Amazing hotel - very aesthetically pleasing and well thought out out. The food at breakfast, the pool area and especially Toyo were delicious. The staff could not have been more helpful. The optional of the main pool with DJ and relaxing, smaller family pool was perfect. Can’t wait to visit again, would highly recommend!

If I had to say something it would be the lack of free water by the pool. All water when laying by the pool, needed to be paid for which was a shame.

I absolutely loved OKU Ibiza! The atmosphere and pool area were amazing, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel has a lively, stylish vibe and is located very close to the beach. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

Super Hotel, super Service, super Personal, wir kommen zurück.

Wir hatten lediglich zwei kleinere, nicht wirklich lange Decken auf unserem grossen Bett, anstatt einer grossen oder auch zwei. Empfanden wir als etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig do ich 1.9m gross bin. Ansonsten alles super und vum feinsten.

Wat ons het meest beviel aan de accommodatie was dat echt alles aanwezig was voor een heerlijk verblijf. De kamer was mooi en comfortabel, het personeel ontzettend vriendelijk en de faciliteiten waren top, met zowel een verwarmd als een normaal zwembad. Ook het eten was voortreffelijk en het ontbijt was iedere ochtend heerlijk en uitgebreid. Eigenlijk was alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd!

We had a wonderful experience at OKU Ibiza. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a very stylish yet relaxed atmosphere that feels perfectly suited to Ibiza. Everything from the design and music to the service and attention to detail creates a genuinely special atmosphere. A great choice if you appreciate design, atmosphere and quality hospitality. We would definitely return.

We LOVED Oku Ibiza! This place is amazing and probably one of, if not, the nicest on the Island in my opinion. It's on the quieter side of Ibiza but really not that big of a deal because of how beautiful the hotel is. If you wanted some relaxation and luxury and didn't want to stay in the city its a great option and it's really only 20-25 mins from everything (taxis were about 30/35eur to everything). Most of the time taxis came very quickly but during rush hour it took a bit longer but never really had a major issue. The rooms are very nice and spacious but I recommend getting a deluxe or higher if you can. We ended up upgrading because the superior was a bit tight. The pool areas is gorgeous and the main attration of the hotel. There were plenty of lounges and day beds. They also had great music and amazing DJs every day from, 2-6pm (Anais was our favorite!). The pool is pretty warm. I would have liked it a few degrees cooler, but the woman loved it. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The restaurant and pool area food was amazing but VERY expensive. The sushi at the restaurant was 32eur for a tiny 6 piece roll. My only real complaint was the gym. It was fine...I expected better machines and more updated equipment, but I guess most people aren't there to work out? Front desk service was fine, had a small issue with my room but was able to sort it out quickly. Everyone else went above and beyond. Definitely recommend staying here and would come again.

The staff were incredibly rude. Breakfast ended at 11 and I get that it ends but it was panic for the staff to hurry everyone and the food taken away while people were still at the stations. I get the times but never had that experience before The swimming pool ran out of sun loungers two days in a row. Which was disappointing but never had that before , not a single bed and there was a queue of hotel guests behind us. They were also shutting off the second family smaller pool - unsure why. The girl at the swimming my pool desk was incredibly rude. I was asking if we could wait on the couches until something came up and if the umbrella could be put up. A fair ask and I was being so patient - she was so rude and said to me that if I had a problem that she was only staff and speak to the manager. Her anger came out of nowhere for me as a customer who was happy to wait while the sun loungers. I did ask to speak to the manager as she really upset me. The manager apologised and was very kind and said her staff was sick. Everyone can have bad days but to be so incredibly rude it was actually really upsetting. This is an expensive hotel, I work hard and have customers myself and have never spoken to someone like that even if I wanted to. Reception staff were lovely and the concierge . Def better hotels on the island .

We loved this hotel! Rooms were great, staff were very helpful. Location is excellent- just enough out of San Antonio to be out of the busyness, but it is still within walking distance (20 mins). Walking distance to nice beach. Breakfast was very nice- lots of variety and good quality food. Lunch- not many options for vegetarians. Service around the pool- very good. Enjoyed the DJ. Great luxury stay in Ibiza.

Beautiful hotel with a lovely room, fantastic breakfast and a great pool area with a DJ. Everything felt very high quality and we really enjoyed our stay.

The main downside was the service around the pool, which was quite slow and it could be difficult to get someone’s attention. Given the price and standard of the hotel, I would have expected the poolside service to be more attentive. I also wasn’t keen on the completely glass shower being visible from the bedroom, as there was very little privacy.

Der Pool Bereich ist wirklich super. Ich war jetzt schon in vielen Hotels auf Ibiza und der OKU Pool Bereich ist der schönste. Sehr viele Liegen, auch Day Beds, cooler Vibe mit DJ, aber auch Möglichkeit am Familien Pool zu entspannen ohne Musik. Das zum Hotel zugehörige Restaurant ist extrem gut. Waren an 2 von 3 Abenden dort.

Personal meckert wegen Softdrinks am Pool obwohl es laut Poolregeln nicht verboten ist eigene Getränke mitzubringen. Dickes minus. Bleibt man mehrere Tage muss man ein halbes Vermögen für 0,237 ml Cola oder kleine Wasser ausgeben. Komplett unnötig. Ansonsten sind auch die Preise für alkoholisch Getränke nah an Beachclub Preisen was absolut frech ist, da es kaum Alternativen in der Nähe gibt. san Antiono ist kein schöner Ort und hat wenig zu bieten. Die Gebäude und Zimmer geben teilweise Tiefgaragen und Gefängisfeelings. Für 500€+ die Nacht ist das unangebracht. 3 Sterne verpackt in 5. Bei schlechtem Wetter hat das Hotel absolut nichts zu bieten.

* Ruime, propere kamers met alle faciliteiten: ruim gevulde minibar, handdoeken, een kluis, een haardroger, heerlijke verzorgingsproducten (shampoo, douchegel, bodylotion, ...) van Nathal. Prima kamers! * Het ontbijtbuffet was voortreffelijk, met zeer veel keuze: meerdere soorten brood en ontbijtkoeken, vers (gesneden) fruit, eieren op alle mogelijke bakwijzen, champagne, vers fruitsap, ontbijtgranen, zaden, diverse soorten yoghurt, kaas, vlees, ... Drank moest je bestellen bij het personeel en moest je niet lang op wachten. * We aten ook 2x van het restaurant Kima als lunch: heerlijk!!! Ruim aanbod en snelle bediening. * Zeer vriendelijk personeel (zowel receptie, bar, zwembad, restaurant, poetsvrouwen, ...). * Ons bed werd dagelijks opgemaakt, alsook dagelijks verse handdoeken (ook al was dit voor ons niet noodzakelijk)... en daarnaast werd de kamer meerdere keren per dag "gecontroleerd". Als je in tussentijd op je kamer geweest was, lagen de lakens opnieuw effen. * Zeer proper overal ook... zowel op de kamers, het onthaal en aan het zwembad/poolbar. * Het zwembad is HEERLIJK... al vonden wij het water wel vrij "warm" tijdens de warme dagen en voelde het weinig "verfrissend". Ook de DJ aan de adult only-pool (vanaf 14u) hebben wij enorm gesmaakt. Heerlijke ligbedden, steeds verse handdoeken. Op zonnige dagen, vooral in de namiddag, is het wel heel druk aan het zwembad en moet je soms eens zoeken naar een vrij ligbed. Desondanks hebben wij er steeds eentje gevonden. Heb je geen plaats? Dan kan je natuurlijk ook nog terecht aan de "family pool", waar het steeds rustiger was.

* Water op de kamer zou gratis ter beschikking gesteld mogen worden. Water is immers een basisbehoefte. Verder geen minpunten... TOP-verblijf gehad! Bijkomende TOP-ervaring, want voor ons getuigt als een ENORME BETROKKENHEID met hun gasten: Op onze eerste avond zijn wij bestolen geweest aan O Beach (San Antonio). Toen we terug in het hotel arriveerden (rond 11pm) deden wij ons "beklag" over deze ervaring. Het personeel van OKU kon hier absoluut niks gaan doen, maar ze luisterden wel en lieten ons ventileren. Daags nadien komen wij, na het ontbijt, terug op onze kamer en daar stond een gepersonaliseerd kaartje waarin ze hun steun betuigen voor onze nare ervaring en enkele cadeautjes om het "leed te verzachten". Dit werd ENORM geapprecieerd door ons! Wauw! TOP-PERSONEEL!!!!!!!

Just got back from a quick 48 hours at Oku, my 6th visit to this hotel now. My last review commented on my gripe at check in where I was asked if this was my first stay… annoyingly it happened again. This is such a simple fix for a warm welcome to be achieved. I love the hotel but also experienced three differnt types of the same drink in 48 hours. How can the mango frozen margarita look and taste different depending on who’s making it?! We also had to send our fries back BOTH days due to not being hot, don’t charge €7 for fries that aren’t going to be consistently hot. When they came out the second time they were a totally different product, so much better when actually HOT. Love the hotel but fix the small things as these count! Breakfast was incredible as per and pool service was good on the whole (despite trying to charge us for the cold and hot fries)

This hotel is, at best, a 3-star property charging 5-star prices. At approximately €860 per night, I expected exceptional service and accommodations. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. The location is extremely inconvenient. The hotel is far from most attractions, and transportation is expensive and difficult to arrange. The rooms are smaller than pictures elude. We waited an hour and a half for a taxi at the port, only for the ride to the hotel to take seven minutes and cost €8. Ride-share pricing was also unreasonable, with one five-minute trip quoted at €87. The biggest disappointment was the concierge service. We booked a sunset boat tour through the hotel for €100. The concierge instructed us to arrive at 7:00 p.m. We arrived at 7:01 p.m., and there was no boat in sight. No one from the boat company or the hotel contacted us. We asked several people at the dock, and they all confirmed that no boat had been there for quite some time. While waiting at the marina, we spoke with other boat operators and discovered that there were far better options available. Many yacht tours cost only €60–€80 and included 3.5-hour excursions with drinks, dinner, and a much nicer experience. The tour we booked through the hotel was €100 for a small, older boat with a shorter itinerary. We felt misled and overcharged. When we called the concierge, they were dismissive and immediately blamed us for arriving one minute late. They then had the owner of the boat company call us to argue, claiming we should have arrived 30 minutes early—something we were never told. The hotel never arranged transportation, provided directions, or explained that we needed to arrive earlier than the scheduled departure time. They actually insisted how close and easy getting there would be. Only after we threatened to leave a review For the boat company did they agree to issue a refund. The concierge tried to take credit for us being refunded which they had no part in. Afterward, we read reviews of the boat company and found numerous complaints from other customers describing similar experiences, including boats not showing up, refunds being denied, and customers being falsely told they had missed the departure. It’s disappointing that a hotel charging luxury prices would recommend a vendor with such a poor reputation. When the hotel called us during the incident, they promised they would “make it right” when we returned. Instead, all we received was an apology, excuses, and repeated attempts to shift the blame onto us. No gesture of goodwill, compensation, or effort to recover the experience was offered. This was our last day on the island, and we had planned our entire itinerary around this boat excursion. Instead, we wasted a day, spent over two hours waiting at the marina, searching for a boat that never came, and then trying to find transportation back. And we’re not attended to properly upon return. We were so distressed we called it a night. It completely ruined the end of our vacation. This hotel did not deliver a luxury experience. The breakfast was good, although it was only served during a short two-hour window, and the pool area was nice. Overall, this is not a 5-star hotel. The accommodations are average, the service is disappointing, and the concierge’s handling of our situation fell far below expectations. Between the poor service, overpriced amenities, inconvenient location, and lack of accountability, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

Location is perfect! The pool was amazing!

This wasn’t my first stay at OKU Ibiza, which made this experience even more disappointing. I ordered room service, but after waiting 1.5 hours, my food still hadn’t arrived. When I called to ask about my order, the employee was rude and hung up on me before I could finish speaking. I had to call back to complete the conversation. For a 5-star hotel charging premium rates, this level of service is unacceptable. Although the hotel tried to make things right afterwards, the interaction was unprofessional and disrespectful.

We love everything about OKU - it's a our third stay and we'll be returning in September!

OKU een heerlijke sfeer, mooi hotel en straalt luxe uit.

Tijdens het inchecken kregen we de vraag of we een upgrade wilden. De medewerkster vertelde dat we voor €600 per nacht een betere kamer met dakterras konden krijgen. Ik heb daarbij expliciet gevraagd of dit geen **extra** €600 per nacht zou zijn, maar dat het bedrag in plaats zou komen van de ongeveer €330 per nacht die wij via Booking.com betaalden. Dat werd niet duidelijk tegengesproken, waardoor wij ervan uitgingen dat het om een vervanging van het kamertarief ging. Na afloop bleek echter dat zowel het volledige bedrag van Booking.com van onze creditcard is afgeschreven als daarnaast nog eens €600 per nacht door het hotel. Hierdoor hebben wij in totaal €1.800 extra betaald bovenop de oorspronkelijke boeking van ongeveer €1.000. Wij vinden dat de uitleg tijdens het inchecken misleidend was en zijn erg teleurgesteld over deze gang van zaken.

Pillows very soft resulting in a stiff neck every morning took myself to the spa to enquire about massages and the morning meditation and but the male staff member of staff at the spa entrances energy was not giving welcoming at all so I didn't even enquire

Amazing value and outstanding facilities. The adults-only atmosphere, beautiful pools, and relaxing vibe made it the perfect place to unwind after exploring Ibiza. Definitely add breakfast to your reservation—the buffet is incredible, and the staff throughout the resort are warm, welcoming, and attentive. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and an excellent value. Be sure to take a romantic walk along the waterfront into Ibiza Town, especially at sunset. We absolutely loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.

After looking at this hotel with recommendations from our travel agent and a friend we were looking forward to our first trip to Ibiza within this 5 star hotel. Having been in numerous 5 star hotels all over the world this would rate at best a 3 star but with 5 star prices! We had one of there best rooms being the roof top terrace but after going up the lift and walking down the concrete corridors with no air conditioning we wondered what the room would be like! The room was extremely minimalistic , of poor construction (you can hear street noise through the windows) ,you could also blow harder than the air conditioning so our first impressions were of disappointment. The terrace was ok with your own sun-beds and a dinning table. The area with two patio chairs and a table was so small you couldn’t get to it and if you did sit on one of the chairs your legs would be pressing up against the glass balcony. We did complain about the A/C but nothing happened. Breakfast was ok but after the first day when I asked for some more water in the room which they promptly informed me they would charge me for it we just lost interest. Generally Staff were good.Adult pool ok but drinks are very expensive, no bar open at night only in teyo. Overall very expensive for what it offers. I’m not bothered about paying if its value for money but this hotel is simply not that. I get the feeling though this could be the norm in ibiza.

There are very few hotels that make you want to book another stay before you've even unpacked from the first one, but that's exactly what happened with OKU Ibiza. We loved it so much that we're returning this weekend, just a month and a half after our last stay, which probably says everything. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless. The hotel is beautifully designed, impeccably maintained and has a relaxed, understated luxury that never feels pretentious. Every member of staff we met was warm, professional and genuinely welcoming, making us feel valued throughout our stay. The pool deserves a special mention because it's what really sets OKU apart. The atmosphere is incredible. The resident DJs create the perfect soundtrack throughout the day, starting with a relaxed daytime vibe before gradually building the energy as the afternoon goes on. It somehow manages to feel lively and sophisticated at the same time, without ever becoming overcrowded or losing its laid-back feel. The service around the pool was equally impressive. Drinks arrived quickly, the team were always friendly and attentive, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. It's exactly the level of service you'd hope for from a luxury hotel. In fact, we had booked a day at CBbC during our stay, expecting to spend the whole afternoon there, but after only a couple of hours we came straight back to OKU because we genuinely preferred the atmosphere around the pool. We ended up spending the rest of the day there, and that's probably the biggest compliment we can give the hotel. A special thank you also goes to the concierge team, who were fantastic before we even arrived. They helped me arrange for a bottle of champagne to be waiting in our room for my wife's arrival, and everything was organised perfectly. It was a lovely personal touch that made the start of our stay even more memorable. Since our stay, we've also been arranging a guided running experience for our return visit this weekend. There was quite a bit of back and forth to get everything organised, but the concierge team were incredibly patient, responsive and helpful throughout. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and they made sure everything was sorted in the end. It's exactly the sort of service that makes you want to return. Although we didn't have breakfast, we visited the breakfast restaurant every morning for coffee and freshly made smoothies before heading to the pool. Both were consistently excellent, and the service each morning was just as warm and welcoming as everywhere else in the hotel. We've been fortunate enough to stay in some wonderful hotels worldwide over the years, but OKU Ibiza has something genuinely special. It's not just the beautiful design or the facilities, it's the atmosphere the team creates. Relaxed, stylish and effortlessly cool, it's somewhere you genuinely don't want to leave. Thank you to everyone at OKU Ibiza for such a memorable stay. We're already looking forward to seeing you all again this weekend.

Sehr gutes Frühstück in einem traumhaften Ambiente. Man fühlt sich vom Team sehr gut aufgehoben. Sehr sauber, tolle Produkte im Bad, überall riecht es gut, die Einrichtung ist extrem komfortabel und stylisch.

Very cool vibe. Fantastic pool with a daily DJ. Breakfast quality was top notch.

The pool umbrellas. Most were immovable so difficult to get shade from the sun.

Heerlijk hotel! Ontbijt is iedere ochtend zeer uitgebreid. Fijn dat er twee verschillende zwembaden zijn - adults only en één voor mét kinderen. Gym mag wat mij betreft een stuk uitgebreider.

Everything was amazing. The amazing food, service, vibes, and aesthetics. Could not fault this hotel and can't wait to come back. Also, to mention Chuzo, who made our stay amazing and was so helpful.
