Ήσυχη τοποθεσία κοντά στο πεζόδρομο του χωριού, και όχι μακριά από τη θάλασσα περπατιεται εύκολα και η παραλία είναι από τις καλύτερες του νησιού. Καθαρά δωμάτια, το δικό μας ήταν διόροφο αρκετά πρότυπο...

Αν και δεν συνάντησα πρόβλημα τις μέρες που έμεινα, πάρκινγκ θα βρεις στα στενάκια. Ο χώρος είναι αρκετά καλός αλλά το αλμυρό νερό της πισίνας δεν είναι καθόλου ελκυστικό.

It was very clean. The cleaning ladies made the room tidy every day. Had no problem with the noise, could sleep without any problems. The staff was helpful and gave me all the info I needed. The check-in was easy.

There was a problem one night with the electricity for the AC which made the sleeping a bit harder because of the temperature, but sometimes things go wrong without your control

Brilliant location and a really relaxed place to stay. The staff were lovely. Everything was spotless.

The pool area was always clean e.g pool, sunbeds, toilets & bar. Not overcrowded for sunbeds. Staff were all pleasant. Nice back ground music, not too noisy Rooms cleaned daily. Close enough to restaurants, shops, seafront. Nice welcome.

Not alot on offer to guests, pool bar closed early once a week. No happy hour that i knew of. basic bar food. We like to have a drink before our evening begins & maybe enjoy a drink on return. Felt 9pm was too early. Only had one evening of entertainment, which was line dancing to my knowledge. Not sure if a quiz night too. Few staff around at times. A toaster / microwave would be good to do breakfast or light lunch. As a small business it would be nice touch to acknowledge guests when leaving, , only a book for reviews.

We've stayed at Natalie's a few times now and love it. The staff are always very friendly, the pool and bar area are lovely. The rooms are immaculate and the grounds are well maintained.

The only slight niggle is that the bathrooms are a little outdated and on the small side but nothing that we can't live with and it certainly doesn't detract from the overall experience.

Hotel was fab - great location. Everything was spotless and clean. Rooms were a little tired and basic, but can't fault the staff who were fabulous. So welcoming and accommodating. Pool area was great and we were so lucky to have it all to ourselves for most of the day. The hotel provided everything that we wanted for a 1 night stay and really hope to return again next year. Location is brilliant as you are a little short walk from the hubbub of the main street. Can highly recommend the Greek family restaurant Apostolis at the end of the street - where we ate a few times during a visit to Skala.

The shower and toilet were okay. We had to have our toilet flush fixed during our stay but we were offered another room, if it couldn't be fixed, which was good.

Sink plug in bathroom broken and water leaked through bathroom floor when using sink and / shower. Not very clean around pool area.( discarded tissues around pool bar were left for 2 days) Property left unmanned regularly throughout our stay and reception closed after 8 pm.( we were advised that we could go behind reception desk and switch hotel outside lights on ourselves after this time.)

Lack of storage facilities, despite the actual accommodation being quite substantial.

The staff was very friendly with lots of great recommendations! The location is also perfect: close enough to walk to everything but far enough to be quiet at night.

The only downside (which is very minor) was the shower came with a soap dispenser but no obvious shampoo or conditioner. We easily grabbed a small bottle from the local market though.

The property is situated at the top end of the town and walking up the hill on very hot days was very tiring

Maria made the stay, she welcomed use with a massive smile and was just lovely, room was clean and comfy and the pool area was just great, all you need for a Greek stop over.

Bar had no beer for 2 days, had no gin and did not have food at pool bar.

Quiet, clean, and the pool was great! Staff were so helpful and kind, and it was a very relaxing stay.

Plus points: Price. Pool. Location. Immediate offer of a refund when it was discovered that 'The System', had wrongly accepted the booking, I would therefore have to move during the stay. The very prompt response from Booking.com to address the issue when the refund had been received. Plus, the very kind offer of up to EUR 60 should any new accommodation be more expensive (same dates/length).

Minus points: The first thing that was said to me by a overly surly receptionist was; "We sent you a email, so were expecting a call from you!" From then, it went downhill really fast. I explained to the unsmiling receptionist, I had only just obtained internet access (esim), so retrieving emails had only recently been possible, which is why they had received no response. The unfriendly Receptionist, then explains that due to the 'System', making a mistake, the booking should not have been accepted, to which I responded; "That's disappointing." After disagreeing further over who was actually responsible for the error, the brusque Receptionist suggested that I speak directly to the Manager, which I then did. Consequently, when I cordially pointed out to the Manager that to a paying customer (me), Natalie's was 'The System', therefore Natalie's needed to accept ownership of the Failure of Service here, I received strong push-back from said Manager, who thought that simply by increasing her volume level, and talking over me, all would be settled. Whilst the repeated offer of a full refund was appreciated, I honestly felt it was partially offered in order for me to simply go away, and stop being such a nuisance. Please bear in mind, it was 19:15 on a Sunday evening, with few options available to a lone traveller, bar prehaps the beach for the night. I finished the conversation with the Manager, and stated that her attitude was wholly unacceptable, so do please issue the refund and I'll move on accordingly. The young receptionist actually appeared a mite surprised by this, and softly, if not kindly asked if I would like any help with finding alternative accommodation? I said..."No, thank you. I'll take it from here." I then left, but 15 minutes after walking through the front door. To where? I had absolutely no idea.

A amazing hotel , well situated , pool area was clean and well staffed Hote staff were absolutely 💯 % amazing Room was clean well equipped, maybe a toaster But thats being picky 🙄 overall a very good experience

Only downfall was the situation of our room Up a very steep marble staircase this isn't pratical for suitcases and for us , and we sre relatively quite fit 60+ , going forward if to book again we wouldn't want this room even at a reduced rate

We’ve stayed here many times over the years, and this feels like our home from home. The staff Ermioni and Maria are friendly and welcoming, and will do anything they can to help during your stay. The beds are comfy and the showers are lovely and hot, the apartments are kept exceptionally clean by the lovely cleaning ladies. We love the fact that it’s quiet, and just tucked away from the high street, and the pool is lovely!

The apartments had a major redo a few years ago, and it could be time for it to be done again, but it’s nothing a lick of paint couldn’t put right. We went right at the end of the season, so I expect it might be sorted over the winter anyway. It’s not anything major.

Quiet and just off the beaten track, but close to the village. Staff are all very friendly.

I would like a toaster in the room.

We have just spent a week at Natalie’s and already rebooked for next year before leaving. Perfect location, comfy beds, linen/towel change every 2 days. Lovely modern pool and bar area taken care of by Maria and Ermione who were the perfect hosts.

There is nothing to dislike here.

This hotel was in perfect location. It is basic but very clean and comfortable and the pool area is amazing. It’s very peaceful. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend!

Η τοποθεσία, η καθαριότητα, η εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού. Το ξενοδοχείο, είναι σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή κοντά στην όμορφη παραλία της Σκάλας!!! Έχει πολύ δυνατό γρήγορο ίντερνετ!!! Καθαρά δωμάτια και μια πολύ καθαρή πισίνα με θαλασσινό νερό παρακαλώ!!! Πάνω από όλα αυτό που μετράει και αξίζει να μείνει κανείς σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο είναι το προσωπικό του! Νιώθει κανείς πολύ άνετα, εμείς τοὺς νιώσαμε σαν την οικογένεια μας, τόσο από την κυρία που φροντίζει τα δωμάτια να είναι καθαρά μέχρι την Κυρία Ελένη, την Ερμιόνη και την Manager την δεσποινίς Μαρία είναι όλες πολύ ευγενικές, φιλικές και εξυπηρετικές.

Everything! The rooms were cleaned every day. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. The bar prices were really reasonable. The pool area was so chilled and quiet. We loved everything about it.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is perfect, walking distance from all the shops and restaurants, yet far enough from the noise to feel peaceful. Two of the best-rated Greek restaurants are just around the corner, so definitely check them out if you book! The staff were fantastic and super helpful, letting us leave our bags and even arranging a late check-out. The pool is gorgeous and so relaxing. We’d definitely stay here again next time we visit, such great value for money!

As people who love to sleep in on holiday, we would have preferred if the cleaners came later in the day, closer to the afternoon, so we didn’t feel rushed to leave the room for it to be serviced. Not a biggy though, just a suggestion!

Nu s-a dat cu mopul in camera in fiecare zi, desi era cazul, prosoapele nu s-au schimbat de fiecare data la 2 zile asa cum ne-au zis. La toaleta scurgerea nu era f buna, scurgerea de la dus refuleaza si se cam face apa in baie. Trebuie sa astepti 15 minute ca sa se scurga f bine. In baie ar mai putea fi facute imbunatatiri.

De locatie is ideaal en erg leuk. Alles op loop afstand: barretjes, restaurants, winkeltjes, supermarkt en het strand. Het zwembad met bar was heerlijk, kern van drop is een leuk toeristisch autovrije straat waar alles aan ligt. De eigenaar erg vriendelijk. Ideaal voor gezinnen en zeker een aanrader!

De kamers zijn basis maar heel prima. Douchegordijn in badkamer niet helemaal ons ding maar dat was het enige min puntje.

De kamer was ruim. Er was een fijn zwembad met een bar. Het personeels was vriendelijk. Locatie is prima, op een paar minuten lopen van de straat met alle winkels en restaurants.

We hadden er meer van verwacht. Het was niet heel sfeervol, wat verouderd en niet helemaal schoon.

We feel the rooms could do with being updated . Upon arrival we was told that the blackout shutter was broken and two curtains were put up ( they didn’t work)also noticed one of the glass panels to the doors had blown ( have notice on another review site that this has been like this since 2022)we also feel the cleaning wasn’t upto standard , one day the beds wasn’t even made .

The bedroom was clean, with a normal sized fridge as well as a freezer compartment, a kettle and a safe; the balcony had two chairs, a table and a hanger for drying clothes. Our room was cleaned daily with clean towels replacing our dirty ones when we left them out. The pool was superb, sunny and shady -just what you need in the heat of the day- right next to the bar, with clean towels to use daily. The sun loungers had parasols and there were always some free, even though the hotel was booked up. The staff couldn't be more helpful, obliging, friendly and just going out of their way to make the holiday special. The location is great, just up the hill (slight incline) from the main street, within a stone's throw from Taverna Apostolis that served fantastic and reasonably priced food.

Locality excellent. Quiet. Only a few rooms and excellent staff.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, fab location and gorgeous pool with reasonably priced drinks too :-)

The apartments, pool and bar area are all exceptional - modern, clean, comfortable and spacious. The location of the apartments is excellent and Maria and her team cannot do enough for you. Best accommodation we have ever stayed in during many visits to Skala.

Nothing - we have already booked for next year!

Fab location, good facilities pool was small but clean including surroundings, towels & sheets changed often, very clean hotel and it was great that the bar was open 9am - 12pm even though its a small hotel with only app 12 rooms.

The only thing that could of been a problem, outsiders were allowed in to use pool and bed but there're only enough sun beds for guests if everybody stay at pool area.
