Everything from start to finish, great hotel!

The location is great, the view from the room is amazing, the staffs are all very helpful and friendly, we wish we could have more time to stay longer. Def worthy for the value.

Lovely property very convenient to town -5 min walk. Comfortable room and bed. Restaurant was exceptional. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable.

Great room, location, and best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had

Very kind staff and great service

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Stefani was extremely helpful and hospitable. We stayed for three nights while hiking around the area. The room was a perfect retreat at the end of a long and tiring day. Very clean, modern, spacious, with great products. Super quiet fan, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great and the hotel was well equipped for hikers. Very close to the town centre.

Vanessa at the front desk was super helpful! She gave us hiking recommendations, advice on lift passes, and sites to see in the area. The hotel and room were nicely finished, and had coffee maker, kettle, and tiny fridge. We loved our deck! The ice machine and cold water dispenser were wonderful during hot weather. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool next door was fun.

Non air-conditioned room was pretty warm in hot weather. The window and deck door opened which helped a little.

Everything! The staff were AMAZING, they went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. They prepared food for us to accommodate our needs. The rooms are beautiful, every detail is well thought out, we absolutely loved it here. We will be coming back in the Winter now

Great hotel, nice rooms and staff. You get a pass to the sauna / spa next door and you should try for the interesting experience you’ll never forget. Breakfast was great and parking on site. Highly recommend!

We loved the hotel! It is in a fantastic location, there is parking, the room was comfortable and beautiful and the restaurant (Zicoria) served top notch food. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a lovely public pool next door to the hotel and the hotel gives a guest pass to use the pool whenever you want which was really convenient! We travelled with a 6 month old and we found this hotel fantastic to visit the dolomites with a baby 😊

시설과 위치 진짜 너무 훌륭하고요. 그 수영장이랑 사우나도 할수있게 쿠폰주는데~ 바로앞 수영장도 너무 좋음. 그냥 짱이였음

外装とは違って中がおしゃれで綺麗だった。設備も充実してて、アメニティはもちろん、プール用のタオルなども貸し出ししてくれた。バスチケットも市民プール、サウナのチケットが付帯されていて、雨でも楽しむものがあってよかった。

Personalet var meget venligt og imødekommende. Der var mulighed for parkering på stedet, hvilket var en stor fordel. Værelset var rummeligt og havde en dejlig balkon, og morgenmaden var god med et fint udvalg.

Prisen var lidt høj, men ellers var der ikke noget at sætte en finger på.

A genuinely lovely find in pretty Val Gardena. Modern and clean hotel, with lots of little extras to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Super close to town (5-10 min walk max) and a few day-hike cable cars (we easily walked to Alpe de Suisse and Seceda). Also easy driving for others. We stayed in the summer, but the on-site ski slope would be so cool in the winter. Lovely restaurant for breakfast and general food. Cool views of sunset. The spa facilities looked so so good - we sadly didn't have time to use them. A perfect stay for us to explore this area of the spectacular Dolomites.

Parking and breakfast should be included in the room rate (it was $10 a day to park and $15 each a day for breakfast). The balconies also have no privacy, which is a little awkward when you're all trying to watch the sunset in your spa dressing gown. But overall, a lovely stay with no major complaints.

Pool was great, staff were friendly. Room was big. Location was excellent, close to everything.

No AC in the room. Breakfast can be better.

위치가 아주 센터이지 않으면서도 편리하고 마을을 바라보는 조망이 일품이고 무엇보다 레스토랑이 분위기 맛 모두 좋아서 깜짝 놀라 이틀 저녁 모두 편하게 호텔에서 먹었습니다

출입도로가 하천변 좁은길이라 나올때 한쪽은 도로공사 트럭이 막고 한쪽은 큰 배송탑차가 막아서 차를 갖고 나오는데 20분이상 걸려서 예정 시간 맞춘다고 애먹었습니다

Staff, room fixtures and design were top notch. Breakfast was delicious.

Bed was a little hard. No top sheet and only a thick comforter in the heat of summer. No air conditioning. Room was hot...I was soaked in sweat in bed. I would not come here in the summer. For how expensive this is, I would expect climate control. Strange that restaurant does not serve dinner until the latter part of June. The town is already crawling with tourists. Town is overrated in my opinion.

From the moment we walked in, we felt immediately at home. I came to find out that it is a family run hotel so the warmth with which we were met was genuine and lovely. The hotel has an ideal location, is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Hotel Hell.

Unfortunately, nothing stood out positively during my stay.

The reception experience was extremely disappointing. The receptionist, Ilomq, was unfriendly, unhelpful, and lacked the basic hospitality skills expected in a hotel. Instead of making guests feel welcome, she created a negative first impression from the moment I arrived. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, which significantly affected my overall experience. I strongly encourage hotel management to review her performance and ensure that reception staff are properly trained in customer service and hospitality. Improving the quality of front-desk service would greatly enhance the hotel’s reputation and guest satisfaction.

Que no hubiera posibilidad de media pensión, Al ir en familia con hijos y en Navidad fue muy complicado reservar en restaurantes para cenar. Para nosotros es crucial en un viaje de esquí que el hotel tenga media pensión...

De spa was van matige kwaliteit. De temperatuur van de douches was niet te reguleren. De sfeer in de sauna was slecht, lelijke inrichting.

Huge room with big terrace. Great spa bath, comfy bed. Good breakfast. Easy walk to the cable cars.

No proper cups or glasses supplied - only paper or plastic - which seemed a bit cheap. Very strange upholstered artwork on the walls😂

Hotel is beautiful. Location is jaw dropping. Breakfast was good! Staff was lovely! Room for a family of 4 was large and price was comparable. My only complaint was how warm it was in the room with no AC and/or no fan. Without air movement it was very hard to sleep until the middle of the night but perhaps this is to be expected for the middle of summer in Ortisei. Other than that it was 10/10!

직원 응대는 형편 없음, 프론트에 직원이 거의 없음 매우 더운데 에어컨 시설 없음 아침 식사 시간이 7시30분인데, 10분 이상 지나서 오픈을 해서 직원에게 이야기하니 자기 시계로 7분 뿐이 지나지 않았다고 함. 기본적으로 고객 응대 태도는 제로 수준. 중국, 태국 단체 관관객이 많음. 적어도 하루에 60만원 이상 내고 갈 곳이 아님. 더 좋은 위치에 가격 싸고 시설 좋은 호텔 널려 있음. 방 복도는 불이 꺼져있어 컴컴해서 들어가기 싫음. 엘리베이터는 한 개만 층을 누룰 수 있는 이상한 시설임. 이런 수준 이하의 호텔과는 거래하지 않는 것는 귀 회사를 위해서도 좋음. 내 나이 68세에 백여개을 여행했는데, 내 일생 최악의 호텔임. 이 호텔 때문에 다시는 돌로미티는 여행하지 않을 것임 300여 만원의 호텔비용이 너무 아깝고, 내 귀한 시간이 너무 억울하다. 다시는 귀 회사를 통한 예약은 하지 않으리라 다짐함.

I don’t like two twin beds together with separate bedding for each of us. I know it’s a cultural thing in these parts but….

Our first time to Ortesei after friends recommendations. Hotel Hell was in a fantastic location, very short walk to the beautiful village, restaurants and shops. Extremely helpful Reception staff with advice on what to see and how to get around. We did not ski, but hiked over our 3 day holiday and it was wonderful

Breakfast was good. Vanessa was so kind and helpful.

I left the hotel early in the morning (~6:30 AM) and nobody was in the frontdesk. I could not pay the city tax and I had to take an action later.

The location was excellent. A very short walk into the main village and about a 50m walk to a chairlift that can take you to the main Seisler Alm gondola. You can then ski pack to within 50m of the hotel entrance. Our room was also very spacious, stylish and comfortable and the hotel breakfast was a standout. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

The only slight negative was the hotel staff for breakfast were a little blunt. I do think it was more cultural than anything else. There is simply no other negative for a hotel to be used as a base for skiiing in Ortisei
