Loft 1502 Hotel

I absolutely adore the hotel! Ender was very helpful with directions and recommendations for local activities and I felt very safe here as a solo traveller. The cleaning staff are friendly and upgraded my blanket no questions asked and gave my room a thorough clean. Hasan at breakfast helped keep the cats away when I explained I had a phobia and made breakfast to my liking everyday! Ender even brought my breakfast to my room when I didn’t come down on my birthday!

It’s a lovely hotel, no complaints

Everything was wonderful—the hotel is in a great location, and the breakfast was magical and quite delicious. Thank you for the delicious coffee! The warm and friendly hotel staff helped make our stay even better!

Carino l’arredamento

L’appartamento aveva pezzi mancanti alle prese non avevamo neppure un bicchiere e piatti visto che prendi un’appartamento io ho sempre trovato il minimo per poter cucinare, la colazione al bar tipica turca e il cappuccino si paga a parte la notte si dorme poco per il via vai. Di macchine e persone che parlano. Sarebbe una bella struttura ma da dover rimettere mano e magari più accortezze

Tiefgarage , dies hat aber auch extra 10€ gekostet.. Kühlschrank, Kleine Küche, im Zimmer war ein Zimmertür das wahrscheinlich von der anderen Zimmer ist.

Bad war mit Schimmel versehen, konnte leider nicht Duschen, Balkon stand ein großer Klimaventilator was sehr laut war, Klimaanlage war nur im Wohnzimmer . Tiefgarage ist nicht gekennzeichnet haben selber 10min gesucht.

Sofa war kaputt und jede menge kackerlagen

Мы останавливались в этом отеле втроем: я, бабушка и моя сестренка (10 лет). Нам очень понравилось! Особенно хочется отметить персонал, особенно двух сотрудников на ресепшене. Они были очень доброжелательны, прекрасно общались с моей сестренкой, шутили и всегда были готовы помочь. Мы приехали в путешествие чтобы отметить ее день рождения, и сотрудники сделали наше пребывание еще приятнее, советовали интересные места для посещения и помогали с любыми вопросами. Номер был современным, красивым и уютным. Завтраки вкусные, хотя выбор блюд мог бы быть немного разнообразнее.

К сожалению, были и моменты, которые испортили впечатление. Несмотря на то, что номер выглядел современно и красиво, его состояние оставляло желать лучшего: местами облезшая штукатурка, плесень на дверных проемах, а после целого дня с закрытой дверью в комнате появлялся сильный запах сырости. Окна были очень грязными, а на нашей террасе (мы бронировали самый большой и дорогой номер с личной террасой) лежали мертвые тараканы. Также разочаровала уборка. Утром, около 8:00, я попросила убрать номер, но к нашему возвращению в 16:00 ничего не было сделано. После моего повторного обращения сотрудницу сразу отправили, однако уборка заняла буквально несколько минут: стол остался грязным, мусор не убрали, поэтому мне пришлось самой попросить тряпку и привести все в порядок. У отеля есть потенциал, но стоит уделить больше внимания качеству уборки и обслуживанию гостей. Было бы удобно добавить в номера специальные таблички или карточки с просьбой об уборке, чтобы гостям не приходилось обращаться на ресепшен каждый раз.

We liked just the location of the hotel.

Rooms and bathrooms are deteriorated. No daily cleaning. No daily towels. Breakfast predefined. We had to discuss every morning. NO fruits. Payed coffee for breakfast. No English speaking personal. Overall we would have left, if we would have found other rooms somewhere else.

Das Personal war super freundlich und egal was man wollte man hat sich darum gekümmert 👍 das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war auch sehr gut.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location and atmosphere were perfect, and we felt very well looked after throughout our visit. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we would happily return in the future. Thank you to the whole team for your excellent hospitality!

noise from street and nearby summer camp. when light went out hotel was not prepared and owner had to run to buy diesel. breakfast same all everyday. they tried to charge us for coffee but after we stated breakfast is included they softened. i am sure they would not hesitate to charge for coffee even for breakfast.

reasonable price

I stayed at this property for four nights, and unfortunately it was one of the worst stays I have experienced. The biggest issue was the excessive noise from the street. The traffic noise was constant and very loud, making it difficult to sleep or rest properly throughout my stay. The sound insulation appears to be extremely poor. Parking is another major drawback. There are virtually no dedicated parking spaces, and the surrounding streets are narrow and crowded, making parking quite stressful. The furniture and room furnishings are basic and somewhat dated, although acceptable for a budget property. The breakfast is also very modest and limited, but it is more or less what you would expect from this category of accommodation. Overall, the price may be reasonable, but it did not compensate for the lack of comfort and the severe noise problem. I would not choose to stay here again.

Kamers zeer luidruchtig, ramen kunnen niet eens dicht fatsoenlijk. Onaardig en slaperig personeel aanwezig (geen begroeting). Locatie zeer onprettig niet geschikt voor familie’s, het is een drama om er rijden en te lopen. Het ergste is de hygiëne! Vies, dramatische vies, witte vlekken om de lakens en branderige tafels zowel de bank. Ik heb het meteen geannuleerd, meteen weg gegaan dit wat echt een nachtmerrie. Nog erger je krijgt je geld niet terug.

All the staff were outstanding in service, extremely kind, and always ready to help you around the clock. Even when saying goodbye, the very kind employee warmly bid us farewell. You truly deserve this praise, literally.

Huge room, clean and very central. Welcoming, lovely staff. A/C worked very well, which doesn't often happen. WiFi was high speed. Nothing disappointed.

The place looked amazing. I wouldn’t book again knowing the mattress was like that. Otherwise the place was amazing.

The bed.. the mattress is soooo hard. So slept on the sofa. The breakfast was not very tasty. So had it once and not again. But I understand it’s a different country and maybe the food would be great for you. Also some people may like extra firm mattress.

The location was perfect for our needs.We upgraded our rooms without any fuss.

Could do with a little tidy up in terms of decoration.After heavy rain our room flooded but the team were very helpful in moving us swiftly into a new room.

Тёплых одеял не было, но после просьбы были выданы. Проблемы с горячей водой, сильно горячая или холодная, тяжело настроить было. Кондиционер нужно чистить, с утра часто горло болело. Завтрак повторялся каждый день один и тот же. Благодарность за все конечно

The position of the hotel is the key to reach everywhere without the need to a taxi. The hotel have a nice apartments and nice cafe..the receptionist s are always ready to give a helping hand.

The breakfast they had at their cafe downstairs. Basic but very nice breakfast. All staff members either on reception or at the cafe (which sort of integrated with hotel) are super helpful and kind. Whenever you coming back to hotel you feel as youre coming home. Staff members are always looking after you. No doubt very nice hotel and will be returning back for sure.

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was tasty, but the real highlight was the manager — always kind, helpful, and ready to solve any problem, whether it’s about the food, the room, or even the weather! Everyone here truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. 🌸

Spotless clean very comfortable beds both the bed in the bedroom and the sofa in the living room, smart TV , basic kitchen and the staff is very friendly and very responsive. Breakfast was excellent; the eating area inside and out is lovely and it comes with kitties for company.

It was central to shopping and restaurants without having to take a taxi. Very close to the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good air con. Coffee shop attached to hotel which was useful. Has a full fridge and washing machine. Nothing to wash clothes with though so bring some.

It needs a refurb. I was in room 205 and the windows do not close properly so it is a constant noise. The furniture is tatty and the shower glass needs a good clean. It is right next to a school so always noise from that. Not enough bedding and gets cold at night. Constantly smell of cigarette smoke. Very minimal kitchen utensils and crockery. We could not cook food.

The hotel is located in a very good location. The staff are very kind and friendly. We had a great time there. The cafe in the ground floor (where the breakfast was serving) was running with a very nice and friendly man who was working 24/7 and manage everything. the design and ambiance of the cafe was wonderful and the kittens in the cafe make the breakfast more joyful.

There was not enough electric socket in the room, and the TV was not working properly. we didn't had much time for TV so it was not a problem but the socket was a little problematic.

The bar downstairs closes at 12h and you can hear a lot of noise in the rooms until then

Wir sind mit der Familie angereist. Wir hatten 2 Kinder gebucht, allerdings im Familienzimmer nur eine kleine Schlafcouch erhalten. Der Platz war nicht ausreichend. Die Sauberkeit war mäßig, der Service nicht herzlich, man wurde regelrecht abgestempelt beim ein- und auschecken. Das familienzimmer war zwar schön eingerichtet, aber es hatte nicht mehr den besten Zustand. Unser Gartenblick war von Katzen übersäht und die Sauberkeit auf der Terrasse ließ zu wünschen übrig. Alles in allem war es für eine Nacht aushaltbar, einen längerfristigen Urlaub würden wir hier aber keinesfalls machen. Wir sind von den Bildern und dem tatsächlichen Ergebnis enttäuscht. Den Preis ist es keinenfalls wert.

Location. There is a Migros near by, although the beech adjacent to the facility is rocky and does not allow access to water through the cliffs.

When we got there, the rooms were not exactly ready. One of the rooms did not have remote control of the air-conditioner. The front desk agreed to leave one from outside in the room, but only after some argument. I had booked two tooms. The first night, one of the rooms did not have facilities as described in the booking.com page. I was later shifted to another room after the first night when I pointed this out to the front desk. There was no soap or shampoo in one of the two rooms. The front desk provided two unmarked bottles of liquid soap, one supposedly of soap and other of shampoo, with no difference in the liquid. There is a bar on the ground floor and it was VERY NOISY during the night. The rooms require repair as doors have scratch marks on them. The hotel staff was nice though.

The place is very good the staff are good but there is a problem with the weak lighting in the rooms and the weak strength of the water in the bathrooms and the hot water This situation must be addressed.

- Отель хоть и новый, но в номере многое требует ремонта: у нас был сломан диван, дверки кухонных шкафов не закрываются, все болтается и держится на честном слове (крючки, держатели и тд) - довольно грязно - все стены в каких-то пятнах и брызгах, в швах душа плесень, грязные окна - Неприветливый персонал с каменным лицом - Кровать была застелена одним полуторным покрывалом пришлось ночью идти на ресепшен будить администратора, чтобы взять второе - Завтрак одинаковый (всего понемногу на одной тарелке), мы были 2 дня и это ок, но если дольше останавливаться- быстро надоест. В первый день на завтраке спросили, что мы хотим из напитков, взяли кофе (кстати вкусный, но и сам завтрак подается в кофейне), во второй день тоже спросили, мы опять попросили кофе, но через пару минут подошел администратор и сказал, что нам положен только чай. Не понятно, почему нормально было не объяснить их же правила, мы были готовы докупить кофе, но не стали из-за грубости администратора

The location is good, plenty of places to eat nearby.

When I booked the accommodation, it stated that early check-in and late check-out were included. However, we didn’t get checked in at the promised time (12:00-13:00); instead, we were checked in at 14:30. On the last day, the staff informed us that we had to check out by 12:00. When I mentioned that we were entitled to late check-out, they only extended our stay until 13:00, whereas late check-out is usually at least until 14:00. Additionally, breakfast was included but they didn’t acknowledge that either. If you have no other options, that place is acceptable, but I wouldn’t recommend it and I won't stay there again in the future.

The place, the people, the location was all amazing, the only comment I have is the cleanliness, they just need to give an extra attention for that

Biz sevgilimle kısa tatilimiz için tercih ettik. Çarşaf yırtıktı, 4 tane led lambanın 2si çalımıyordu oda ve banyo bu yüzden karanlıktı.

Stayed in room 102, bathroom was very dark not enough lighting, could do with lick of paint/refurb. In saying that the hotel is ideally situated right in the middle of Lara beach, the room as are spacious and really ideal for what you need.
