentrum. Det tok ca 15 min å gå til stranden. Fint basseng å kjøle seg ned i.

Veldig bratt bakke som må bestiges hver gang, strømmen var ute en hel dag pluss sporadisk de andre dagene. Manglet såpe og toalettpapir, som ikke ble fylt på.

Très bon hôtel, propre emplacement au top. Tt est à côté restos, boutiques 7 eleven….

Le seul point à savoir : avant d’y accéder, il y a une grande montée assez rude.

There is a walk of almost 200m on hill type road to reach the hotel which is not a good start and disappointing for leisure holidays

Nice hotel, nice rooms with comfy king size bed. Owners responded very quickly when we needed something. It's about a 15 minute walk to walking street

Am Ende unseres Aufenthalts wurden wir aufgefordert, ein verschmutztes Bettlaken zum Preis von 800 thb zu ersetzen. Personen mit Mückenstichen o.ä. raten wir dringend von einem Aufenthalt ab, dieses Ärgernis verhindert eine bessere Bewertung

Huge hill to climb and long flight of staircase

Wee hidden gem. Plus its ON A HILL! Literally says it in the name. So don't moan or leave bad reviews because of this! Was upgraded free of charge, thank you to Liisa and Kieran the lovely Estonian/English owners 😍 . Apart from Namphung in Rawai, closest to perfect you can get I've experienced.

The hosts are welcoming and great to talk to. Plus the pool is 24 hours open!

It can be challenging to access for the elderly as it’s on a steep hill . This is something to make note of but i actually liked the location, loads of privacy it’s just tucked out the way and you can really switch off to the outside world .

Great location if you dont want the rush of Patong. The hosts, Phil and Lisa were warm and helpful throughout. Nice view of the ocean from the top floors.

They have a 50m uphill slope which is fun for the young, but not for the elderly.

Positives: -the view from the room and balcony overlooking the town and bay is beautiful, v tropical -the shampoo and conditioner provided is good quality -the hotel pool and bar is great -the floating breakfast is incredible -its a very quiet resort away from the insanity of patong, but still walking distance -the staff are v friendly -the room air con is strong and cold - much needed! Negatives: -the hill which you have to walk to get to the resort is unbelievably steep. I couldnt walk it in shoes and had to walk barefoot for fear I'd slip. Only some taxis will attempt it - others which know it, won't do it. It is a very drastic incline - like a ladder sort of angle. I thought other reviews had exaggerated the steepness when I read the reviews prior to booking, but no, it is very very steep. You will not be able to do it if you have any accessibility requirements. You must be physically fit. -the shower is not in a cubicle and the bathroom is a wet room, which I'm not a fan of, but others may like

Beautiful hotel, so peaceful and welcoming. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The location is also great, it's close to everything but away from the loud evening noise in patong. The beds were sooo comfortable and possibly the best hotel pillows we've ever had. I would definitely stay here again! The walk up the hill to the hotel from the main road is quite steep, but it got easier after doing it a few times. If not Taxi was super cheap.

Specifically clarified & got reply from hotel about the kitchenettes (meant to cook as our own)facilities in our booked rooms. There were no stove in the kitchen, even our repeated points request for this was denied. So we lost our carried vegitables & other groceries to our cooking purpose; moreover we lost

Just had an amazing four nights at the Sea Hills Resort ,the rooms are exceptionally clean with large LG Smart tv to watch in the huge comfortable bed There is a lage wardrobe for clothes and a fridge to keep you drinks cool , the view from your room is beautiful looking out to sea and over the swimming pool The staff are very attentive to your needs and very friendly and also the food is amazing 10/10 The Resort is at the top of a hill but the lovely Liisa and her staff will kindly give you a lift up and down , the Resort is only a 10 min walk to phuket beach and 20 mins walk to Bangla Road walking street Any info required please inbox me

It would have been a nice hotel if it hadn't been for the incident with my money. spacious room with a nice view of the pool, the city and Patong Bay, very nice and helpful girl at the reception made coffee every morning, overall it's a quiet place in Patong

Unfortunately, one of the staff stole 100 dollars from me. One day, my friend and I went on business to the center of Phuket. On the way, it turned out that my friend did not remember whether he had closed the safe before leaving or not. We called the hotel and asked to check. The hotel administrator checked and said that the safe door was open, but he had closed it. When we returned to the hotel, we found that one bill was missing from the wad of cash dollars that was in the safe and it was clear that this wad had been unrolled, since it was tightly wrapped in film. I know that this method of stealing cash is widely used by hotel staff in many countries: thieves think that the owner of the money will not notice that one bill was taken out of the wad, especially if there are quite a lot of bills, as there were in my case. Of course, we did not file a complaint with the hotel administration, since nothing can be proven in these circumstances, but we asked the staff not to come to our room anymore, even to clean it. What is characteristic, the manager was not even surprised by our request. The conclusions are as follows: firstly, the owner of this hotel should know that he will pay for the money stolen from guests with the reputation of his business, and secondly, I recommend not leaving cash in this hotel, even in the safe, because the staff has the keys. Of the minor drawbacks: the shower does not have hooks for things and sockets for an electric razor or hair dryer.

Overall a really great stay, person running the hotel was great really helpful, area has power issues which did effect our room on the day we arrived but he was great letting us know and keeping us updated on fault getting rectified.

Bathrooms outdated, but again the fella running hotel said it is in plans for them to be updated.

The manager upgraded us to a bigger room with the most stunning view. It’s very spacious, clean and feels as if you are not in Patong which is the best thing ever.

Noisy neighbours but not the hotels fault. Be aware of the very step entrance. You should be confident driving it up and down with a scooter or just walk.

The hotel has a great location, conveniently close to the beach, the town center, and Malin Plaza. It's a peaceful and relaxing environment, and the staff are incredibly helpful and attentive

The walk to the room involves a bit of an uphill climb. Also, some taxi drivers seem hesitant to drive all the way to the lobby

This is the second time I am visiting and I must say the hotel has been beautifully updated with modern rooms & amenities since the last time. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and the new owners are charming!

Sea Hills Resort is a hidden gem! I am so happy I found it. The hill climb is an adventure but part of the charm. I stayed on the third floor and the beautiful views from the room are so worth it. The pool and bar area are super relaxing, the staff were attentive, and food was delicious.

I wish I could have stayed more than a few days!

Sometimes last-minute plans turn into the best experiences, and that’s exactly what happened here! The staff went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome, and the food was amazing—both the bar snacks and room service. I was blown away by how attentive and thoughtful everyone was. It’s a beautiful spot, and I’m so glad I found it! Will be visiting again soon :)

The owner and staff were very helpful and friendly and bent over backwards to make my stay as comfortable as possible. They even stocked the bar with the drinks I liked 😀 Room was generous, light airy and spotless. Air con worked like a boss, super hot water with pressure, massive TV, spotless linen and the most comfortable pillows ever. View from the private balcony was gorgeous looking across Patong bay. At night you see the city lights and fireworks from your balcony. The 7/11 is at the foot of the hotel’s driveway so super convenient and there were tons of restaurants close by. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thanks so much!

The hotel is outside of noisy Patong streets so it's always calm atmosphere there. The service is perfect, they clean rooms daily, reception is always there to assist. Swimming pool is not large but it is not crowded, I was always comfortable there. The room was spacious, all rooms there have balcony and seaview (we were at 1st floor, with seaview, maybe only ground floor doesn't). They offer laundry services at reasonable prices. They provide drinking water. Thank you so much for everything, we had a nice stay!

Basically for this price range the hotel is absolutely perfect! Just there was a mispresentation about coffee prices at reception once.

The view from the room we had is amazing and we had a balcony surrounded by palms so it was very nice to sit and be there. We also had a walk in closet which was very unusual but so nice to have

The hotel is literally on the hill but the way there is almost impossible to climb. Lot of cars dont even want to climb there stating they will flip over so you have to walk. It is really not just a normal hill. We were dying every time we had to go up. Also the hotel doesn't have elevator so once you reach the hotel you have to climb the stairs with all your luggage. Prepare for lot of climbing and leg exercise. Also the bathroom is not the best. It doesn't have a separate shower area (just a curtain which is sticking to your bodu the whole time...disgusting) so you flood the whole bathroom every time you shower.
