The property surprised me pleasantly. We made a last-minute booking because we were heading to the airport the next day. Upon arrival, I was pleased to see that the place was spotless and well-maintained. We stayed only for one night, and its proximity to the airport—about 1.8 miles—was very convenient. The rooms were attractive, with beds that offered exceptional comfort. I highly recommend this accommodation for travelers seeking comfort and ease of access.

The location was fine.

I was in contact with Elizabeth the day we were arriving. She knew we wouldn’t get there until 2 am due to our late flight. When we got inside the apartment at 2 am, it had not been cleaned from the previous people. The trash was full, dirty towels everywhere, and the beds were not clean or made. She called me at 3:30 am & apologized & said she would give us a refund, but she never did.

It was a lovely renovated unit. Comfortable.

It would have been nice if instant coffee or tea bags could be left ..the shopping was fairly close but as we arrived at night we couldn't walk to get groceries being unfamiliar with the area

Excelente, limpio y cómodo apartamento. Decorado con buen gusto y todas las comodidades modernas posibles para facilitar la estadía...matress y almohadas cómodas, toallas, jabón, artículos de cocina, electrodomésticos etc . La ubicación es bien fácil de llegar con GPS, La anfitriona super amable y disponible para asistir en alguna situación.

Sí no te molesta bañarte con agua tibia en vez de caliente, no hay problema. Pero prefiero el agua caliente. Es lo único que extrañé.

Room was okay okay amenities were not great but we did not have hot water for 3 days of our stay to sort of hot water issue it was taking much more longer than usual expected time like around 2hours of wait so it’s kinda use to impact our trip in morning and sleep in night we had issues morning shower time also night shower time . Owner told us they have solar when we were in this place it was raining so we had hot water issues . Probably if you are going in summer you can still choose. We did change the hotel room from 3rd night owner replaced is other property for us and it was okay good but water was leaking and had issues like insects. And no much security it was open space we did not have gate for the property room was accessible to the road

The apartment is nice and practical. The AC and wifi worked great. The beds were a good size and comfortable. The rustic decor was charming. It's very close to the airport and a supermarket is within walking distance. The complimentary water was welcomed before we went out to purchase

I did not receive check in information before arriving and had to call for it Messages thereafter went unanswered and the owner did not contact with client to find out how the stay was going. There were several strands of hair in the bathroom area and the bathroom mat was not clean. This is beyond owner control but there was dog poop on the grass right in front the unit

Close to airport and eastern PR towns. Clean, good shower, beds were good. Off-street parking was perfect. All windows are frosted for privacy. Pics were accurate.

The overall cleanliness, the multiple bedrooms (3 in total) which can easily host a group of friends and 2 available bathrooms, the decor, the water bottles, the AC, very comfortable king-sized bed, the host’s quick response to our late-night message to book the venue, the little booklet on the kitchen counter describing the available activities and places to visit in Puerto Rico

The bed was very confortable, the room had a good space, TV, kitchen and a refrigerator with two bottles of water as complimentary. The shower has a good temperature and good volume of water. Towels, shampoo and soap are available. The location is good for the ones who intend to use the airport in occasions that demands you to be very early there. There are restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket in a walkable distance, but there is any tourist attractions in that neibourhood, the beaches and the main San Juan neibourhood's are far. It is a strategical spot for you to stay close to the airport.

The check in process was not easy, I only had the information to access the unit less than 2 hours before the official check in time, so I had to spend money for another place to leave my luggages in San Juan Viejo until the proprietor answers me on WhatsApp. Other point we didn't like was that the unit shares space with a laundry and this space was very disorganized and it had a bad smell. The apartament itself, although it was clean, it had a smell of cigarrete inside it.

Love the fact it was a quiet place, and very clean. Had everything I needed the host was very respectful, and responded as needed.

The door of the suite (3) was a little difficult to open.

Pagamos un alojamiento con internet y nunca hubo, solicitamos ayuda y no hubo respuesta. El sartén eléctrico no tenía cable, no pudimos cocinar, pues había ollas pero no cocina. Y siempre hubo un carro blanco mal estacionado, había que hacer maniobras para poder ingresar nuestro auto al parqueo.

This was my 2nd time visiting PR and my second time staying at segovia and i wouldnt stay anywhere else. The accomodations, location and attentive owner makes it my home away from home. We got locked out at 1 point and was helped within minutes by the nieghbor and host, we were very grateful. Thank you again and till next time!

I would definitely stay at Segovia Studios again. It's a very quiet, clean, and safe place. Communication with the owners is excellent. Honestly, it's a 10/10.

The property location is great as it is a few mins from the san juan luis airport, however the parking is only good if u have a mini or compact suv that is lifted due to the curb thats by the entrance. when arriving the message to unlock door was well placed and felt safe, however once arriving to the room there was a leakage coming thru the ac. the room overall was clean but it wasnt the best stay. great for solo travelers though.

Clean and great communication with the owners

We had We experienced an amazing variance. The betting experience was very comfortable. We had left a wallet containing $2,000, and we confirmed that the wallet was safe and no money was missing. We are very grateful for this.

I loved this place I would stay here again, good neighborhood, air conditioning. what I really like the most was whenever I needed any information or assistance the host was available

Room was nice, there’s parking available, if requested. Area is okay and there are stores/ food spots a few minutes away, if you’re driving. The only con was the communication. I was locked out of the main door my first night there and tried entering the pin I was provided, but door wouldn’t unlock. I called the person in charge and she didn’t answer until 30+ minutes later, when she texted and said the door has a system in place for locking. She also proceeded to give me a new pin since the one she had initially provided wasn’t even correct. I was able to get inside because one of the other guests came outside. I also had asked for internet information, but never got a response back.

Studio was clean with all you need for a short stay. Property is located in a residential area very close to the airport what makes it ideal if you are traveling to San Juan.

When I arrived Floor was wet, lamp was dusty over bed. Bedsheet had stains on it. Communication was excellent with the owner.

The property wasn’t awful but just not the cleanliness or updated. It was pretty close to the airport and to the beaches.

El olor a humedad era terrible, los mosquitos y las moscas en el cuarto pero sobre todo en el baño, aunque la limpieza de las habitaciones era excelente, lo que lo hace malo es la humedad, los mosquitos y las moscas. No me cambié de sitio porque ya estaba todo pago y en realidad solamente iba a dormir, pero si hubiese tenido la oportunidad de cambiar lo hubiese hecho. Lastima que no pueda subir las fotos que tomé de los mosquitos y las moscas que habían en la habitación.

Liked the place, real clean and quiet neighborhood

My only complaint was no soap in bathroom.

Suitable place to stay for a short term visit to the area. Appreciated the very cold AC and proximity to the airport, as well as the abundance of towels and washcloths available for use! That said, the surrounding neighborhood is very loud and busy and without a balcony, you’re really just coming and going. Overall, it’s a fine place for a quick visit !

It was a great little room, hated that I couldn’t lock the room from the inside but it did have a chain. The bathroom was small but manageable the shower drain how ever had a funky smell. Overall it was a pleasant over night stay, early check is was available at an additional fee of course but the fee is reasonable.

The owner is very attractive and is a nice place to stay.

This is the first place I stayed in PR where I heard nobody at night but coquis one night. I slept good. I stayed here solo and it was perfect for me- nice clean space with very friendly people work here I appreciate the quick responses and good stay. Will stay again .

It was not in hotel zone. Got more of the local feel. Studio clean had fridge microwave dinnerware. Should have had a stove. The lady was very helpful

This place is a gem! They are small studio apartments but very spacious and clean! They were others staying next to us and we did not hear them at all! They also have coin operated laundry onsite and parking! The perk about this gem is that it is in a neighborhood and the neighbors are awesome, one neighbor feeds the chickens in the morning and night so you get a first-hand experience to feeding them! It is safe and very quiet the police station is a block away. The a.c. was awesome and the water pressure was good. We saw a couple of ants but nothing too concerning! We will be booking again.

The room itself was nice, wish there was a sitting area especially for a 10 day stay, the housekeeper was super sweet. The lobby had a lot of clutter but it was not bad. Would stay again if a shorter stay :)

Very quiet

I arrived at the property, around 1 am and I had some trouble getting in the property, the host was helpful to getting, but the lock to the apartment seemed to have been broken or defective. I went to get a bottle of water to take my medication and it was a plastic water bottle that was refilled and put in the refrigerator. Completely unacceptable!

Easy check in, communication with host was great. The room was clean, quiet, AC worked fantastic, I had hot water and most importantly felt safe! I would definitely rebook again in the future!

Estaba sucio cuando llegue

The bed was slept in and sheets not changed or remade from whoever was there before me. There were fake fingernails someone took off that were all over the apartment floor. Gross. Hair balls and dirt stick to your feet. The water in the shower is hot for no more than five minutes. There was food in the fridge that smelled and was rotten from not being cleaned out in forever. The towels they put out for you TO USE were in a pile ON THE DISGUSTING FLOOR near the front door, I brought my own thankfully.The neighbors dog barks 24/7, so sleep is a no go and I felt disgusting staying here. I tried to go somewhere else but it was way too expensive last minute. Will never stay here again.
