Struttura caratteristica, stanza familiare con letto gigantesco in cui siamo stati comodamente in 4. Personale davvero gentile (mi hanno spedito un altro hotel di altra città una cosa che avevo dimenticato lì, per pochi euro).

Il bagno senza piatto doccia, quindi quando ci si lava si bagna tutto. Da rivedere. Colazione non pervenuta, avevamo fretta di partire e purtroppo era disponibile solo dalle 7:30 per cui troppo tardi. La signora ci ha fatto un caffè solubile e dato due patate dolci cotte. Acqua calda per i bambini. Decisamente da rivedere.

El dueño es muy amable y simpático. Llegamos en la noche y nos invitó a té y a pescado a la parrilla. Nos explicó qué visitar en la ciudad al día siguiente y también nos ofreció una habitación mejor por el mismo precio. El hotel es precioso en una casa típica de Pingyao.

Great staff and good location in the old city

Nous avons absolument tout aimé dans cet établissement. Tout d’abord, bien que ce ne soit pas un de nos critères premier, il faut noter que le patron parle anglais ce qui a facilité notre communication. Par ailleurs, l’hôtel est idéalement situé dans l’enceinte de la vieille ville de Pingyao. À notre arrivée, le patron nous a offert une bouteille d’eau et montré les visites à faire autour de la ville (mais aussi prodigué des conseils sur les restaurants). Les chambres se situent dans une ancienne maison absolument superbe, elles sont bien équipées, la douche est très bien et bien pensée et le petit déjeuner le matin était très bon également. Je dois souligner l’amabilité, la gentillesse et le dévouement de notre hôte, qui nous a aidé à plusieurs reprises concernant des soucis que nous avons rencontré pendant le voyage. C’était absolument parfait, nous vous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés.

Bellissima esperienza in una casa tradizionale di Pingyao. La camera e` piccola ma confortevole e dotata di tutto quanto e` necessario per un breve ma piacevole soggiorno. La struttura e` a conduzione familiare, con cura dei particolari ed una grande attenzione all'ospite che viene accolto in casa con grande calore. Il nostro host ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni e l'assistenza necessarie per rendere il nostro soggiorno veramente indimenticabile. Colazione semplice, ma genuina in perfetta sintonia con l'atmosfera della casa.

The accommodation was beautiful, in the style of the Qing Dynasty. The staff were kind and friendly. We had breakfast at the hotel. It was simple and delicious. we loved it!!

Our room should be 23 square meters but I am sure it is smaller than advertised. It’s acceptable—it’s not a big deal.

Place is a traditional Chinese design. The owner told me the place used to be his grandfather 160-year old house which he refurbished. Excellent location and staff attention.

Het een schitterend traditioneel hotel, wat je meteen gevoel geeft van het oude China. De eigenaar en zijn broer waren fantastisch en helpen met al jouw vragen. Ik had echt genoten.

El hotel tenía su encanto ya que se había habilitado un edificio histórico con fines turísticos. En ese sentido, me gustó mucho la experiencia de quedarme en un lugar tan bonito como ese. Asimismo, el personal de recepción, aunque no hablaba mucho inglés, me ayudó a identificar los lugares para visitar en Pingyao y me diseñó un itinerario para poder ver todo a tiempo.

Habría estado bien que el recepcionista (al menos el hermano del dueño) hubiese hablado inglés, ya que esto habría mejorado la comunicación y la habría hecho mucho más ágil. En cuanto a la habitación, aunque estaba todo bien, creo que los colchones de la cama podrían ser un poco más gruesos, ya que esto mejoraría sin dudas la comodidad del cliente. Finalmente, en cuanto al desayuno, me habría gustado que tuviesen alguna opción más para occidentales (zumo, tostadas, fruta, etc.).

The host was very helpful and gave us valuable advice on what to visit, where to eat and where not to eat. English was not a problem. The guesthouse had a very authentic feel and was really beautiful. Pingyao itself is definitely worth a visit.

Hôtel bien situé , accès en 5min a pied (si votre taxi vous dépose a la bonne porte !), accueil très chaleureux ! Le bâtiment et la deco sont typiques de la vieille ville , très joli et vraiment depaysant ! Bons conseils pour les visites et des recommandations de restaurants partenaires avec petite réduction, nous y avons vraiment très bien mangé !

Está en la parte más tranquila de la muralla. No llegan los didis o taxis, pero desde fuera de la muralla hasta el alojamiento se tarda poco caminando. La habitación y el alojamiento en general era súper bonito y cómodo. El dueño nos dio un mapa y no explico todo sobre los sitios que visitar y donde comer. Eso fue una maravilla.

It gives an opportunity to stay in a historical house and have a special stay. I believe it’s a family-run property, and they were so kind and helpful.

Excellent stay just a short walk from all of the attractions in Pingyao's old town. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful on arrival, and provided the best tips on exploring the town - who needs a tour guide anyway? And incredible value for money. Thoroughly recommend.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer kleinen Gasse innerhalb der Altstadt, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Der Besitzer ist sehr engagiert den Gästen behilflich zu sein. Ein Anruf des Taxifahrers hat gereicht um mich und mein Gepäck mit Moped und Karren vom Stadttor abzuholen. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön im traditionellen Stil eingerichtet. Morgens gibt es nur ein kleines chin. Frühstück und Kaffee, nette Atmosphäre.

Das Zimmer ist an kühlen Tagen zu kalt. Es gibt keine Heizung und die Heat-Funtion der Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. In meinem Zimmer gab es nachts eine ziemlich laute Geräuschkulisse von der Gasse. Das Bad hat weder Lüftung noch ein Fenster und das Wasser der Dusche breitet sich im ganzen Bad aus, was der Schimmelbildung in den Ecken sehr entgegen kommt. Noch ein Wort zu dem Bett. Es war viel zu hart.

El guest es super amable junto a su esposa, El nos dio muy buenos consejos para visitar la ciudad y habla ingles. Nos recomendo muy buenos restaurantes.

Tutta la struttura è una tipica casa storica di Pingyao. La stanza aveva il tipico lettone gigante (come sapevamo è un futon tradizionale un po' duro ma abbiamo dormito bene). Il gestore ci ha dato una mappa della città e tutte le istruzioni per la visita (c'è un biglietto cumulativo di 120yuan che dura 3gg, non perdetelo perché non lo ristampano) oltre che consigliarci lo spettacolo di luci gratuito la sera alla porta sud.

perfect stay, couldn't imagine a more kind hosts! the apartament is really unique - wonderful old Chinese town - located in a quiet street close to all main attractions. the host even provided us with the discount loyalty cards to some great restaurants in the town!

El hotel es una antigua casa preciosa y bien conservada. Está todo muy limpio y los dueños son muy simpáticos y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Te dan agua cada vez que llegas y te dan consejos de cómo visitar la ciudad y aprovechar tu tiempo. La habitación tiene todo lo necesario. La ubicación es buena, muy cerca de la puerta de entrada a la ciudad amurallada y de las calles principales.

La cama era muy dura y no tienen desayuno continental, ni siquiera leche para el café.

La habitación no se correspondía con la contratada. En la descripción decía 20 metros cuadrados y la que nos dieron no pasaría de 12. El coche utilizado para el traslado a la estación ion estaba muy sucio, no se corresponde con el hotel

Super friendly and serviceminded host, employees and host family. Beautiful traditional guesthouse in a quiet street inside the walls of the old city. The breakfast was very nice, the backyard was very well decorated and calming. Our taxi driver from the train station called the guesthouse, so the owner came and picked up the luggage into the ancient city. Highly recommended . Thank you. PS: I forgot to deliver one key, I will send it to you.

Auberge bien placée dans le centre ville dans une petite rue au calme. Belle chambre. Bon petit-déjeuner préparé par la cuisinière. Accueil sympathique du patron qui nous a surclassé et nous a aidé pour notre séjour.

The host is super friendly and nice, very helpful with literally everything. It made my experience in Pingyao really pleasant. He helped figure out stuff like going to the station, where to eat, etc. Plus he gives great recs for places to go (as Pingyao has so many good places to choose from). The house is also really beautiful and cozy. Super clean, they provide homemade breakfast too. Recommend 10/10

Heel mooi oud gebouw met sfeervolle kamers. Vriendelijke gastheer die je graag op weg helpt en bij aankomst duidelijke uitleg geeft met goede restauranttips. Hij was ook erg vriendelijk voor mijn zoontje. Lekker eenvoudig Chinees ontbijt dat elke ochtend voor je bereid werd. Ook genoeg eetgelegenheden in Pingyao zelf. En goed gelegen in rustig gedeelte maar op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. Alles is overigens makkelijk te lopen. Ik heb gevraagd om een taxi om ons op te halen vanaf het treinstation. Dat vond ik zelf wel prettig omdat het nog best een stukje is en in een autovrij gedeelte (waar de taxi vanuit het hotel wel kan komen).

Het douchen is zoals vaker aangegeven inderdaad wat onhandig half boven de wc. Maar met een extra handdoek trek je dat ook meteen weer droog, was voor mij geen dealbreker.

客棧是古色古香的平遙古城老宅，我們在此住了四晚，非常愉快。客棧位置很好，也很安靜，離城門很近，出入城很方便，到熱鬧的古城市街走五分鐘就到。店主是古城本地人，熱誠親切，給我們很多詳細的古城遊覽資訊和建議，包括美食，他建議的餐廳都很棒，我們每天換著吃。因為我們對包車的要求比較嚴格，店主不厭其煩地為我們和車隊隊長（他的好朋友）連絡，終於找到一輛安全舒適整潔的大車，司機專業友善。 客棧早餐是笑眯眯的老闆娘每天早上親自準備的山西家常早餐，很好吃。 下回去平遙還是住這裡。

Hôte très gentil et attentionné , parle anglais . Nous a donné des infos sur la ville avec une carte qui nous ont aidé même si on a eu du mal à trouver les lieux car rien n est en anglais dans la ville. Petit déjeuner fait maison type chinois avec café possible. Chambre authentique dans une ancienne maison, lit futon sur lequel on a bien dormi.

Chambre un peu sombre et douche avec toilettes pas pratique car tout est mouillé quand on se douche .
