The first room we were given was a double queen room. We booked and paid for a Deluxe King room with a sofa bed and balcony. The second room was a king room with a patio that had no view, and no sofa bed. At this point we didn’t even bother to go back. When we attempted to go to the hot tub that evening, it was cold. The gentleman who was out there, who had been a guest in the hotel for 10 weeks, said it had been warm a handful of times, despite letting staff know multiple times.

The Sheraton was a great stay, comfortable bed and room and locally situated.

Great staff from the front desk, to the security guard out front and everyone in between. We got in at 11pm on 8/12 and they helped us feel welcome , find dinner and get checked in quick after a sixteen hour drive. Great room. Easy check in!

It was one of the best hotel rooms my wife and I ever had!

I’ve stayed at many Sheratons in my life, and this has just became my new favorite. It has a great location by the Sundial Bridge, botanic garden and Turtle Park, a nice pool and hot tub, an excellent Club Lounge and staff and restaurant. Don’t know when I’ll be back in Redding again, but this would certainly be my choice.

This hotel is a gem and was the beginning and end of our southern Oregon and Northern California vacation. The service was outstanding and the accommodations were comfortable and welcoming. After a week on the road staying at other and sometimes lesser places, it was like coming home. We will be back again and again.

We really like the Sheraton in Redding. The rooms are clean and nice. The hotel is next to the sundial bridge and has great views. The water pressure was severely lacking.

The hotel is near the Sundial Bridge & walking trails. A peaceful area. The room was clean and comfortable. I am a light sleeper so they pre assigned a quiet room for me which I appreciated. The restaurant connected to the hotel looked good but we didn’t get a chance to eat there as we arrived late and had breakfast in the hotel itself. We were only there one night but If you are in Redding, I would recommend it.

A comfortable, clean, and interestingly located property. Much more than we expected. There's a nice restaurant connected to the hotel, and the hotel backs onto a green space with plenty of area for walking, trail running, and just sitting by the river. The hotel in general is a lot more than I thought it would be, and because of that, I definitely would encourage people to stay. The one thing: the hotel does not recognize your Bonvoy elite status, so don't expect a room upgrade or anything like that. As a Platinum member, I was not asked if I wanted a late checkout. And i'm always asked. No big deal, but if you’re an elite looking for any amenities in your membership, you won’t get them at this property.

Very friendly staff and wonderful with our two doggies!!! The room was clean and comfortable. This is our 5 time staying here and the hotel gets better and better. Great pool too!

The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are called “Warm Oak” and smell like men’s shaving cream. Not neutral for women at all.

We stayed at the Sheraton Redding at Turtle Bay. Our go to place when we visit Redding. Beautiful hotel. Rooms are modern and spacious. Bathroom was large and the shower pressure, which I can be picky about, was perfect. Employees are very welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant next to the hotel, Mosaic, is an outstanding restaurant. Delicious food. I highly recommend the Salmon Bowl. Will be going back next month and look forward to my visit. Only place to stay in Redding as far as I'm concerned. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend.

We traveled to Redding for our 27th wedding anniversary and a friend suggested SunDial Bridge as a destination. I'm a Marriott Bonvoy member, so when I found a Sheraton at Sundial Bridge, it was a natural fit. What I did not expect was the amazing level of service, especially from the front desk. We interacted with Bethany and she was amazing!!! We were looking for advice on restaurants and coffee shops. Her suggestions were excellent and we let both establishments know they were referred by Sheraton, and they were grateful for that. When Bethany found out it was our anniversary, her comments were so authentic and appreciated by both me and my wife. She made us realize how lucky we were to pick Sheraton Sundial. We left, knowing that we'll be back with family and friends to enjoy another experience at this establishment. The only question is how Bethany will top her performance next time. What restaurants will she suggest? Looking forward to finding out :)

Beautiful property! We wish there was a second elevator toward the far end of the hotel. But the room was great.

This hotel is very clean and very well appointed. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and very generous. Though their generation T was greatly appreciated. I could not get over the fact that my room which was stated to have a balcony that saw the sundial bridge was really aThough they’re generation tea was greatly appreciated. I could not get over the fact that my room which was stated to have a balcony that saw thesundial bridge was really a room that looked at air-conditioning units with a balcony that was attached to my room, but the room next-door could look out the window and see me on the balcony so there was no privacy so therefore I didn’t use the balcony. The other issue with the room is the bathroom is so far away from where the bed is. As you walk into the door of room, there’s a walkway and the bathroom is there off to the left you walk more into the room there is a little nook area andthe full living area and then there is a long with walkways on both sides that lead into a very large bedroom. Seeing that I’m only came it’s very inconvenient to have to get up in the of the night and walk the entire length of the suite to go to the front of it to use the restroom it’s just poorly laid out

I stayed at this hotel over the Fourth of July, including the four days leading up to the holiday. I don’t normally take the time to write detailed reviews, but the staff absolutely earned this one. From the moment I checked in until the day I left, the level of service was exceptional. No hotel stay is ever completely perfect, and I did encounter a couple of minor issues. What impressed me wasn’t that everything went flawlessly, it was how quickly, professionally, and genuinely the staff resolved every concern. They consistently exceeded my expectations, which is something I don’t say lightly. I travel frequently, and this level of hospitality is uncommon, especially for a hotel of this size. Jose made an excellent first impression at check-in. He thoroughly explained the property, reviewed everything included with my rate, and made sure my Marriott Bonvoy rewards number was attached to my reservation so I would receive my points. That may sound like a small detail, but anyone who travels often knows it’s something that’s surprisingly easy for hotels to overlook. I also had access to the Club Lounge on the third floor, and every employee I encountered there was outstanding. Tanner and Kattie were consistently friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I honestly can’t remember a single time that Tanner didn’t greet me or Kattie didn’t greet me with a smile. Those little interactions make a real difference over the course of a multi-day stay. The person who stood out the most, however, was Evelyn. Whether she was working at the front desk or in the Club Lounge, she demonstrated an exceptional understanding of hospitality. She was professional, attentive, warm, and genuinely cared that guests had a great experience. She deserves special recognition for the outstanding service she provided. Janey at the front desk was equally wonderful. She patiently answered my many questions, both in person and over the phone, and never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. She was consistently helpful and courteous. Finally, one of the few issues I encountered during my stay was handled by Blade. I was genuinely impressed by how quickly, professionally, and effectively he resolved the situation. His response turned what could have been a negative experience into another example of outstanding customer service. It’s easy to write reviews when something goes wrong. It’s much rarer to feel compelled to write one because a team consistently gets things right. Every employee I interacted with treated me with professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Redding area.

We stayed here to celebrate my son’s birthday and they made him feel special. We enjoyed the swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, club lounge and the Mosaic restaurant. The room was clean and spacious and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. The staff were all super friendly. We would definitely come back again and visit the Turtle Bay Exploration Park since we ran out of time.

Redding, CA, stayed in the presidential suite, everybody there was so friendly, kind, and helpful. We had a wonderful time with the Fourth of July. Lacy is a wonderful manager, and Bethany was an angel at the front desk.

The service and rooms are fantastic. We always have a great time staying before going on the lake. Very clean. Really nice people working there and always a great stay. Beds are very comfortable and so are the pillows. We stayed with our two dogs- so simple and easy. Thank you!

Best place to stay in Redding. Fun location, nice rooms, and an executive lounge where you can work or grab a breakfast. Lee at the bar in the restaurant is great - stop in and have him make you a Black Manhattan.

The best location in Redding for a hotel. Right next to the Sundial bridge and close to downtown. Super peaceful setting and the rooms are super clean and nice. I am a hotel snob and this hotel is definitely in my top 5. Staff is amazing, everyone is in a good mood and all around a good vibe. Pool is very nice in the summer and the winter. We prefer to eat downtown but food at the Mosaic looks great when we walk by and recommended by other guests that have eaten there. I have stayed here 10 + times and every single stay is enjoyable. Needless to say I highly recommend.

We were there only for one night---the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. With the family oriented festivities at Turtle Bay Park and the hotel full, it was a pricey night (total over $300). As indicated by other reviews, this is a very nice property with nice grounds. In a suburban area near the Sacramento River, It's just a short walk from Turtle Bay Park and the Sundial Bridge. It's a big place, with very long halls (thought we'd never get to our room). Our king room was very nice---large room with a sofa and chair. The bathroom was also very nice, with a nice shower. Staff was friendly. Everything was fine with the room and the service. A few small issues. There is a $16 parking charge---unusual for a suburban location. Also, there is a $9.95 charge for internet service---the first hotel we've ever stayed in that charges for internet service. Neither of these small charges were disclosed when we booked the room or checked in. Why a nice hotel like this one has to charge for internet is baffling---why not just include it in the basic room charge. We had breakfast at Mosaic, the hotel's beautiful rustic contemporary restaurant in a separate adjacent building. Food was fine, but unfortunately the service was very slow, even though there were only 2-3 parties there. But overall it was a good 5-star stay.

The hotel and staff were wonderful, but I will NEVER go through Booking.com again. I paid for a King Tudio and got a 2 bedroom queen regular room. Was very disappointed.

I’ve been here a couple of times and I have to say the people there are fabulous. That rooms are clean and updated and modern and the service has been remarkable. I had a broken leg and everyone went out of their way to really help anywhere. They could to make sure that I wasn’t overdoing that is exceptional and not expected. I was very grateful.

The best customer service!! Everyone was super nice!!! We came for a wedding just us, but we realized that it’s a super family friendly place. Hoping to bring the kiddos and stay at the Sheraton again bc of the access to all the area.

The hotel was very comfortable and the room spacious. But what made our stay really special is how friendly the staff at the hotel was. In particular I would like to give a very special mention to Bethany who was working at the hotel reception. She was very professional, efficient and at the same time very friendly. Friday night after the Redding Rodeo and dancing at the after party we decided to use our Bonvoy app and booked a room at the Sheraton. Couldn't believe they had a room available! We booked it, walked in, checked in & grabbed a snack at the little store. STAFF: Friendly ROOM: Spacious, very CLEAN and smelled clean also. This is important because so many times the other hotel rooms have lingering smell like someone had smoked in it. Simple decor. BED: The bed was so comfortable! Medium firm with pillowy topper. PILLOWS: comfy, nice amount of support, not lumpy or separating by morning time. PRICE: Little pricey but was probably due to the Rodeo and proximity. More than I would normally pay if I were going to stay more than one night. COFFEE: available in the room. FRIDGE: yes WATER: 1 small complimentary bottle, 1 large $5 bottle. BONUS: Our stay also Included up to $15 free snacks! RESTAURANT/BAR: Mosaic POOL: Yes OVERALL: Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at the Sheraton. The room was spotless, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice and big. It was an easy walk to the sundial bridge and the museum. Definitely plan to stay again.

Where do I start? The most unfriendly front desk. Refrigerator didn’t work. Unable to give us the room we had booked and had text and email confirmations. Homeless inside lobby and throughout parking lot. Drug use in parking lot. We will NEVER stay again. More to write but why? Oh and didn’t thank us for being Bonvoy members 😃 oh well. Avoid this hotel! (We have stayed here many times but noticed last two times new trends)

Amazing hotel, small yet with the feeling of a resort due to the multiple amenities right outside for the outdoor lovers. Hotel is calm , clean, with great food choices. Can't just pass by: you ought to rmenjoy its zoo, museum, and sights all around its 350 acres of natural beauty, With its kind personnel, it is a jewel in Northern California!

We have stayed here many times and it’s one of our favorite hotels. The rooms are very nice and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The Mosiac restaurant is truly one of our favorite places. The sea bass entree and pizza with onion jam are just amazing. You must see the outdoor activities also.

Excellent customer service! Was frustrated with the ev chargers. The young man at the front desk came outside with me to troubleshoot the issue. FABULOUS!!!

The staff bent over backwards to please us. The bed was superb, the room was quiet and clean without a chemical smell, and somehow the air filtration system made the room not stuffy. We enjoyed using the Club room amenities. And the bonus of being by Turtle Bay and the Sundial Bridge topped our stay off!

Great location. The restaurant was also very good, just beware if you sit outside around sun down there are mosquitos, they did have some tiki lanterns that helped keep them away pretty well. The pool was great, but very limited chairs, so get there early if you plan to have an all day pool day like we did.

Unfortunately, there was a lot of night time construction that was very noisy. Also, the people below us were out on their patio until 3AM, so we didn’t get much sleep. I did call to complain about the people downstairs, but that didn’t seem to make a difference. All of the bath care products were scented like men’s deodorant. The complimentary coffee in the lobby was not well stocked each day when we tried to grab some. The TV sound was off from the screen slightly. Seems a little tacky to have to pay for parking.

The location of this property at the Sundial Bridge is outstanding! Beautifully maintained, quiet, conveniently situated. The Mosaic Restaurant on the property is a real bonus. Easy access to the Sundial Bridge and botanical gardens. Over several years, I have been a frequent patron of this hotel. My experiences here have always been superior. Check-in is always personable and easy. Rooms are always clean and well-appointed. I book Club Level so I can enjoy Happy Hour wine/beer, snacks, coffee machine, and a cooked breakfast in a nice lounge area. I frequent the Sheraton @ Sundial Bridge regularly in my travels to/from the Bay Area. Highly Recommend!!

The location was great. The hotel staff were friendly. Love that it is quiet as I am a light sleeper. It was my birthday, the hotel had a card and treats when I check into the room. It was a pleasant surprise.

We always enjoy staying at the Sheraton Sundial Bridge. The rooms are consistently clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Our trip from Seattle to Palm Springs has become an annual tradition, and this hotel makes the perfect overnight stop for us. The location is convenient, and the experience is always reliable and relaxing after a long day of travel. We look forward to returning each year and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Redding.

I come down every year around the holidays and spend about a week. And during that time, it's very upbeat correctly. It's also great location!
