We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the facilities were awesome. The first day, one of the staff recommended a hike that wasn’t even on our radar and it was awesome - less crowded! We loved using the outdoor pool after a day of hiking. The garden was beautiful to sit in as well. Our room had a stunning view of the mountain which was lovely. We also really enjoyed the breakfast - rare for a hotel in my opinion. We had focaccia sandwiches one day for lunch and they were super fresh as well. All in all we had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend it!!

It was a bit of a walk from the main centre (about 10-12 min and uphill). After a day of hiking, we were pretty beat and tired of climbing uphill. There was a bit of road noise at night, so if you’re a light sleeper I would recommend headphones or earplugs. Not a huge deal in my opinion.

The hotel was fantastic. Breakfast included. Dinners were very good. The grounds of the hotel were very pretty. Lots of areas to enjoy yourself. The pool, sauna, steamer and relaxation area felt like you were in a spa setting. Lounge area was very comfortable. Very convenient walk to town.

The only thing g that would be nice is if you could order 1 thing for dinner instead of a set 4 course meal. Sometimes we weren't hungry enough to eat that much and it was a set price. Also the hot tub wasn't hot

Car charging available at a fee. For a 500€/night room, you would expect this to be included. It’s just a minor detail, the place is really nice and staff very welcoming.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to all the lifts and downtown. The spa facilities are heaven. The setting with outdoor space is lovely. The staff is kind and very helpful

I loved where the property was located, the size of the room and the wellness area (even though I didn’t have much time to use it with all the hiking i did.

Was a little disappointed with the dinner, was changed €55 even when I had a plate of the salad bar (no meals) I’m not a very big eater. So, was quite disappointed, definitely felt overcharged here.

Exceptional hotel, with fantastic spa facilities. Spacious, quiet and comfortable room. Fantastic staff. Both Breakfast and dinner were brilliant, with great variety and service. 10 minute walk from the centre of Ortisei and most cable cars.

신혼여행으로 4박 5일 묵었는데 정말 완벽했어요. 가장 좋았던 건 하프보드였어요. 매일 저녁 프리모-세컨도-디저트를 코스로 골라 먹는 재미가 있었고, 고기 카넬로니에 꾀꼬리버섯, 오소부코 알라 밀라네제 같은 남티롤 정통 요리를 제대로 맛볼 수 있었어요. 조식도 7시 반부터 여유롭게 준비돼 있었고요. 체크인 하기전 받은 발 가르데나 게스트 패스도 정말 유용했어요. 남티롤 전역 버스와 기차가 무료라, 볼차노에서 오르티세이까지 350번 버스도 추가 비용 없이 탈 수 있었어요. 렌터카 없이 여행하게 됐는데도 전혀 불편함이 없었던 이유가 바로 이 패스 덕분이었습니다. 게다가 정류장(SARTEUR)이 호텔에서 도보 100m라 접근성도 최고였어요. 위치도 훌륭했습니다. 세체다와 알페 디 시우시 케이블카 승강장까지 다 도보로 갈 수 있어서 차 없이 다니기에 최적의 위치였어요. 리셉션 직원분들도 정말 친절하셨어요. 저희가 이메일로 이것저것 문의드릴 때마다 꼼꼼하게 답해주시고, 여행 계획이 갑자기 바뀌었을 때도 세심하게 챙겨주셨습니다. 다음에 돌로미티 다시 오면 무조건 또 묵고 싶은 곳이에요. 정말 감사했습니다!

Gorgeous hotel! Especially loved the pools and sauna area. Comfortable rooms and beds, lovely balcony with a nice view. Great breakfast in the morning!

Housekeeping didn’t replace things like conditioner and bottled water that we used up on the first day. We also asked for help in getting a taxi, and usually these types of hotels will organize and book the transport for you, but they just gave us the number to call. These are really minor details - we really loved this hotel!

Hotel bellissimo! Ha due piscine, una esterna e una interna, veramente belle. Ha un'area giochi all'aperto per i bambini e la colazione è molto abbondante. Noi abbiamo utilizzato la formula "mezza pensione": abbiamo sempre cenato benissimo devo dire, ottima cucina!

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, prachtig gebouw, perfecte locatie, heerlijk gegeten zowel ontbijt als avondeten, lekkere hapjes tussendoor, een prachtige tuin met een heerlijk zwembad en ook de wellness was fijn.

I liked the decoration and the old rich history of the place

The staff were really rude, the room was never cleaned properly, breakfast was bad and with almost no varieties and the price was a ridiculous, I paid more than 4500 EUR and when they found my room a bit unclean the gave me a paper written in Arabic saying if you continue like this we may charge for cleaning service !!!! So it was an experience that I won’t do again in this hotel

No water in the rooms, no mini bar. Cleaning girls must to know more confidence when to clean and when to leave. Price must be more equal for quality level.

L'hôtel est très bien tenu et entretenu. L'accueil et le service de grande qualité. Tout est soigné et fait pour bien être au service du client.

Dommage qu'il ne soit pas possible de prendre un plat à la carte le soir lorsque l'on a pas réservé en demi pension. C'est demi pension ou menu complet à 55€.

This is a beautiful hotel. Lovely rooms, gorgeous garden, two large pools, great breakfast terrace. The bar area and the complimentary afternoon tea everyday was a real treat. The staff are lovely and super helpful. Great location close to town and all 3 cablecars.

What a wonderful place to stay! Probably the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed in with brilliant facilities, amazing views and the most helpful, friendly staff. The pools, saunas/steam rooms and the other facilities such as table tennis and a lounge with a chess board and books really added to our enjoyment. The food was absolutely delicious! We paid the extra €15 per person for dinner at the time of booking and that was the best decision ever! The food was amazing with lots of choice and we must give a special mention to Gregorio who served us and was so friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location is perfect for accessing all the lifts and we did some fantastic hikes. We really hope to return!

Tunnelmallinen, kaunis hotelli. Viihtyisät ulkoalueet ja allas. Monipuolinen aamiainen. Söimme kerran myös illallisen, joka oli oikein hyvä.

Kesällä kaipasimme ilmastointia, yöllä huone oli aika lämmin. Hotellilta on vajaa 1 km keskustaan, mutta ylämäkeen.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were genuinely helpful throughout my visit, and my room came with a lovely view that made the stay even more relaxing. The complimentary spa access was a great bonus. The garden is beautifully maintained and perfect for a quiet stroll. Breakfast offered a nice range of food, and the pastries were especially good — crispy, fresh, and delicious. Al though 10-15 mins walk to the town, but there is a bus stop is very close to the hotel and very convenient to travel to Lago di Carezza and St Christina.

It would be more flexible if they can offer a breakfast slightly early say 7:00am.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Hotel Luna Mondshein! What truly made our experience unforgettable was the outstanding staff and service. From the moment we arrived, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, attended to, and completely at home. The hospitality here is top-notch. Highly recommend this hotel, and we can’t wait to come back!

We loved staying here. Everything felt like we were at a retreat. The breakfast was a standout with lots of options, all high quality. The pool and spa facilities were easy to access and really relaxing and the room was clean and modern whilst maintaining charm. It is also really well located in an beautiful area with great transport links.

The hotel itself is perfect, I cant find anything to fault. There was some construction happening next door - not the hotels fault but if you're sensitive to this kind of thing maybe check first.

Habiendo reservado con dos meses de antelación, hecho el cargo de la totalidad de la estancia con más de 1 mes de mi llegada, no fue hasta el momento del check in, que me nos entregaron un montón de documentación de rutas por la zona, líneas de autobuses, que era imposible procesar a la llegada. Nos lo tenían que haber enviado en el momento de hacerme el cargo en la VISA, para estudiar todo antes de llegar. El personal del desayuno, muy poco amable, aparte de estar encima de cada mesa vigilando lo que se comía, no dejando libertad al cliente, para desayunar sin tener los ojos del personal encima. Nada cómodo.

La ubicacion era perfecta. El personal de recepcion muy atento siempre y simpaticos. Las cenas o comidas, eran muy buenas. La sauna estaba muy bien.

Algun camarero era un poco raro. Los desayunos podrian tener un poco mas de variedad.

The staff were so helpful with recommendations, especially Alice! The facilities were super clean, it’s a beautiful setting with lovely views of the mountains. The breakfast was wonderfully fresh. We had the best time, I would absolutely return and recommend staying there.

Room was nice sized with pleasant view and provided in-room amenities. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We used both pools daily and they were great. The bar concocted very good Hugo spritzes. We could walk to all the lifts and attractions/restaurants in the town. The breakfast was so good we still are talking about it.

The location is really good - walking distance to town, restaurants, cable car, etc. The facilities are nice - pool and garden area are beautiful. The breakfast was really good! Beautiful views from the balconies. The sauna area was amazing!! Love that there was a ceiling fan in summer.

The rooms are quite small. Staff could be a little abrasive, but this may have just been a bit of a language barrier.

Location, breakfast and facilities

Loved everything! The room was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the pool and saunas were immaculate and peaceful and the best part was the spa treatments! We stayed here after touring with a group throughout Europe and this was our quiet part of the vacation to be in nature in the beautiful Dolomites hiking. Couldn't have had a better end of our trip!

Wish we had chosen the half board option! We only ate in the hotel for dinner once and realized it was better than any of the restaurants in town that we had eaten at. Beautifully prepared and presented plus so convenient to eat at the hotel. It's not an option to get the half board once you arrive so book it in advance!

The hotel itself is stunning, the grounds are magnificent and it’s a perfect oasis before and after a long day hiking.

The spa in the underground pool was the same temperature if not colder than the pool.

Het is een erg luxe hotel voorzien van alle comfort. Alles is erg schoon, mooi en zorgt voor een fijn verwenmoment. De tuin en het zwembad vond ik bovenverwachting mooi. De sauna en het zwembad zijn ook erg mooi en keuze genoeg.

Persoonlijk vond ik het avondeten iets te veel bijzondere gerechten bevatten en ook sprak het personeel voornamelijk Engels, waarbij wij de voorkeur geven aan Duits of Italiaans. Dit zou niet uitmaken, maar hierdoor merk je dat conversatie al snel de formele kant op gaat en mis je de persoonlijke benadering een beetje.

Truly charming hotel near the edge of town (but it's a small town). Staff was attentive and helpful. The pool area (outside) was welcoming and a great little retreat. The rooms were comfortable and appropriate. The breakfast was very nice with a good selection. The views from the rooms were top notch. We didn't eat at the restaurant for dinner but instead walked to town. A combination of the rooms and the pool made the spot worthwhile!

The saddest part was having to leave. Breakfast seemed small but was high quality and variety. The outdoor pool was heated and felt like heaven after hiking around. The staff was helpful and friendly. It is close to town center for restaurants and the lifts/cable cars are both walking distance.

The layout, beautiful gardens, great sized rooms, balcony , fabulous, pleasant and helpful staff . Amazing breakfast . The staff kindly packed us a delicious take away breakfast when we had to check out very early , the next morning .

Unfortunately, a lot of road noise , we enjoyed the fresh breeze through our open windows, but had to close the windows due to unpleasant toad noise . Our room was at the front of the Hotel , facing the road .

Everything! A beautiful historic and family run hotel in a convenient location. Excellent service and delicious food in a stunning setting. We travel regularly and this is our favourite hotel so far!

AC in the bedroom would have been a benefit in the hot weather but understand we dxperienced unusually warm weather! Fridge to be set so it can be permanently on in the room.
