Хорошее расположение. Удобная, большая,кровать, чистое бельё, большой номер. Никаких посторонних запахов.

Персонал ни разу не улыбнулся. Когда я захотела продлить номер еще на день, сказали цену выше чем была на букинг. Утром убирали соседние номера и было очень шумно. Может если бы я повесила не дверь табличку, чтобы не беспокоили, то девочки вели бы себя тише. Окно из комнаты было закрыто стеной. Пульт от кондиционера не работал, чтобы повысить температуру. А кондиционер дует прямо на кровать. В целом номер чистый, но внешняя дверь холодильника, окно в душевой и стены в душевой были грязными.

Lo único malo es que hay música debajo del hotel hasta las 00:00h aproximadamente.

Lo espacioso que era la habitación planta 2 la cama cómoda, la ubicación buenísima y limpieza diaria muy bien

Las habitaciones planta recepción las vistas son una pared osea no hay vistas la tele muy antigua no se ve por la antena le dijimos pero no nos solucionaron nada

The rooms were exceptionally clean and of a great size and very comfortable. The location was great, just up a short alley from one of the main shopping areas and a short walk from the beach.

The staff,.though friendly seemed quite uninterested. But this is neither here nor there as the stay was perfectly fine

My room was big and with comfortable bed, i stayed just one night as the last stop of my trip to Thailand and it was excellent, staff was helpful, i booked a shared transfer to airport at reception, Overall it is a very good hotel, close to main street and the beach, quite place to sleep and rest

L’emplacement, à proximité de la mer etc… Evidemment proche RCA donc les basses résonnes, mais à 00h30 -01h00 c’est fini. Personnel sympas et chambre très bien pour le prix.

La porte d’entrée qui frotte le sol, un peu dur à ouvrir et le jour de la porte qui laisse une légère vue sur le couloir. Attention pas d’ascenseur.

Schönes Zimmer, Ausblick auf das Meer, groß und sauber, sogar mit Balkon. Super Lage

Gegenüber ist eine Bar mit lauter Musik bis ca. Mitternacht. Haben wir aber gerne für die Lage und Nähe zum Strand und der belebten Straße mit Shops, Cafés und Co. in Kauf genommen.

Good value for the price, room is a little outdated, cleaning is decent, but location is really good and staff is are helpful. I was in room 402 and I had a very nice view. The AC was very dirty and they called tehnicians and made it like new in 2 hours. I would go back when in Ao nang.

The room was a little dark due to another building next to the window so very little natural light.

Laute Disco bis ca. 2 Uhr nachts und Verkehr am Morgen machten erholsamen Schlaf unmöglich. Am nächsten Tag hatte ich Kreislaufprobleme, dennoch zeigte das Personal keinerlei Verständnis oder Hilfsbereitschaft. Wegen nur 10 Minuten Verspätung beim Check-out gab es stattdessen Kritik und eine unangenehme Reaktion. Ein Angebot für Unterstützung fehlte komplett. Zudem kein Aufzug und steile Treppen – insgesamt für mich kein Ort wo man sich als Gast gut aufgehoben fühlt.

1. Very big noise at the evening/night from the clubs and pubs outside, was hard to rest 2. There were a lot of ants in our room. Luckily we had couple of thai herbal inhalers - ants hate that smell so we managed tonget rid them out of our bed 3. On the check out day we got an emergency - my pregnant wife had misscariage and we lost our baby. We were in the hospital and I asked hotel if we can check out later. They offered to check out until 11 or extend our stay for one more night. As they offered to extend I understood that this room was not booked, so they could let us check out few hours later with no harm. But rules are rules, so I had to leave my wife at the hospital in this tragic moment to come back and do a checkout and then go back to her. Well at least hotel let me to leave our luggage at their loby until we come back, thank you for that.

Great location, near the beach and street shops. Rooms are clean with wide balcony. You might need to ask for a room with a view if that matters to you. No kettle in the room but hot water available in the lobby.

Bathroom is okay but one morning, theres no water coming from the shower. This hotel has no lift, only stairs but it is only 3 levels i think.

La localisation centrale

Nous avons oublié une paire de baskets Air force 1 et des vètements: une veste Jack & Jones, un pull America today, un pantalon Jack & Jones .... l’hôtel ne nous a pas prévenu. Quand nous nous en sommes rendus compte, il était trop tard pour l’envoyer à Bangkok avant notre départ et l’hôtel a refusé de les renvoyer en Belgique.

Nice location

This hotel has terrible service, especially at the reception. We stayed here for 5 days, and this is by far the worst staff behavior we have experienced. The room had no view at all—the window was right next to an adjacent building wall, so there was no sunlight, no view, nothing. Be prepared to feel claustrophobic. We were given a twin-bed room, even though we are a family of three with a 1-year-old child. We requested a king room with a better view, but our request was completely ignored. On the second day, I asked if the beds could be joined using a bed filler, and the staff told us to do it ourselves. There is no lift, and the staff do not help with luggage, so be prepared to carry all your bags on your own. The most shocking experience was on the last day of our stay, when the staff told us “don’t pee and poop in the bed.”This was extremely insulting and unprofessional. I am a Front Office Manager at a 5-star international hotel, and my husband is a military officer. What kind of assumption is this? It felt like discrimination, especially toward Asian guests like themselves. I clearly explained that our baby always wears diapers in the room, and we do not engage in such uncivilized behavior. This comment was completely unacceptable and disrespectful. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to poor service, lack of basic hospitality, and extremely rude staff behavior.

Отель расположен недалеко от пляжа Ао Нанг, у нас был номер на 4-м этаже и эти номера выходят на общую террасу, где можно вечером посидеть за столиком. На 4-м этаже вид на гору и город (но в отеле нет лифта). В номере помимо кондиционера был еще вентилятор, это очень удобно ночью, когда не хочется спать с кондиционером, но при этом хочется прохлады. Постельное белье и полотенца меняются по запросу, так же как и уборка. Предоставляются шампунь и гель для душа. Отель очень простой, но если не придираться вполне подойдет для ночевок )) так же предоставляется услуга прачечной и если выезд поздно- можно воспользоваться небольшим залом с кухней, душевой и туалетом. Удобно, если номер уже сдан. Мы бронировали номер в последний момент, возможно поэтому цена была выше, чем этот отель реально стоит.

Номера довольно старые, техника и сантехника уставшие. Телевизор не работал, но нам было не принципиально. Нет лифта, тяжелый чемодан тащить на 4-й этаж так себе удовольствие. Сейфа в номере нет, халатов -тапочек тоже. Завтраки не предоставляются, но рядом с отелем 7-eleven и миллион ресторанчиков. Напротив дискотека, музыка и шум от нее до часу ночи (не смертельно, но надо иметь ввиду). Сам пляж Ао Нанг грязный, но оттуда хотят лодочки до Райли (200 бат на человека туда-обратно).
