เงียบสงบดี เหมือนอยู่บ้าน ชอบค่ะ ไว้มีโอกาสจะกลับไปพักอีกนะคะ

توجد حشرات كثيرة في الغرفة و الحمام بالذات الصراصير و على الفراش وداخل الاثاث. المنطقة معزولة تقريبًا وبعيدة عن الخدمات. تم تقديم شكوى بخصوص الحشرات مع ارفاق فيديو اثبات الا ان الإدارة رفضت إعادة المبلغ وقمت بحجز فندق آخر قبل انتهاء اقامتي و الخروج منه. و الكهرباء منفصلة عن قيمة السكن

ห้องเล็กและแคบมาก ระเบียงก็แคบๆ ห้องไม่สะอาด สระว่ายน้ำทรุดโทรมกระเบื้องสระแตกเยอะมากอันตรายสำหรับเด็กและผู้ใหญ่ควรปรับปรุง

To far out from Jomtien. Also Plan B managering was poor and charged 3815 Baht for 29 days electric. Which is a complete rip off. Ut should have been a quarter of that. Also had two days without AC. So i wont be going back.

Всё хорошо, нормальный Кондо. Арендодатель на просьбы откликался, и я думаю старался сделать пребывание максимально комфортным, за что больше спасибо!

Единственное неудобство в номере нет вентилятора и сушилки для одежды, приходилось натягивать бельевые верёвки на балконе, что как понимаете не совсем законно и насовсем удобно, И ещё одно непонятное правило проживания ( но это уже претензия не к арендодателю а администрации кондо) почему на велосипеде нужно обязательно заезжать через одно КПП. а выезжать через другое, мне кажется что для велосипедов и пешеходов можно сделать исключение.

Der Salzwasser Pool ist fantastisch und auch das Gym Gleich um die Ecke ist ein 7eleven, ein Tops und ein paar kleine Garküchen Restaurants 👍 Die Zimmer sind eher klein und sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratze sollte unbedingt erneuert werden. Der Balkon ist so mickrig, dass zwei Leute gerade so ohne Tisch sitzen können. Security macht gute Arbeit 👍 Wenn man länger als eine Woche bleibt, muss man den Strom extra zahlen, der ist natürlich doppelt so hoch als vom Anbieter direkt.

Super Zimmer, sehr rein ... Unterkunftgeber sehr nett .... KEINE Nebenkosten .... waren sehr zufrieden ... alles im Zimmer was man braucht und alles sehr gut erhalten .... die Anlage hat ein ganz tolles Pool .... werde ich sicher wieder buchen .... und ein sehr grosser Parkplatz in der Anlage ....

Sivustolla luki että otetaan vakuusraha 1500bth, mutta todellisuudessa ottivat 3000bth. Henkilökunta piti hakea raha huoneestamme klo: 11-12 välillä, mutta todellisuudessa odotimme yli 2h yliaikaa ja laitoin viestiä perään niin ehdotti että jättäisimme rahat huoneeseen ja henkilökunta menee sen huoneesta hakemaan kun olemme poissa, tämähän ei meille käynyt. Verhot olivat tosi likaiset, tyynyt aivan likaiset sekä muut petivaatteet. Pölyä ja roskaa oli lakaistu suoraan kalusteiden alle ja keittiön lampun kupu aivan täynnä kuolleita hyönteisiä. Päädyttiin lähtemään 3 vuorokautta etuajassa pois ja vaihdoimme hotellia.

Ich habe meine Kopfhörer im Zimmer vergessen als ich das Zimmer verlassen hatte. Das habe ich reklamiert, aber da kam keine Reaktion mehr. Also nach der Abreise kann man nicht mehr mit einer Kommunikation rechnen. Sehr schade, ist aber nicht Thailand spezifisch. Ich hatte bei anderen Unterkünfte immer positive Erfahrung gemacht

Overall good, great kitchen utensils, bed ok for someone might be way too soft. Don't be put away by negative reviews, it's a good value for money. Only the cash deposit was a bit unnecessary pain.

The apartment is old, and the furniture is dated and falling apart—it looks nothing like the pictures. There is no washing machine; instead, there is a soaking device that doesn't actually wash and just ruins your clothes. You have to fill it with water manually and then drain it yourself; it doesn't spin-dry and only uses cold water. It’s a non-automatic machine straight out of the 80s. The bed was broken and noisy, The balcony glass doors are nearly impossible to open; it takes an unreasonable amount of force to slide them open or closed. ​Worst of all, the place is infested with cockroaches. I even woke up in the morning to find a cockroach on my toothbrush. Not recommended at all.

The condo was spotless and well-maintained, exactly as described on the website. Check-in was smooth and quick, and the host was friendly and responsive. The location is convenient—close to restaurants, shops, and public transport—yet quiet enough to relax. 1 km from the beach , guard 24/7 The unit itself is spacious, with a comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with a pleasant view. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was very important for me.

The key was in the rom letter box. The staff were very friendly, 2 supermarkets and a 7-Eleven 200metres from the entry to the Condo. A few restaurants and street food venders at the same location.

The pool was only easy to use by the rooms on the ground floor. The beach is not within walking distance. The Wi-Fi went off on several occasions. There was no Mini Mart on site as advertised, no restaurant as advertised. I was charged $50 more than the agreed price for the room

When I have a problem with one of the family room they’re trying to sort it out for me as soon as they can and end up giving me another room to stay which cleaner and better view.

Very quiet location, very secure gated community. Access to the gym, sauna, and pool. Walking distance to 7/11 and other shops, as well as local eateries. 10 minutes walking to the nearest beach. Cleaning was provided on a weekly basis.

The internet speed was rather slow, had to use my mobile data for my remote working. The furniture might need a bit of fixing, but it’s okay in general

The gym was ok.

No restaurant, laundry or reception. Getting charged an extra $118.00 for electricity at the end of my stay and losing $95 deposit. I only found out after paying the NON refundable booking fee... Definitely not going there again..

I loved the pool, the view and that it was not too far from great activities. It wasn't far from the beach and it was easy to get around. The security people were friendly and it was easy to get in and out. Loved it.

The bed in the next bedroom was broken the mattress was not good, the bed made made whenever you moved, the balcony a little small and the TV it's only their normal channels no DStv or way to connect to YouTube through the TV although there is WiFi. Maybe improve on these especially for such a beautiful place.

It was ok but not modern. The decor was very dated.

If you don’t have transportation this is not the property for you. Nothing is in walking distance. To get to restaurants or to get water you have to take a grab. That is 3 to 5 dollars each way. The location was not suitable for me.

Staben på hotellet var veldig hyggelig.

Hotellrommet var veldig slitt, skitne skap og skuffer.Dyne og puter måtte vaskes.Dårlig med varmt vann i dusjen.Airkondition var dårlig,teipet fast og det dryppet vann fra den noen ganger.Døren ut til veranda gikk så vidt og åpne/ lukke.

En soit l’appartement est cool, salon, cuisine, chambre, salle de bain. Et la piscine vraiment jolie, elle est même disponible la nuit.

Ménage non fait ! Des cafards partout, des poils , cheveux , le sol qui colle! Horrible !!!! Et pas pressé pour récupérer la caution.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and attentive. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I slept like a dream.

Le service de sécurité était hautain, apparemment pas très propre (cafards, poussière) 1000 bath de caution restituée à la fin du séjour. (À savoir). Emplacement loin de tout à pieds.

the e tire facility was above average. staff was always outstanding and I felt safer here than anywhere I ha e ever stayed before

При заселении не было возможности позвонить, так как не было мобильной связи, охрана на входе не пропускала в мой номер, номер брони и пин код с Bookinga для охраны не имели ни какого значения, ну и сломался кондиционер, одна ночь была тяжелой

Rien. Car je n'ai pas eu accès à ma location étant donné que mon vol avait retardé tout. Je pensais qu'en même qu'il me garderai ma location que j'avais payé en totalité.
