Beautifully decorated and lovely gardens. Quiet and comfortable.

Towels were a bit old and worn out. Breakfast wasn’t served every morning even though it’s included.

We were welcomed with exceptional hospitality. The staff went out of their way to assist in dietary requirements and special requests. It was a real pleasure staying and will recommend to all who need to make a choice of guest houses in the area.

Very homely and neat

There was nothing I did not like

Del Roza is on the main street , easy to reach. The property so clean, beautiful and private.

Everything was exceptional for me

# The staff was friendly, from them calling us checking how far we are. # Giving us a tour around the facility so that we don't get lost, mind you it was around 10pm, I'm sure they were exhausted but the lady who assisted us was so friendly and bubbly. Eish I forgot her name though🥲. The facility was clean, the breakfast was great.

The place is so beatiful, The breakfast was very nice And the Staff was so friendly, so i enjoyed everymoment ther🥰

It was very cold couldn't find the AC remote

The property was good. The room was clean and good

Just didn’t prefer an upstairs room with the huge bag I was carrying

Convenient location, comfortable rooms with all the necessary amenities.

Certain things in the rooms (furniture) are looking a bit dated and the shower floor needs a good scrub.

Chambre très confortable et spacieuse, Très bon petit déjeuner Personnel très accueillant Parking sécurisé

Attention, l'arrivée après 20h est compliquée. Nous sommes restés bloqués au portail un bon moment, en arrivant à 20:30

They can improve on Breakfast, letting clients make own toast etc but overall, beautiful place, very neat and clean and the staff was exceptional.

Location

The bed was not comfortable, it was making a sound from the base that disturbed me.

I enjoyed my stay

This place is amazing, the staff is friendly

Del Roza is the best guest house in Middleburg.. I started 2019 and it sill the best in 2025.. Keep up the good work..

Above and beyond my expectations Wow. Thank you. 5 stars

Everything

Spacious and neat room with airconditioning. There is a generator that kicked in during “load shedding” (frequent power outage), so I was able to use my computer. The breakfast was great and the staff professional and friendly.

The wooden doors of the room are a bit stiff to open/close, due to the weather. Nobody’s fault. There is seriously nothing else that I did not like during my stay.
