Cubanito Ibiza

Aesthetically the hotel is lovely - cuban theme, lots of quirky little touches. Comfortable beds & good spacious room. Staff on front desk friendly. Pool food was tasty. Got to check in early which was much appreciated.

Construction going on by the pool : not relaxing to sit by the pool. Constant sound of drilling that only stopped for an hour mid afternoon. If we had known this was going on, we wouldn't have stayed here - looks like itll be happening for quite a while too. Couldn't hear the music because of this either, in general pool area vibes not great. Staff at pool : not the most friendly or helpful unfortunately. Service charged automatically on everything ordered here too - even though we were going up to order our own drinks. We don't mind paying Service if its provided, and it shouldn't be every time you order something, or added automatically. Drinks by pool : Drinks could be a lot better - very basic, even for signature cocktails. Small and tasted watered down. Expensive for what they are and for a themed hotel, it seems like a missed opportunity to not make more aesthetic cocktails. Rooftop bar should also open earlier and stay open later, very limited hrs. Location : The hotel feels quite out of it - we've been to Ibiza a few times, and wouldn't choose this location again for lack of convenience.

There is very noisy building work around the property, meaning that the pool is not always very relaxing, unfortunately!

WE WERW GIVEN A COMPLIMENTRY UPGRADE AS WE WAITED TO CHECK IN. BPTH LADIES AT RECEPTION WERE FANTASTIC AND GETTING A PIZZA AT 5AM WAS A HUGE PKUS!

Room wasn’t cleaned a day even though we had the sign on for housekeeping from midday and wasn’t done until 3pm the following day and rooms are a bit worn with holes and stains on curtains etc

They seemed short staffed around the pool area - so long waits and occasionally being asked to return to order once the staff member had completed other tasks.

Everything about Cubanito was excellent from the amazing reception staff Alvaro & Ainhoa to the room which was stunning. Comfy bed, soft towels, chilled pool area/sunbeds, amazing music & delicious food all served with a smile. Without a doubt one of the very best hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in… I can’t wait to return & share with friends Huge thanks to Alvaro & Ainhoa & see you soon Xx’s 💜

There was nothing I didn’t like it was absolutely perfect.

Escolhi o alojamento pela localização, perto da Calla Graciáó. Por ter parque de estacionamento no local e por pertencer à cadeia hoteleira The Concept Hotels, que recomendo. São hoteis com muito design. Este hotel não defraudou as expectativas nesse aspeto. O bar na rooftop do hotel, com festas diárias, é um ponto a favor. Mesmo não tenho ficado durante toda a festa, dava sempre para ver o sunset e beber um copo antes de ir jantar.

O que não gostei foi do facto de (por azar) na primeira noite, ter ficado num quarto mesmo ao lado da receção e o Sr. da receção esteve toda a noite a falar alto sozinho ou com alguém ao telefone. Pensei que era alguém fora do hotel. Só percebi que era a pessoa da receção às 7:00. Foi uma noite praticamente em claro. Ouve-se tudo nesses 2 quartos ao lado da receção. É um ponto a melhorar. Felizmente consegui que me mudassem de quarto e resolveu o problema. Espero que o funcionário tenha sido chamado a atenção. É inadimissivel que a alguém que trabalhe no hotel perturbe os hóspedes. O pequeno almoço também podia ser melhorado. Ter mais variedade no buffet.

La colazione ha poca scelta dal punto di vista del cibo “vero” e salutare. Pochi posti a sedere riparati dal sole.

La pulizia della camera non era eccellente. Ci è stata data una junior suite al piano terra molto buia. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo non all’altezza, la camera era troppo costosa per quello che era.

Its not a big deal for me, but for some it may be. The location is a touch isolated, but I kind of liked that.

Beautiful property, rooms are amazing and the food and drinks are spot on! Very unique.

Good location, the lady who works on reception in the day was super friendly too

Air con in the room didn’t work, the rooms smelt like sewage in multiple rooms and the lighting wasn’t the best in the rooms

Staff- Mgr was awesome: went out of the way to ensure a great visit. Very clean , service was great- breakfast was excellent , small pool perfect for sunning. Rooftop evening activities. Made it a great trip.

2nd visit to the hotel. Gorgeous decor, comfortable rooms, really friendly and helpful staff. The location is great for walking to restaurants and bars with a beautiful beach 5 mins away.

The hotel is very good but there is a loud building site directly behind. Our room was very kindly upgraded to avoid the direct view but the noise was disruptive. Noting as we would have liked to have known this before booking our stay.

We had the most amazing stay at Cubanito - the hotel was absolutely perfect and had everything you could think of! The staff were so lovely and welcoming, and housekeeping was amazing throughout our stay. We’ve definitely got the Ibiza blues very badly! We hope to stay at another Concept Hotel Group hotel on our next visit. They all look super fun!

Fantastic boutique hotel! Great location, easy walk to the seafront, bars & restaurants. Staff were wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was incredible! Room was better than expected, decor was super cute, balcony was a massive plus, little kitchenette, comp toiletries. Rooftop bar was the cherry on top. Free parking outside too which was a huge bonus.

De hele stijl van het hotel was geweldig. En tot in de kleinste details. Heel netjes en gewoon bijzonder.

Er werd achter het hotel gebouwd en het uitzicht was dus voor het merendeel weg. Daarbij gingen ze tot laat door en begonnen weer erg vroeg.

emplacement idéal pour le centre ville et les criques alentours. petite dej au top a l'ombre par contre pas facile au mois d' avril , cafetière très longue. design très cool , roof top sympa mais pas ouvert tout le temps .

roof top fermé le premier soir , travaux en cours juste en face de l' hôtel donc bruit de grue et autres dès 7h30 du matin donc difficile de profiter de l espace piscine qui se trouve à 2 m du chantier . n'oubliez pas d acheter de l eau, il n y en pas à votre arrivée sinon vous devrez payer 4 euros 50 la canette .

Superbe hôtel dans l’esprit de Cuba. Les équipements sont modernes et tout est bien pensé. Le parking en face de l’hôtel est un plus. La chambre est très belle et confortable.

L’insonorisation. D’autres voyageurs ont parlé jusqu’à 1 heure du matin assez fort.

Breakfast was nice, the hotel design was stylish with great views of the sunset on the rooftop bar.

Room not cleaned during stay, visibly dirty bed sheets and visibly dirty towels not changed throughout stay. When ordering drinks from the pool bar early in the afternoon, lots of cocktails not available due to no tequila available. Chose another non tequila based cocktail from the menu and was told they would go and get tequila from the roof top bar instead. I was staying at the hotel for a special occasion with 9 other girls, who informed cubanito of this and requested for mine to be the larger one, but unfortunately had the smallest room out of the 4 rooms booked. Walls very thin so unfortunately we were often woken throughout the night by other guests shouting and banging on doors.

J’ai aimé l’ambiance cubaine, la gentillesse incroyable du personnel. La beauté et l’originalité de l’hôtel. Le fait qu’il y est un frigo dans la chambre. Et surtout l’accès gratuit à tous les hôtels du groupe !

L’albergo é molto curato nei dettagli, stop.

Ultimo giorno prima della chiusura (non lo sapevamo) alle 8 hanno iniziato a sbattere e smontare nelle altre stanze, colazione inesistente (già pagata in anticipo) metà delle cose non disponibili , niente pane niente prosciutto , il personale chiaramente infastidito della nostra presenza. Anche al roof top non tutti gli aperitivi erano disponibili. Sopratutto la gentile signorina con la felpa grigia e gli occhi chiari che diciamo avrebbe dovuto servisci la colazione la domenica mattina. Stava con le mani in tasca letteralmente, mi ha risposto con sgarbo ad ogni domanda… Noi non sapevamo che l’albergo stava chiudendo ed abbiamo pagato come chiunque nei giorni precedenti,ci siamo sentiti a disagio e la colazione avrebbero dovuto rimborsarceli dato che non era quasi niente disponibile… Ci torneremo? Non credo , nonostante l’albergo sia molto carino.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel ainsi que le parking. La réceptionniste du soir très aimable et avenante.

Il n’y avait pas de meubles ou d’espaces adaptés pour poser nos affaires, ce qui a rendu le séjour peu pratique. Les bruits extérieurs et intérieurs étaient très présents, ce qui a perturbé notre repos, surtout la nuit.

Funky hotel

It is such a quirky boutique hotel and the minute you walk in, its smells gorgeous. There is so much to see and colours are bright and happy. 2nd stay as I love it.

Would prefer a bit more on the menu but that’s just being really picky

La struttura ha uno stile particolare che mi ha attirato durante la scelta di un hotel per questa vacanza. Receptionist molto brava, solare e professionale.

L’ascensore ha una dichiarazione di 6 persone e 450kg massimo. Noi eravamo in 3 con un peso totale di circa 250kg e suonava l’allarme di superamento del peso. Noi eravamo al secondo piano. Questa cosa non è ammissibile e in 4 giorni non ho mai visto un tecnico per sistemarla.

Très joli hôtel à la décoration soignée dans le thème cubain. Le personnel est très sympathique (mention spéciale pour la dame de l'accueil très souriante et celle du petit déjeuner). Lit confortable. Bon petit déjeuner

L’établissement est conforme au photo, très coloré et original. Le roof top est vraiment top 😉 Il est à taille humaine avec peu de chambres. Le personnel (accueil et au bar) est très agréable et souriant. Le parking en face est pratique (il n’appartient pas à l’hôtel, donc il peut être rempli. Nous avons toujours trouvé une place)

Nous avions une suite junior pour 2 personnes avec vue jardin. Pas de fauteuil dans la chambre comme sur les photos. La vue jardin donnait sur la terrasse du restaurant de grillade à côté (avec les odeurs). Il y a une kitchenette mais aucun produit ménager (pas de liquide vaisselle, pas de torchons). La machine à café utilise des dosettes que nous n’avons pas trouvé en commerce, l’hôtel nous a fourni 4 pour nos 10 jours… Mais le point le plus négatif est la propreté : le ménage est fait très sommairement. Nous avons dû demandé que le sol soit nettoyé à plusieurs reprises. Nous avons même emprunté plusieurs fois un balai. Dommage au vu du prix de la chambre

Such friendly staff and service the moment you walk in! Very spacious rooms for two people and easy parking right out front the hotel. Only thing I would mention is poor shower pressure and no bathroom fan, otherwise a really great experience!

De sfeer en de inrichting van het hotel waren heel goed, op loopafstand van goede restaurants en bars. Mooie rooftopbar waar geregeld salsa avonden waren.

Parkeren in de buurt van het hotel was soms wat lastig. Douche werkte niet optimaal, weinig waterdruk en soms geen warm water

Mi-a plăcut locul cu totul , adică iti vine o energie pozitiva doar intrând în acest hotel, nu mai spun de bar si piscina , practic ai aproape de toate , personalul mi sa părut cel mai de treaba si te ajuta cu orice problema.

Gorgeous little hotel. Very intimate and unique. Smells Devine, staff are just lovely, food great. A little far out for those who want to club every night or do boat trips daily but only a 10 min max taxi or 25 min walk from the main docking bay. Lovely little beach just a short walk away. Sadly we didn’t take photos of the room but have some of breakfast and the sunset at the beach etc. Highly recommended.

Only things we can say were the taps and shower head could do with a de-scale and the bed was pretty squeaky as on wheels. Parking could be a bit tricky.
