good price/quality place and very close to the sea

It's quite noisy if the windows face the street rather than the courtyard. The area is quite small. The rear air conditioner outlet is on the balcony, so it's very hot there.

Excellent location, very short walk to many shops, restaurants and bars. The longtail boat service also very close. The pool was lovely and great for when the kids needed some down time. Pool table also good entertainment! The staff were really attentive, helpful with very good English. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy.

Our rooms were on the road side which was quite noisy at night. However, ear plugs were provided which did the trick! Before our arrival we were warned of potential noise due to ongoing renovations, but this really wasn’t an issue and we didn’t hear noise from it at all.

We had a great 5 night stay with our family of 8, spread between 4 twin rooms. The staff were super friendly, and very accommodating. The pool was a bit hit! The perfect base to explore the surrounding islands.

Location is very near to the beach, our room is on the seaview side which makes it quiet during the night. the kids enjoy the swimming pool too. There is also hanging space to dry clothes

Location was good, pool is great and lots of sun loungers. Beds were extremely comfy and room was very clean.

No lift to floors so a bit inconvenient on the higher levels and noisy construction during the day.

La habitación estaba extremadamente sucia, paredes sucias, espejos sucios, cortinas sucias, toallas olían mal, el baño tenía arena de otros huéspedes, olía feo. Daba a un balcón donde todas las tejas estaban llenas de escombros y cosas. La puerta del balcón no cerraba bien, por lo que nos sentimos inseguros. La habitación daba a la calle y se escuchaba el ruido de la calle. Las toallas estaban sucias

uniquement les travaux sur l’étage 4 à partir de 10h on commencer un plus plus tôt que prévu et prévu jusqu’à septembre.. un peux embêtant mais pas tant que ça si vous vous levez assez tôt !

Cheiro de fezes no quarto e andar, limpeza a desejar, e um dia pode ter sido um Resort mas hoje em dia é um simples hotel no maximo 2 estrelas. Na minha avaliação passa muito e muito longe de um Resort!! Funcionários nota 1000!!

Everything. Even down to the check out where they told us to wait while they checked the room. Now it’s been a few years for me having room inspections so the last placed I thought I’d have to have one would be my holiday. The staff then continued to try and charged me for stained bedsheets( it was condensation from a water bottle) over all worst hotel I’ve ever had the misfortune of stumbling across

The pool was lovely and lots of sunbeds, the location was great and the beds were comfy.

Not that much, almost slipped of the stairs because of water but that's it. That isn't their fault

Good Location, only 100m to Longboot ferry to Railay Beach and 500m to Monkey Trail.. 100m to a SevenEleven. Shower, Aircon, fridge, TV all working well. Free towels for the Beach, Welcome Drink. Nice Pool area.. Room has a Safe.. Very friendly Ladies at the reception. Good housekeeping.

Very strict on Check in only at 3 p.m. For earlier Check in or late Check Out they Charge 200 Baht per hour. No Telephone in the room, for every requests have to Walk to reception.. No instruction how to use the room Safe.

It’s located well at the bottom end of the Main Street so near the beach as well as the town.

Ho trovato questo alloggio molto più local dei precedenti nei quali abbiamo soggiornato e devo dire che ha superato le nostre aspettative. perfetto per quel che serviva a noi. Semplice, pulito e strategico.

In particolare non ho nulla da segnalare.

Nothing at all, all rooms are very dirty and we had to leave after 2 days as we saw a cockroach on the TV table, ants were crawling on the floor everywhere. Very noisy hotel on the City view with busy roads and motorcycles running all night long. On the balcony is a very noisy air conditioner fan as you can't sit there to enjoy and smoke as it was too hot blowing from the air conditioner fan. The swimming pool is very small and dirty and hair was flooding inside the pool. We were supposed to stay 6 nights and we left After 2 nights.

It is definitely overpriced for this hotel and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone plus I would never ever come back to this hotel again. Felt more like a hostel than a hotel. I would rate this hotel for 0 stars not a 2 star hotel for sure. The bathroom was discontinuing so dirty and warned out. Like everything in that hotel was warned out and outdated.

Location is great, surprisingly we didnt hear any noise from the main street, rooms were basic but clean, our family had rooms that were updated more than ours so it seems they are working on them. The pool area was great with the pool table a good addition. There is no lift, however staff are there to assist with bags etc so not a problem. No breakfast at this hotel is not a problem as the street it is on has plenty of options for eating. The Indian Restaurant at the entrance to the hotel is amazing, you can order takeaway from there too. Would definitely stay here again.

Une partie du personnel est désagréable le bruit des autres chambres. Les gens qui séjournent dans ce genre d'hôtel ne respecte absolument pas les autres occupants musiques à fond à 22h30. Ça crie dans les couloirs à 2h30 du matin les salles de bain sont à revoir

Though the reception staff was nice, I think they are paid to smile as much as they can as it seemed a but disingenuous. The location was actually perfect bc it was a 2 min walk to the beach and everything at your doorstep. Laundry right next door which was a bonus.

The rooms ac didn't work properly, the bed sheets were torn and raggedy. The place needed a deep clean and makeover. The worst was the staff would hang out at the pool table (which was right next to the pool) and get drunk and hog the pool table. My children wanted to have a game and we had to ask permission to break up their playing. They just sat and stared until they were finished; it was very very awkward. It was like their personal backyard and we were intruding just sitting at the pool. Extremely unprofessional. My room hot water didn't work and they "drunk" workers had to put a maintenence shirt on and change a fuse box in my ceiling. The guy struggled to put his flip flops back on and stand straight so him doing the electrics in my room was a bit concerning. We booked a room for 6 nights and left the 3rd day.

Location central to beach and restaurants. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great pool. Large rooms but small shower area. Ok though.

The noise from the cars and late night partying until 4am each night. Very loud road. However the resort provides earplugs and we knew it would be sort of noisy.

4eme étage sans ascenseur. C'est faisable mais il ne faut rien oublier dans sa chambre 😀. Pas de prestation de restauration petit dèj... Le rideau de douche trop proche des WC

Great friendly staff, the pool was very good, and a great location just walk out the hotel and everything was there for you the beach 5 minute's away, shops, bars and restaurants.

L'emplacement très central. A deux pas de l'animation et des départs des bateaux vers les plages de Railay. Quoi que très chlorée, la piscine est très agréable.

L'ensemble aurait besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement.
