King Guest Lodge

The unit is exceptional well kept. Very clean. Equipped very well.

The bed in the main bedroom. My wife and I have chronic bad pain and other issues related. There are no indications of the mattress comfort level. The bed is rock hard. It feels like one is sleeping on the ground. Seriously very uncomfortable

Tranquility and neatness

Time to wait at the gate

It was clean and satisfying

I liked everything about it

Super clean. Friendly Staff. Perfect location with beach views and walkimg distance

Everything was perfect.

Nothing honestly.

I loved everything no complaints

Alles da, was man.braucht, gut ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche, freundliche Vermieter. Jetzt in der Nebensaison sehr preisgünstig. in

Great Staff and very clean facility

The property is in a quiet and convenient location, close to the beach and near amenities such as shopping malls, a petrol station, and places to buy food. The rooms were clean and well maintained, with fresh linens, and the property overall was well looked after. Everything smelled clean, and it was clear that care is taken to maintain the place.

While most staff members were pleasant, there was one staff member who was overly familiar with guests. Although she was friendly, the lack of professional boundaries made us feel a bit uncomfortable at times. Maintaining a more professional distance would improve the guest experience.

Not having a backup as there was no electricity in the area in the morning.

cleanness

The Dstv channel package and not having electrical blanket

Peaceful

Very nice area.

My booking stated one large bed and a sofa bed but sadly there was no sofa bed.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. The facilities are great and they accommodated our big family with excellence. Thank you for an amazing stay.

The swimming pool was great and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials that we needed and there was ample parking space.

The cover of the drain in the shower was broken which could've caused injury to our bare feet. Some of the floor tiles in the kitchen were broken which could also cut bare feet. There was someone's eyelash on the bedside table which was gross.

Everything

Enjoyed it very much. Will definitely come again

It's very clean

Nothing

It was clean and easy to be let in and out.

The bedside lamps had no globes and the bathroom light was not working.

Great service and loved using the facilities

I Loved how clean it was and the views. The staff members are sweetest people. Xolelwa and Babalwa are the sweetest people. I’m definitely coming back when I’m in PE.

Good quiet location and very neat

Water wasn't hot

The swimming pool and braai area at the Zephyr house was awesome.

The location is not good. The rooms and venues are awesome though. Friendly staff.

The room was so clean, loved the fact that when we got there they upgraded us Everything was perfect and the place was soo peaceful

The pool had a frog

Everything

Breath of fresh air in PE.

The rooms were very clean and the location being near the beach was perfect. Swimming pool area was cleaned for us as we requested having a braai. When you ask they are eager to listen, all in all our stay was marvellous

Nothing the place was perfect

Location , I was looking to be around Bluewater bay and this was perfect closer to the beach

You can hear people talking about from the kitchen or the other room

The rooms were outstanding.

Noise not allowed 🙁

The location was perfect and a good neighbourhood. They have a small shop for essentials which was perfect. Their waiting area was comfortable.

The pool was never cleaned during the entire stay, from check in to check out. The last night we had no electricity from 12 midnight, nothing was communicated to us and they don’t have a back up generator or solar system for atleast lights.

The peaceful atmosphere as well as the layout of the rooms. The staff are super friendly and so helpful. The hostess was so wonderful during our stay.

Cleanliness. Good location

It's meant to be a self catering facility but there's no stove in the room that i slept in

Our rooms, the cleanliness and friendly staff. The reception lady was so welcoming

Nothing at all. The transport was an issue but we managed

Neatness is on another level. Staff is very friendly.

Nothing at all.

The staff is very friendly and the room is very clean 👌

Clean

1) Light was not working 2) Unfriendly staff. Staff sounded irritated that I'm calling on the phone. 3)They tried to send me into a room I didn't book (downgrade). I had to complain tk get the room type I actually book. 4) rooms are very small 5) Side lamps not working 6)Shower mixer not set properly. Water is either very hot or very cold.

Everything is perfect i will recommended to my friends and family

Nothing

The staff was friendly and flexible Rooms were very neat 👌 I loved the he tranquility

Everything the room was perfect

It was very clean, and the security employee at the gate added more comfort. The floor staff was so friendly.

So I booked for 11 days, on the first 3 days the room had poor WiFi connection, 35-50mb/s while on the remainder days, I booked a different room which the WiFi was great. I recommend that they should get WiFi extenders to improve the WiFi speed on the rooms that are away from the server.

Tha view was the only thing that played my cards as my visit was a healing strategy

The room was full of darkness the lights at night the wall floors, furniture, and a worst case for towels but the room was clean
