Nhân viên cực kì thiếu thân thiện. Mình có nhờ lễ tân nhờ ai đó ra cửa khách sạn để đón chị mình đang đi bộ trên đường Lê Lộ tìm khách sạn nhưng lễ tân từ chối thẳng thắn "đang trong thời gian check in check out nên không có ai ra ngoài đón được" trong khi lúc đó mới 13h. Check out là 12h và check in là 14h và chính lễ tân khẳng định 1 cách vô cảm "14h mới được nhận phòng". Never come back!

They take 500k vnd as deposit; anyway they refunded it at the time of check out. But no other hotels taken a deposit like that ~ it was a new thing.

プールから海が見えるのがよかった。街の中のわりに静かでした。近くになんでもあるので便利。

廊下での話し声が聞こえる。クリーニングされてはいると思うのですが、タオルの汚れが気になりました。

Først og fremst var det veldig høylytt mellom rommene, utrolig dårlig isolasjon. Vi ble vekket før kl. 5 hver morgen av de som bodde ved siden av, i tillegg til at renholdspersonalet startet tidlig. Bassenget var ikke lik som på bildet, mye mindre og luktet i tillegg dårlig. Solsengene var skitne og ikke fristende å sitte i. Vi betalte også for vask av klær, men ingen av klærne var reine etter vask og en del luktet fortsatt. Det var kun to heiser på 10 etasjer, som gjorde at man ofte måtte vente lenge, spesielt ved frokosttid når alle skulle opp i 10 etasje. Vi spurte også om tilrettelegging av allergier, henholdsvis glutenfritt brød og laktosefri melk, noe de ikke kunne ordne.

위치가 미케비치 근처라 바다도 보고 좋았고 늦은 체크인 가능해서 새벽에 도착하여 숙소 묵을 수 있어 좋았습니다. 조식도 종류는 많지 않았지만 아침 떼우기에 적당했습디다.

5인 가족이라 2명/3명 나눠서 묵었는데 5층 3명 있는 방은 냄새도 나지 않고 좋았으나 2층 2명 묵은 방은 창문이 없어서 그런가 들어가자 말자 습하고 쿱쿱한 냄새가 나서 찝찝했습니다. 방음도 잘 안됐고... 5층은 괜찮았습니다.

Facilities in the room such as shower gel, shampoo were lacking, gym was extremely underwhelming, A/C was temperamental, amenities in the room were limited.

The room was clean and comfortable. The doorman was very sweet. It is located close to the beach.

The breakfast could be improved with more variety and better baked goods. The gym is outdoors so it makes it awkward to workout while strangers are passing you on the street.

It was in a good location to access a lot of things. The bed was comfortable and the staff were lovely.

It is no longer as polished as the pictures show but it is still alright.

The location was fantastic, the rooms were clean, big and got everything in that you needed. The staff were incredible, they were all extremely helpful and nothing was too much for them!

Rummen var ganska små, vi hade två stora resväskor med oss och hade svårt att få plats med dem på ett bekvämt sätt. Det fanns en pool med solsängar, men området kändes inte så städat. Askkopparna var fulla handdukar låg oupplockade

Ménage pas fait. Difficile de prendre une douche car eau trop froide ou trop chaude. Petit déjeuner médiocre avec un personnel peu motivé. Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous venons et cette fois les prestations ont largement baissées.

We had an amazing stay in Da Nang! One of the best things about this hotel is its perfect location — just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the ocean anytime we wanted. The hotel also had all the amenities we could ask for, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. And the breakfast was superb — delicious, well-prepared, and a great way to start each day. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly stay again!

Everywhere running water from the miniature bathtub all over bathroom. Breakfast is more of a waist of time. the added sugar to everything on the buffet is a one big misunderstanding. even the mayonnaise is ultra sweet. Maybe someone in there have a bitter life, because I seriously do not know how to explain this. The staff in the restaurant barely speaks English so minus for that because most of the things are always running low or running out.

The hotel was recommended to us by a guide and it delivered in terms of being a convenient place to stay close to the beach and tourist area. Friendly and helpful staff.

No major concerns. There are many alternative and similar places to stay though. I couldn't say it is any better than the many other available options.

We were informed on check in that the pool was closed for repairs. Had we been informed before we arrived we would’ve cancelled our booking and stayed elsewhere - I’m guessing this is why they didn’t tell us. The breakfast was pretty rubbish, we didn’t eat there the second day and instead had a delicious breakfast elsewhere.

Had a nice stay here! The location is good and the hotel is good value for money. The staff were super helpful as well.

スパを受けたのですが、背術した女性が本当に上手でした。名前を聞けば良かった。Hotelの並びにレートのいい両替屋さんもあり、欧州、欧米に人気のアントゥン地区もすぐそこです。ダナンのどこで遊ぶ？何をしたいかにもよりますが、私の今回の旅行の目的としてはベストなリッチでした。

The rooms was clean and breakfast was good

The whole property is run down including all public spaces. The check in was annoying because people came to ask questions and the receptionist was dealing with them at our time while we are in the middle of checking in,completely inappropriate and rude I think the price is too high for what this hotel offers

The little shower glass does nothing. Water goes everywhere and bathroom is totally wet all over after shower. No shower gel or shampoo in bathroom like all the other hotels we were at. Can put 4 pillows instead of 2 on that huge bed. Breakfast was very one dimensional and only catered Asian food

The hotel was really good. They offer a lot of tours for you to go on like a day trip to hue or ba na hills. The rooms we booked looked exactly like the photos.
