Tres bon emplacement, cadre intimiste, super acceuil

Das schmucke kleine Riat ist zentral gelegen, hat schöne Zimmer, gutes Frühstück und eine schöne Dachterrasse. Ausgesprichen freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Die Ankunft in Marrakesch fühlte sich mit diesem Riad und dem freundlichen Personal sehr gut an. Sie bieten auch Unzerstützung für Reiseplanung, Ausflüge, Wellness.. Ich komme gerne jederzeit wieder.

Das Einzelzimmer befindet sich in der Lobby, was ich bei der Buchung nicht beachtet hatte. Ein Zimmer-wechsel wurde gegen kleinen Aufpreis freundlicherweise ermöglicht , danke

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits, c'était merveilleux, l'accueil, le service de transport aeroport-riad, les petits déjeuners variés, la propreté, l'emplacement au calme. Le personnel est discret et chaleureux, aux petits soins. Les repas servit son exeptionnels et préparés sur place. Nous avons eu la chambre sur la terasse, un cadre vraiment joli, le riad est décoré avec soin. La piscine est petite mais très agréable. Mourad et Mouad sont toujours disponibles et de bons conseils. Les deux femmes également présentes dans le riad pour la cuisine et l'entretien sont toujours souriantes et gentilles. On remercie toute l'équipe qui nous a rendu notre premier séjour a Marrakech très accueillant et dépaysant.

Seul petite chose qui nous a manqué : - 1 frigo pour garder nos bouteille d'eau au frais - une option salé au petit déjeuner (peut être disponible, on a pas demandé)

Barátságos környezet, a legaranyosabb szállásadók, a reggeli mindig frissen tálalva volt, a kiszolgálás maximális volt. Mindig figyeltek arra hova mentünk, mikor jövünk, érdeklődtek arról, hogy vagyunk. Maximálisan elégedett voltunk, ha ketten jövünk legközelebb, biztosan ide fogunk jönni!

Két negatívumot tudnék mondani, hogy egy kisebb hűtő nagyon hiányzott a szobából, mivel ehhez az időjárási viszontagságokhoz jobb lett volna ha kirándulás után, hideg vizet tudunk inni! A másik, az alapvetően nagyon finom reggeli kínálatba, sós megoldást részesítenék én előnyben.

Gentilezza e cortesia dei proprietari. La struttura era ben tenuta ed anche le camere. Climatizzatore ok ed anche i letti comodi.

Il bagno potrebbe avere delle porte migliori, che isolino meglio .

Le riad Safina est bien situé dans un secteur moins connu de la médina mais bien plus charmant que celui qu'on connaît. L'accueil de Mourad et Mouad a été chaleureux et bienveillant. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel et les chambres sont confortables et bien décorées.

La literie est un peu dure mais je crois que c'est général au Maroc

I liked the Riad, the position, the room and the bathroom were comfortable and the staff was nice.

The room was near the garden/pool so there were less privacy (especially if I wanted to open the window), but I know this is typical of Riad and I didn't have any specific issues.

Da simpatia de todo o Staf, receberam-nos muitíssimo bem. Um reconhecimento especial a Mouad. Riad muito agradável, harmonioso, confortável, limpo. Um conceito completamente diferente do que conhecia. Bem localizado. Recomendo.

Wij hadden de kamer op het dakterras. En dat was fantastisch. Heerlijk om in de avond nog even op het terrasje te zitten. Heel super aardig behulpzaam personeel. Heerlijk ontbijt. Elke dag anders. Wij komen zeker terug.

El riad es muy lindo, pequeño y acogedor. Solo hay 5 habitaciones por lo que es muy silencioso La limpieza y las instalaciones impecables. El desayuno riquísimo. La ubicación es a 5 min caminando a la plaza principal Destaco la amabilidad de Ali, Mouad y Mourad. Me han ayudado en todo momento, super serviciales y simpáticos. Me han servido el desayuno mas temprano por que debia irme mas temprano. Sin dudas recomiendo el riad y volvería en mi próxima estadia.

Top Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Bahia Palast und am Eingang der Medina von Marrakesch mit einer Vielzahl von Restaurants. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden. Sie kümmern sich wirklich rührend um einen als Gast und sind sehr aufmerksam. Süßes Frühstück auf der schön hergerichteten Dachterrasse mit selbstgemachten Speisen. Auf besondere Wünsche wie Frage nach Naturjoghurt wurde eingegangen. Transfer vom Flughafen empfehlenswert. Man wird vom Parkplatz direkt zum Riad geführt. Wir können das Riad in jedem Fall für einen Aufenthalt in Marrakesch weiterempfehlen.

Breakfast at Riad Safina was excellent: very extensive, homemade and different every day. Every morning I enjoyed fresh Moroccan specialties, beautifully presented in a peaceful and authentic setting. The staff was very friendly and made me feel truly welcome as a solo traveler.

Honestly, NOTHING disappointed me during my stay. The riad was beautiful, peaceful, very clean and the staff was always kind and helpful.

Ich finde der Preis ist zu teuer für das was man kriegt. Für einen löngeren Aufenthalt kann ich es nicht empfehlen. Für kurze schon.

L'emplacement du riad est idéal pour circuler dans la Medina tout en étant au calme, très proche de la Place principale. Le toit terrasse avec la vue imprenable sur l'Atlas et les toits de la Medina est très appréciable. La piscine doit être un délice lors des fortes chaleurs.

Le confort du lit 2 personnes et le réseau WIFI à améliorer

La struttura è situata in un punto strategico, vicino a pallazzo Bahia, ti addentri nella Medina e ne esci in un attimo. Lo staff super carino e accogliente! Inoltre tutto bene pulito e in ordine sempre. Lo straconsiglio e lo terrò presente per un prossimo ritorno a Marrakech!

The riad is very nice and tidy. The host and the personnel were very friendly and will help you with anything. They change during the day and night to welcome you and to help you when needed. The traditional breakfast was with something new every day during your stay. It is very close to the old town and Bahia Palace. Overall, it was a great experience and highly recommend.

This hotel was in a good location.

Not a great experience! Since I was a single person traveling alone, they put me in a room right in the center of the lobby and would not let me change to another room. I had NO privacy and it was uncomfortable. The room was INCREDIBLY small and smelled very bad. The staff (except one young man) were very rude and not accommodating. I do not recommend this place.

L’emplacement du Riad est idéal. L’accueil est personnalisé. Tout le personnel est aux petites soins avec nous. Le confort est top, jusqu’au petit déjeuner qui est excellent.

We stayed at this riad in Marrakech and had a really great experience. The place is beautiful and cozy, perfect for an authentic stay. The staff was always kind and helpful, ready to assist us at any time and give great recommendations on what to see and do. A special thanks to Morad, who was amazing: he showed us around the neighborhood, printed our boarding passes, and arranged a taxi to the airport. Excellent service that made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

L emplacement, le personnel, le petit déjeuner même si nous aurions aimé pouvoir le prendre au grand air au vu de beau temps, c est dommage de rester enfermé et sans vu sur l'extérieur. La deco est tres sympa. La terrasse est très agréable.

L' acoustique, les chambres sont très bruyantes, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le hall pour la chambre du fond et la rue pour l' autre. Le fait de ne pas pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner en extérieur, et d être enfermé sans vue sur l extérieur. La salle de bain un peu petite.

Abbiamo viaggiato in famiglia abbiamo amato l’accoglienza di Adil e i suoi collaboratori, ci hanno fatto fare un Hammam fantastico, la colazione era deliziosa e la posizione in centro.

Muy cerca de uno de los principales zocos, durante la noche tranquilo para el descanso. El personal muy amable y atentos, habitación triple grande , las camas cómodas, limpieza y cambio de toallas diarias. El desayuno fabuloso. Sin duda para repetir . Muy recomendable.

Très bon emplacement, très proche du palais Bahia, permet de faire toute la médina à pied. Facile d’accès, le taxis peut vous déposer non loin. Bon petit déjeuner Accueil sympathique Petit Riad propre et très bien entretenu

Ultra bien situé, et au calme quand même. Super propre et bien entretenu. L’équipe est aux petits soins et d’une gentillesse incroyable. Petit dej très très copieux, frais, fait maison et surtout délicieux !!!

Un grand merci à Adil, Mourad, Mouad, Neijat et Zayra pour ce séjour très agréable. Un accueil très chaleureux, une équipe super et à l'écoute, un service au top à tout moment et toujours avec le sourire. Nous conseillons le couscous et le tajine fait maison par Zayra. Le petit déjeuner est très varié, copieux et très gourmand. L'endroit est très bien situé. Nous conseillons fortement le Riad SAFINA.

Lovely Riad. Most rooms have windows facing the inside of Riad( which are more quiet). The triple room has windows facing into the street & gets loud with motorbikes, people. Moroccan breakfast with some fruit & yoghurt. Clean & good location in the centre of Medina. Ali was very helpful with all our needs. Suggestion for the owner: instal a more quiet door bell and preferably that rings only once when pressed. As current can be heard from the rooms & is very loud.

I only stayed here for two nights after my dessert tour before leaving to go to the airport. I wish I stayed longer and stayed here before my dessert tour! This riad is perfect. Very easy to find, amazing location to everything, clean and peaceful. The bed is super comfy and the room itself is big as well. It’s only a two minute walk away to Al Bahid ATM as well which is perfect as this bank has the lowest cash withdrawal rate in Marrakech. The staff were also so kind and very welcoming and helped with smooth airport transfers. There is someone there 24/7 at the desk to help you and answer any questions as well. I had to leave early for my flight and they gave me my breakfast to take away. The staff are super accommodating. I will definitely be coming back here and telling all my friends/family to stay here if they ever visit Marrakech.

Nothing. Perhaps the breakfast could have a bit more variety and can be different every day. But I wasn’t that bothered as only stayed here for two nights.

Le Riad Safina est idéalement placé quand on souhaite être dans la médina : on est au cœur de la ville mais dans une petite rue calme. Il est joli et confortable. Le personnel du Riad est adorable et très à l’écoute des besoins des clients. Le dîner, sur commande, est très bon.

Franchement peu de choses sont améliorer. Il y a quelques bruits de ventilation mais rien de très gênant.

Am avut un sejur in luna martie, temperatura exterioara a fost destul de scazuta. Am anuntat proprietarul din prima zi ca aerul conditionat nu functioneaza pe incalzire, chiar daca functiona intruna, mai mult de 19 grade nu a crescut temperatura din camera, nu sa rezolvat nimic, in ultimele 2 zile, aerul conditionat a cedat total, am cerut o varianta de incalzire in camera sau sa ne fie schimbata camera. Am primit doar o patura in plus, desii erau mai multe camere disponibile. La micul dejun desi am rezervat si am platit pentru 3 persoane, am primit doar pt doua persoane respectiv unt dau branza topita.

Riad pequeño, bonito y muy acogedor, personal muy amable, tanto Ali como Adil son encantadores y te ayudan en lo que necesites, el desayuno hecho por la jefa de cocina es casero y riquísimo. Muy bien ubicado. Muy buena relación calidad/precio. Totalmente recomendable.

The staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. My room was immaculate, the air conditioning and Wifi worked perfectly. I will definitely be back!

We stayed 5 nights and were sorry to leave in the end because we felt very welcome, all staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the lovely breakfast as well as the cleanliness and quietness od the Riad. It was very relaxing to spend time on the well kept roof top. We look forward to coming again!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au riad. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Mention spéciale à Mounir et Mohamed, toujours présents, attentifs et prêts à aider, que ce soit pour des conseils, l’organisation ou simplement pour s’assurer que tout se passe bien. Nous souhaitons aussi remercier les personnes de l’ombre, notamment les femmes de ménage, dont le travail quotidien est irréprochable et contribue énormément au confort du séjour. Excellent location and a really nice place. The roof terrace was beautiful and the staff were excellent.

Breakfast was fairly average but relaxing to eat on the terrace made up for it!

Nagyon kedves volt a személyzet, minden kérésünknek igyekeztek eleget tenni. A szállás jó helyen volt, a szűk utcáról - bár forgalmas volt - semmilyen zaj nem szűrődött be. Finom volt a vacsora is. A riad nagyon szép volt, és a szoba mérete is teljesen rendben volt - sokkal kisebbre számítottunk.

Mivel franciául nem beszéltünk, néha adódtak félreértések, mivel a személyzet időnként félreértette az angolt. Az egyik szomszéd szobából különböző zajok, pakolás zaja éjszakánként/reggelenként behallatszott. Ettől függetlenül összességében jól éreztük magunkat.

Riad centrale, molto comodo per la visita del centro della Medina. Personale estremamente disponibile ed accogliente. Camera semplice ma pulita e ordinata.

Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è, come in generale in tutto il paese, sfavorevole rispetto all'epoca pre boom turistico. I costi sono quelli di una camera d'albergo europea senza possederne i requisiti generali che rimangono, per quanto decorosi, sempre al di sotto della soglia di cura e dettagli che si pagano in Europa.

Mohamed was a great concierge and guide my whole stay. Made a friend in Marrakesh!

Very happy with my stay! Bed was really comfy and location was right in the centre! Mouad deserves extra praise for going above and beyond to look after me and even walked me to my onwards transport as I was nervous about getting lost. He showed much kindness and really made my stay!
