GT Hotel Jaro

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Needs and requested are appropriately being addressed. After the frontdesk, 2 staffs helped me with my bags to the third floor. Accessible as well to supermarket and various food places, so you have a lot of options in terms of food. I needed to wake up at 4 am, I was able to eat in a lugawan just in front of the hotel, which was great option for an early morning meal.

Hopefully an upgrade of a refrigerator to hotel rooms would be nice, so we could store food properly.

It doesnt have elevator,, its hard if you have elderly with you.

A bit noisy at night due to vehicles on the street.

We love the bed with clean sheets and comfortable beddings. Room is spacious and nice just like in the photos published. Shower is strong with heater. Airconditioning is working very well. Staff is helpful and polite. Accessible.

Had a great stay at GT Hotel Jaro. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and there was reliable hot water. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

One small suggestion for improvement: it would be better if room essentials like towels, doormats, and a hairdryer were already prepared in the room before the guest’s arrival. Having everything ready after the reservation would make the experience even smoother. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

Location is good.

No elevator. The room provided to me did not have any window. The shower curtain needs to be replaced. I also killed four baby ockroaches during my stay.

We were not fond of the property.

It had a stench at reception and all the way up however, they used a heavy diffuser sent that smelt Like flower scent once you enter and when you climb the second level the smell starts to appear. There was not elevator which makes ot difficult to carry if you have heavy luggages. The main road was really busy. The room was below average. Bathroom is dirty. Would not go back again unfortunately. Airconditioning was not as cold inside room 302 located on level 3.

The family room was spacious and very comfortable, but the bed linen was a bit concerning.

There was no lift available, hence it was difficult to go upstairs with all the luggage.

I originally booked just one night at GT hotel Jaro last Sunday, but we ended up staying until Wednesday because we got stranded due to Bagyo Verbena. Hotel was incredibly accommodating the entire time. The bathroom/CR was very clean (Lol, I worked there since I didn’t have my noise-cancelling headphones). The room was spacious, had plenty of outlets, and the staff and guard were kind and helpful. Best part is the good wifi connection because I was able to work comfortably on monday and tuesday nights without cancelling (thank god). Location-wise, it’s super convenient. There’s a supermarket right in front of the hotel, plus silog stalls nearby. It’s also very easy to get to the SM malls since it’s just one jeepney ride away. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

the location was very accessible to our event’s place and the vicinity is safer and also accessible to all types of public vehicles

the shower curtain was giving an awkward smell for the entire room. it needs to be changed as it was quite already overly used

The huge king size bed was amazing. The staff where really sweet and helpful, amenities are a bit old but it is a really nice hotel room for the price.

The receptionist shouldn’t have wet hands when handling passports. She smudged my passport. It was only a small indention. But still. They should be aware of that. Other than this, all is good.

They should change the door closer to an adjustable one, so that the closing speed will be slower, because every time any door closes, it does with a bang, which disturbs the clients. Easy problem to solve.

I liked about the property is its very comfortable and the location is very convenient. The room was clean as well, everything is good.

What I don’t like is the bad smell coming from the toilet.
