We had a fun time staying here during our last night in Puerto Rico. Great location near the airport. Very spacious with everything we needed. Great living room with a tv with all the streaming services.

Could use more pillows for sleeping. Mattress wasn’t the most comfy

non mi è piaciuto nulla. Dalle foto sembrava nuovo e curato invece era un po' malandato e spt abbiamo fatto fatica a trovarlo. Alla richiesta di aiuto il proprietario non ci ha risposto.

Room # was not in the booking

Even though I made a mistake with my booking, they were totally understanding and accommodating. Very happy with the service, facilities and staff.

The only downside was the hot water and pressure. Not an extreme deal breaker since I knew about the "sequia" and the water restrictions

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

The size of the unit, parking on premises, easy access to the unit.

Water coming pretty dirty from the pipes; mattress and pillows pretty uncomfortable; metal entrance door, pretty noisy; neighborhood with a lot of traffic.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. I liked the walk- in shower. Good location. Nice patio area. They had sun block and mosquitoes repellent available for guest.

The stairs. We got the 3rd floor which was difficult to carry the luggage upstairs.

The AC was crisp and cool. The bed was very comfortable.

Walking in at midnight was off putting. The shower pressure was poor. It felt more like a hostel with a private bathroom. Very industrial.

Esta en un lugar céntrico, tiene un buen olor y los utensilios básicos. El apartamento es muy cómodo.

Es la segunda vez que me quedo en este airbnb. La primera fenomenal la segunda regular. El sofá cama estaba sucio lleno de arena y sucio ( recomiendo pasar la aspiradora). Las toallas estabas viejas. Y recomiendo dejar café, cremosa y azúcar. ( solo tenía 2 sobres de azúcar, no cremosa y café instantaneo).

To close to the road, We could hear the car pass by all night long.

Nos gusta porque está como a 5 min del aeropuerto, su precio está bien y el apartamento es cómodo. El código me lo enviaron mal y llamé a Natalie, me atendió muy bien y me ayudó.

No había gua embotellada para el huésped y en el pasillo del cuarto había mal olor a gato.

It was a great location!

My 6’2 son had to sleep in the sofa and was very uncomfortable! Also no water pressure but the location was great and the staff was super nice! I am staying there again next week for an early flight or if I come back and is just me and my husband!

This is very convenient to the airport. It is 5 minutes from the dollar car return and probably 8 minutes from airport. There are several bakeries and a cantina within walking distance. Also a farmacy, grocery and Texaco station close by. it was two rooms, one a kitchen/dining and the other a bedroom. There is a patio on the ground floor for relaxing. All very easy and comfortable

There was a lot of traffic so it was a bit noisy. Earplugs were provided but we didn't use them. The higher the number of the apartment, the nore stairs to walk up. We were okay, even though we were in #9 on the top floor, but some people might need to consider this. The parking is free, next to the entrance, but not guarded so we felt we needed to take everything upstairs.

My wife and I are 63 yrs and 66 yrs old. I goofed and showed up the night before the night I actually booked! No rooms were available and I lost my money and paid for a different hotel that night. Neither a refund; nor a rain check was given to me. No car; because my wife and I were dropped off by Uber. They had a guest there that felt sorry for our situation and offered their extra bedroom at the property . We declined, spent two hours chasing a rental car, and landed on our feet on the Condado seaside! Lesson..A hotel would never leave their customer out in the cold and would have helped their customer. To be clear; they did NOTHING WRONG; but you should have a heart and help your customer out of such a jam!!!!

Simple, clean, comfortable bed, great value for the money.

Shower very weak.

Large rooms with a vintage vibe. Good for 2 couples. Even though there was an outdoor smoking area, it was great for sitting outside with a drink. We found a little local bar a few properties down and they were so welcoming to us.

One of our group is a bit handicapped so we should have asked for a lower room.we were on the 3rd floor. Not the owners fault

The location was just a few minutes from the airport in a residential neighborhood. Several panaderias and food markets were in walking distance. Parking on site made it very easy as well. The gazebo in the common area of the yard was relaxing and having sunscreen and insect repellant accessible was a plus.

Unit 4 had a few ants on the counter top, so we could not leave our dry goods there. We left them on the dining table, but by time we went to the corner store and came back, the ants found their way to the table and as a result we had to throw our food away. It may be helpful to put those little ant traps around the counter tops. Also the door to Unit 4 is not flush to the floor. Therefore, it would be helpful to install a door sweep to block drafts, insects and light from entering underneath the door. These were just minor hiccups and were not deal breakers.

Cleanest bnb! Nice soft sheets too. Kitchen was nice and had dishes. Terrace was cute and full of nice cats meowing and ready for pats!

Shower was sketchy, took 5-10 minutes for hot water to turn on. After the wait period it was ok.

La localisation correspondait à ce que nous cherchions, un logement près de l’aéroport. Le petit restaurant local à quelques centaines de mètres: la nourriture y est FABULEUSE et l’ambiance très agréable…👍 Le système de porte. Le contact téléphonique très sympathique avec le responsable de l’établissement.

La douche quasi inutilisable , la banquette du salon très inconfortable, les linges de cuisine inexistants, les linges de bain de qualité douteuse… L’escalier pour atteindre le premier étage assez raide (surtout quand on transporte de lourds bagages et qu’on a …..plus de 70 ans!)

Proche de l’aéroport, c’est pratique.

Il y avait un manque de pression et d’eau chaude dans la douche.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The area was very noisy. I was charged 105.00 for early check in 1.5 hours before regular check in time.

The sofa bed would not open. Therefore, it was not an additional bed. I had to climb in the bed with my daughter-in-law.

Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, camas muy cómodas y buena ubicación para llegar al aeropuerto. Nos dejaron tapones para los oídos en las habitaciones pero nosotros no escuchamos nada de ruido fuera.

Solo teníamos un baño para 7 personas, pero lo solucionamos alquilando otro estudio.

Good and safe neighborhood...we felt safe and love the accomodations.

We really have no complains other than the address given on the email receipt is different than the actual location.we took a private ride on the way in and actually had to walk the hood to fin the building then later 📞 the local taxi and he couldn't find it either. It turns out is 584 pontezuela Ave according to the local taxi driver.

We weren't sure what to expect but this place was perfect! We had the 3 bedroom apartment #1. The place is huge! The beds are extremely comfortable. Everything was clean. Water was hot and strong in the shower. Not overly equipt but we didn't need anything else. Perfect location to walk to the 24 hour supermarket about a 5-8 minute walk. Location was great for family coming in at different times before leaving for a cruise. The only thing I would add to make it perfect is maybe a washer and dryer. Lots of room to spread out, great communication and instructions. Sorry, I didn't realize some of my pictures were blurry.

Very echoey in the bedrooms, which might explain why earplugs were provided by the beds! Unfortunately we had people arriving late talking loudly and leaving early morning , banging doors and talking as if they were the only people around.

It was very close to the airport but you couldn't hear the airport.

You could hear roosters, dogs, and traffic. We found a couple of bugs in the apartment. I would have liked a few extra pillows.

Area the guest and staff are nice and very helpful.

We booked a place that was supposed to have a bed and a sofa sleeper. There was no sofa sleeper. We called the owner, who eventually brought over an inflatable twin size mattress.

Our room was dirty. The entry way floor was the dirtiest. The dishes were dirty. The toilet wasn’t cleaned. The windows DID NOT filter any of the outside noise. We also left our IPad and they haven’t even messaged us about that. (Although we already knew we lost it, obviously we would have said to just keep it) the electrical cords are just hanging from the wall and that’s how the TV & lamp are plugged in. The sheet was on backwards and on the wrong side. There’s no shower curtain liner. The little stove I don’t think has EVER been cleaned. We go to PR once a year or more and this has been the worse place we’ve ever stayed at! I have more pics but couldn’t upload all.

The location to the airport was very nice, and an Uber ride to Old San Juan was only $15. The place was very spacious with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a functional kitchen. Checkin and checkout was seamless through email.

The traffic noise was loud and the blinds did not block out external lights, especially in the bedroom on the nonstreet side. Ear plugs were provided in each bedroom to help mitigate the street noise.

The location and price were the best part.

The apartment had more amenities than I needed for an overnight stay - I did not need an apartment, actually - but it was really quite basic in terms of furnishings and comfort.

Parking, close to airport and shopping

Kitchen cleaning was fair, I had to clean the coffee pot, and the bathroom had long hair in the cabinet and shower drain.
