Fantastic food, absolutely go for the dinner. Appreciated the little perks like an amazing cocktail hour (more great food!). Pool was nice, inside and outside. Some of the staff, like the waiters, were great. Others a bit aloof.

Our room was pleasant but nothing beyond. Bathroom shower, tiny, was not in keeping with the hotel level. Gym was so-so. We didnt understand how generous the hotel could be with food and yet want us to pay for an extra packet of instant coffee for the room upon request. It was small and silly but annoyed us. The hotel is expensive.

Great location, good meals ( breakfast and dinner), the swimming pools and SPA are great and above all the reception were very kind and helpful.

Quiet Location. Hotel has excellent facilities and a fabulous spa and pools. The food was fantastic. Excellent buffet breakfast with fantastic choice of food. The evening meals were also amazing and very good value for money (we had only booked Bed and Breakfast). The staff were amazing from reception staff to the waiters/waitresses. The hotel also provided free access to the local buses for the duration of our stay.

No aircon in the room which could get hot. However the staff did provide us with a fan which was appreciated. Some of the facilities in the room could do with being updated. The bed was not the most comfortable but that's a personal preference.

The scenery, our room, the spa, the food and the staff were all great. We did one of the organised hikes which was excellent. It’s a lovely hotel with a fabulous spa.

There was building work that we weren’t told about. It’s quite a distance out from Ortisei but there are local buses. These however don’t run in the evenings so you would need taxis to go to Ortisei for an evening. The hotel has no evening entertainment so it’s very quiet after dinner. There were a lot of children during our last couple of days who were running noisily through the spa and through the dining area.

We had a wonderful stay at Mountain Spa Resort Albion in Val Gardena. The hotel is beautifully located with stunning mountain views and a very peaceful atmosphere. The spa area is excellent - clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing after a day skiing. The staff were friendly and professional. Food was high quality with plenty of choice, and everything felt well organized and comfortable. A great place to unwind and enjoy the Dolomites. Highly recommended.

التكيف مركزي لايعمل في الخريف مع انه الشاليه يوجد فيه تكيف لكنه مقفل اثناء اقامتي ولم يتم اخباري مسبقن خدمة الغرف غير جيده اليوم الثاني تم تنظيف الغرف لكن للاسف لم يزود الغرف بالشاي ولا الماء ولاحتي الصابون مع انها نفذت من اليوم السابق

The property is beautiful. The spa facilities are outstanding and the view and surroundings are incredible. Breakfast was also outstanding and it was a great base to explore the Dolomites.

I was a bit surprised that I wasn’t given any information about the facilities, operating times for meals…really nothing at all upon check in. It’s in stark contrast to other places I have stayed on this trip.

Just spent 8 nights for our honeymoon. Everything was absolutely perfect. Spa is excellent after a good day of hiking. Food was exceptional. Never seen a hotel so maticulously maintained. Hope to book our stay for next year soon.

Locație foarte bună, liniștită, la cca. 6 min cu mașina de Ortisei, personalul extrem de amabil (nota 10 pentru Silviu și Matteo), mâncarea și zona SPA de nivel excelent. Cu siguranță vom reveni.

We had the joy of spending 3 days in what I now consider the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. If you are looking for an extra-ordinary option in the Dolomites look no further! We were so thankful to have been upgraded to their luxury chalet that has the most amazing view overlooking mountains and trees with even a daybed hanging from the pation ceiling where one can read and relax! The food was of high quality and the breakfast buffet so expansive that it will fill you up for the entire day. At dinner we were served by profesional and very friendly waiters and one had the choice from 3 differeny menus. The heated pool and hot tubs were wonderful to enjoy after a day out. Another plus is the free buspass that enables one to catch the bus right in front of the hotel to nearby Ortisei and other places. The hotel also have deals with some E-bike and hiking companies for their guests to sign up for free. One feel pampered at this hotel and we cannot wait to return again soon!!

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo albergo e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente meravigliosa sotto ogni aspetto. La spa, curata nei minimi dettagli; la piscina (anche esterna) riscaldata è un vero piacere dopo una giornata di camminate o escursioni. La colazione a buffet è abbondante e varia, con una scelta così ampia da soddisfare ogni gusto, mentre la cena si distingue per la qualità delle materie prime e l'altissima scelta del menù, anche con alternative per ogni dieta. Il personale merita una menzione speciale: sempre sorridente, disponibile e attento, capace di farti coccolato e accolto. Ho molto apprezzato anche la possibilità di partecipare alle attività organizzate, che permettono di vivere il soggiorno senza alcuna preoccupazione, dedicandosi solo al piacere e al benessere. Un soggiorno che ricorderò con grande piacere e che consiglio a chiunque desideri una vacanza all’insegna del comfort, della qualità e della serenità.

Very nice hotel in Ortisei, excellent breakfast and dinner options with very diverse meals. There are two swimming pools and an indoor play room which was great for our kids. There are a few different types of rooms - some are older and some are new.

Hotel Albion’s location is fantastic, halfway between Ortisei and Castelrotto. The hotel is elegant and excellently appointed, exuding class and beauty without pretentiousness. The personnel is amazing, cordial and welcoming, the food is first class and the service always impeccable. A real gem.

There was nothing we did not like.

This spa hotel, overlooking Ortisei, has provided me with a great experience. The rooms are spacious, clean and have balcony with a great view. My room had coffee machine, fresh water, complimentary spa bag with towels and flip flops as well as nice variety of toiletries in the bathroom. The spa is amazing, if you can book a massage - do it, you won't be sorry, in addition, one should jump into the outdoor jacuzzi aith the amazing view and enjoy the sauna. I would opt for the half board as dinner selection was great. Breakfast had fresh and tasty choices in every way you choose. Amazing.

Food is fabulous! You won’t go wrong with any dishes! The staff is extremely nice and helpful.

We came in the hot days and found out there’s no AC in the hotel. The hotel staff provided us a fan, which we turn on for the entire night. But since there’s no screen (prevents the bugs to come in) on the window, we had to close the windows all night, which made the indoor lack of ventilation. This is the only drawback of our stay.
