Close to the Dragon bridge, staff were ok.

Rooms are tired. Pool closed due to maintenance, no shower curtain in the bathroom, had to pay by cash, wouldn’t except visa.

Do not stay here. Staff was unfriendly, we booked a stay for one night for 6 people and the lady at the front desk started arguing with us and said we booked two rooms for 2 people when we booked it clearly said triple bed for each room and they tried to charge us extra. We showed them our booking and they finally gave us our room after trying to charge us extra and be dishonest. We went in our room air conditoner was not cold, hotel is old, room filled with mosquitos, room STANK. Fridge had water bottles that were half dranken(did not clean fridge out). The room smelled like poop and the bathroom was disgusting. Random disgusting brown stains on the floor, pretty sure the room stank and smelled like poop because a leaking pipe. We had to put a wet towel over it to cover the smell. We were going down to ask for a room switch when the door wouldnt close/lock. Door is unsafe and doesnt close and stays open.

Location was excellent. Dragon Bridge is within walking distance of hotel. Beach is within walking distance or a short taxi ride. Supermarket next door.

The room was big and bed was ok.

The staff were all sour, didn't get the room we booked and paid for, we had to complain to give us the room we booked them when they changed our room it was filthy they hadn't cleaned it so back down to reception for them to get cleaning staff to clean. The receptionist was sour and grumpy as with the bell boy didn't help with luggage just stood there and watched us. Breakfast was Halal and nothing was fresh do we are out

Amazing view through large windows in 9th floor from where you can even see the dragon bridge which is just a 15 min walk away. the beach is 20 mins away. Lots of restaurants, bars, and clubs on the street. Breakfast was okay. Room was very spacious.

It is really loud at night on the street, even though we had our room on the 9th floor and the windows were shut. There was some mould on the ceiling and the windows were very dirty. But what annoyed us most was the unfriendly and unhelpful staff. We asked for ice because of an acute injury and were fobbed off with a disinterested "we don't have any ice". No further help was offered (e.g. where we could get some or where the nearest pharmacy was). When I went back to reception at 9pm to ask for a second pillow, the security guy was asleep in the lobby and nobody else was there. It was only when I woke him up that he took pity on me after another 5 minutes and looked for someone who could help me.

Demanded cash only. No credit card payments at all. Long stay, not carrying large cash. Have to go to bank to exchange currency. Not accepting USD or GBP. Very strange. Worst thing is no manager or senior person. No English either. Have to use translation services on the phone Room were dirty. No TV or remote working. Advertising as 4 star, I would not give one star.

This hotel is 5 min. walking distance to the Dragon bridge and around 15 min. walking distance to the My Khe beach. Breakfast was ok for the price.

Management of this hotel is terrible. No wifi on some floors. No air conditioning on some floors. Management does not care... Lies to guests... This use to be a good hotel years ago... Poorly run now

The pool was empty. The gym was so stuffy you could not breathe to workout. Bugs all over the gym floor. Cockroaches by the pool and in the room under the fridge. The reviews were so great for this place, when we arrived we were shocked.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, always helping me with a smile. The room is very clean and spacious. Amenities like free wifi and mini fridge are very helpful.

The hotel is located right in the city center, right at Dragon Bridge. I was given a high room so I could see a beautiful view of the city. Breakfast here has a variety of dishes. The staff is very enthusiastic. I asked around a few coffee shops and they gave me some suggestions.

They have given me an outstanding service. They clean my room everyday and give me clean towels. I have all I need they are very accomodating. the staff are soooo kind and very respectable.

I would say that it's a beautiful hotel with good facilities. The price is reasonable, and the staff is polite. I booked a tour at the hotel, and they offered me a good price!

Location was quite convenient, a short walk to the night market and to the Dragon Bridge. Approximately 1km to the beach. Numerous restaurants in short proximity. Reception staff were very cheerful and helpful

We were on level 16, in a 2 bedroom apartment. The room seems not in use very often, dusty and dirty. The bathroom was not clean, yellow mouldy edges in the shower, and the shower head came off. The water didn't run well. No chance of good showers.

The shower door didn't close properly, so I was worried about the water leaking out. I guess that's just how it is in a three-star hotel. Some areas were not cleaned properly.

Fake hotel, receptionist was not ready to take the payment by card and forced us to pay by cash, secondly when we said ok we will pay by cash give us sometime to convert money else she said us to leave and we had a baby with us, room selected during booking was changed,no basic amenities in the room, pathetic breakfast,all hotel staff behaviour is very rude

It was not disclosed that the hotel only took cash and no cards. Plus they added extra tax onto the price stated when booked. This was also not stated when I booked. The swimming pool was very dirty and therefore unusable and with no real room to sit. To get to it you had to walk through a floor of apartments and rooms, most of them abandoned or used as presumably staff sleeping quarters. Then climb some rickety stairs. It gave a very seedy feel to what should have been a good pool facility.

Cơ sở nằm ngay cầu rồng,mình chỉ mất 3-4phut đi bộ là có thể đến được chợ đêm và cầu rồng.Mình book phòng vào ngày cuối tuần nên có thể xem được cầu rồng phun lửa. Phòng ở cơ sở vừa mới được sửa lại nên trông rất mới,nhân viên ở đây thân thiện và nhiệt tình

Nothing very much. We went twice and didnt bother to go again.

Breakfast was poor. The only hotel i have ever had orange juice that was hot. The toaster didnt work. I put my bread through the toaster 5 times and all it did was dry it out. The bain maries were always cold. The breakfasts did not cater for Westerers. The breakfast room closed at 9am.

The location is good near to Sontra night market. The room is spacious. Cable TV was good as lot of English channels.

The room was dirty and did not clean properly. I can see a lot of hairs on the floor. Place is kind of rundown condition. Breakfast was below an average, toaster did not work and provided just a few pieces of bread and dishes. The toilet was very old. Overall, it was not worth and not recommended if you have other choices.

The hotel looks old and dated. Toilet door couldn't close properly. Breakfast was very very shocking. The dining area looked like an abandoned dining. There was just 1 staff and the food option was really either a bowl of noodle or a small loaf of banh mi with egg. The banh mi wasn't even toasted.

Hotel seemed virtually empty, felt unkempt. Pool on rooftop deck doesn’t look like it's been cleaned for a long time. Staff spoke very little English so communication was an issue. Room smelt musty.

The bedroom is not that comfortable, the bathroom is not good and you can listen to the noises or the tv in the other room. During the night was hard to sleep ... Don't pay more for the breakfast ... It does worth.

The facility is very nice and clean, situated very close to the Dragon bridge and at the centre of an aerea full of restaurants and night clubs. The real catch of this hotel is the rooftop swimming pool, it offers a wonderful night view of the bridge and the city. Last but not least the staff is incredibly friendly and ready to help you. Good Asian breakfast.

위치 정말 좋습니다. 용다리 5분 거리 미케해변과 한시장 딱 중간입니다. 저는 늘 걸어다녔습니다.
