Gostei de tudo, localização, cozinha com tudo que precisamos, lugar muito limpo e organizado, vou voltar mais vezes com certeza.

Apartament miał wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Lokalizacja idealna w samym centrum, ale przy bardzo cichym placyku. Mieliśmy apartament z balkonem co pozwalało na wieczorne wsłuchiwanie się w życie miasta.

Very nice accommodation. It was clean and it had enough space. Location was great, in the center of the old town.

The mattresses could have been softer, and the A/C on the roof made a lot of noise at times during the night, so windows had to stay closed.

Excellent value for money, and the location is fantastic. It is peaceful and quiet, right in the central part of the old town. The place is tidy and clean.

The only downside is that you can feel some dampness, so if you have allergies, this may not be the best place to stay. The owners have left an air purifier, and this is not really their fault, as the building is a very old historic property, and buildings from that period generally have the same issue.

De Locatie was top je was binnen 5 minuten lopen in de binnenstad met alle beienswaardigheden binnen handberijk. Alle bezienswaardigheden prima te belopen. De auto parkeren was goed door de host aangegeven en was prima te belopen naar de accomodatie. De host had netjes alles doorgemailt hoe de code werkt om binnen te komen en handige tips. wij hebben verder geen gebruik gemaakt van de host maar deze was goed te bereiken per telefoon. De accomodatie was voor ons prima met alle gemakken voorzien in een rustig deel van de stad maar wel met leuke tapas restaurants en winkeltjes in de buurt.

De accomodatie rook een beetje muf maar door de ramen open te houden was het prima te doen.

We have just finished a fantastic 3 night stay and would highly recommend this apartment. From the outset, the host was extremely responsive and always very quick to reply. On arrival, we found the apartment spotlessly clean, spacious and very easy to check into, with lovely views overlooking the square. Before booking, I had read a few reviews mentioning noise, but this was not our experience at all. We found the apartment very quiet throughout our stay. The air conditioning also worked perfectly, which was essential in the 42°C heat in Seville. We mistakenly thought we were checking out a day later than booked, which was entirely our error. The host was incredibly understanding, accommodating and helpful in resolving the situation. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would happily return. The apartment is well worth considering if you are visiting Seville.

It was well located and the hosts were nice.

The worst part was the mold. The smell and the look of it all over the apartment. In the rooms, in the closet, in the living area, the bed also smelled really bad, mold-like. My sister got infected by it (she is allergic to cold), they should really check into that, it's a matter of health, especially if you're planning on staying for longer. It was the worst part of the trip to come back to the apartment with the smell, even so sleeping in it.

Accogliente appartamento nel quartiere di Santa Cruz, in pieno centro a Siviglia. La struttura ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre aspettative e lo staff è stato cordiale nel mostrarsi sempre disponibile a dare consigli. Possibilità di chiedere la pulizia della stanza ogni giorno. Data la posizione centrale, di notte si possono sentire voci e rumori. Parcheggio a pagamento poco lontano dalla struttura. Consigliamo di fornire un tavolo per poter mangiare in appartamento. Soggiorno gradevole e consigliato.

Struttura centrale, pulita, spazi ben organizzati. Comodo l accesso tramite codici, che non vincola strettamente ad orari di check in e check out.

Die Lage ist super. Wir waren sehr zentral und konnten alles fußläufig erreichen. Da wir einen Schwerbehindertenausweis besitzen, waren wir auf das Parkhaus nicht angewiesen. Es gibt einige ausgewiesene Parkplätze vor Ort, die wir genutzt haben und somit fielen keine Parkgebühren an. Das sollte man bei der Buchung berücksichtigen, ansonsten kommen noch ca. 25€ pro Tag obendrauf. Das Parkhaus liegt fünf Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Wir fanden das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top! 60€ pro Nacht für 2 Erwachsene plus Kind für eine geräumige Wohnung mit Aufzug. Sehr sauber, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Check in, völlig unkompliziert mit Code. Schön eingerichtet.

In der Küche ist ein Fenster zugemauert. Dadurch wirkt es etwas dunkel. Wir waren im August da bei 41 Grad, uns hat es nicht gestört, sollte man aber wissen.

Location is excellent! You can walk to the main tourist sites. The room is clean and comfortable. Easy to contact the property management.

Lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko można podejść spacerem. Bardzo stylowe i staranne wykończenie budynku.

Po wejściu do apartamentu wyczuwalny dziwny zapach. Po dwóch dniach przesiąkły mi ubrania. Sofa skrzypiała przy każdym ruchu, co przeszkadzało w wypoczynku.

GREAT location. We loved being so central to many of the main sights in Sevilla. Host was very friendly and gave clear check in/check out instructions. They also sent us a list of recommendations for food, attractions, etc.

Bed was not very comfortable

Ein sehr schönes, atmosphärisches und zentral gelegenes Apartement. Vor der Haustür gab es dutzende Restaurants, sodass man jeden Tag - wenn man wollte - etwas Neues ausprobieren konnte. Die Kathedrale und der Alcázar waren fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Obwohl es eine belebte Gegend ist, auch nachts, war es in der Wohnung schön ruhig. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und die Komunukation klappte reibungslos. Schön, dass es statt Schlüsseln Codes gibt. So muss man keine Angst haben, etwas zu verlieren und jeder kann zurückkommen, wann er möchte. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, tolles, geräumiges Apartment mitten in der City, viele Attraktionen fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr netter und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.

Le logement est très bien placé, à proximité du centre historique. Tous se fait à pied!

Struttura posizionata in centro Siviglia, comoda per raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni. L’appartamento era pulito, ben illuminato e molto accogliente. Il bagno dotato di una doccia grande e pulito. Comodo il self check-in. Gentili e disponibili i proprietari che non abbiamo conosciuto di persona, ma tramite messaggi su Booking.

Non c’è un tavolo con sedie, quindi se siete abbastanza agili c’è un tavolino basso per poter mangiare seduti a terra, o al massimo sul divano. Purtroppo per chi viaggia in auto il parcheggio presso l’autosilo, posizionato a pochi minuti a piedi, è abbastanza caro..

Appartamento bellissimo, pulito, spazioso, ottima posizione. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

It was a beautiful apartment! Everything that we wanted to see and visit in the city was near by. The host was really nice over messages and not complicated at all. Would love to stay again if I came back to the city!

Vinims dos noches con dos niños desde Logroño y el apartamento es precioso acogedor y en pleno centro cerca de todo asik. Asik una maravilla el problema para aparcar hay parking de pago justo al lado el día 30€

Tavolo per mangiare un po' stretto per 5 persone, manca uno sgabello per una 5 persona.

L'emplacement est parfait ! Dans le quartier santa cruz , à 5 min à pieds de la Giralda, par les petites rue , magnifique ! Nous avons visité tout le centre de Séville a pieds ( plaza de Espagne, jusqu'à Triana ). L'appartement est dans une bâtisse ancienne avec beaucoup de charme. Il est beau . L'accès a très simple avec les codes sur les portes. Il y a un parking pas très loin 5 min a pieds meme pas ( cano y cueto ) par contre nous avons payé 60 e pour 3 jours.

Grand lit mais 2 petits qui se séparent.

Que no hubo limpieza. Ni siquiera tiraron la basura de la cocina ni del baño. Y el sillón cama es bastante incómodo, te deja toda contracturada.

La ubicación y el aseo del apartamento. Con balconcito a una plazaleta, muy bonito.

The location and stay were perfect. Plus, right below the property, there are multiple restaurants.

A slightly larger shower cubicle would make for a more comfortable experience, without the need to constantly adjust.

Collocato in una zona centrale e ben servita trova spazio un contesto grazioso che ospita un bilocale pulito con 4 posti letto, un bagno ordinato, frigo, piano cottura e i comfort necessari. La posizione è sicuramente uno dei plus. Tutti i principali punti di interesse di Siviglia sono comodamente raggiungibili a piedi da Santa Maria Apartments, Cattedrale e Alcazar distano poco meno di 5 minuti e passarci quotidianamente è un piacere per la vista. Il quartiere è decisamente carino e ospita molti locali nei quali poter gustare le specialità tipiche o soltanto sorseggiare una birra o una sangria per rinfrescarsi. Non è prevista chiave d'accesso al complesso in quanto tutte le porte sono fornite di serratura a codice, il che ci ha consentito molta flessibilità nel poter accedere e lasciare l'appartamento.

Unica nota "discutibile" è l'esposizione della zona giorno, che con due finestre rivolte verso l'androne interno della palazzina non è ben illuminata, ma si tratta davvero di un aspetto trascurabile considerando tutti gli altri punti forti.

Konumu mükemmeldi şehrin kalbinde diyebilirim. Balkonundan şehrin insanlarını gözlemleyebilmek akşamları sürekli sokak sanatçılarının müziğini dinleyebilmek gerçekten çok keyifliydi imkanlar yeterliydi mutfak olması büyük bir artıydı asla küçük değil bu arada gayet yeterli büyüklükte ve ferahlıktı. Ayrıca o dayanılmaz sıcaklığın ardından eve ilk girişimizde klimayı çalıştırmış ve odayı soğutmuşlardı bu şekilde karşılandı teşekkür ediyoruz.

Temizlik fena değildi fakat yastık kılıfları tertemiz olmasına rağmen yastıkların içi çok kirliydi. Genel olarak temizlik iyi. Temizlik talep ettiğimizde hemen isteğimizi karşıladılar. Ama temizlik yapan ekip çöpleri almadı. Sadece bu durumun iyileştirilmesi açısından yazıyorum yoksa gerçekten memnunduk.

Just book it! It's perfect! There's bar underneath in square but it's quiet so no worries.

Great location for exploring Seville. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for 2 people.

Our apartment (2.1) was opposite the cleaners store room and we could hear them talking quite loudly over a prolonged period of time (early morning)

The air conditioning did not extend into the bedroom so was very hot at night and the bathroom door was see through

Świetnie usytuowany apartament pod względem zwiedzania starówki, katedry i Alkazaru. W pobliżu dużo dobrych restauracji. Czysto, wygodnie i cicho.

Everything perfect. Only privacy a bit of a problem since the rooms are not seperated by doors and the bathroom door is glas. But other than that the location is perfect, its calm and clean! The appartment has a very beautiful style

El sofá cama suena muchísimo, parece que está bastante desgastado y la "cama grande" estaba formada por 2 pequeñas, mientras duermes y te mueves, las camas se mueven y se separan - No tiene estacionamiento, es normal en esta zona, el estacionamiento más cercano está a menos de 5 minutos caminando pero es muy costos, por lo demás todo excelente

La zona è tranquillissima e centralissima, sotto il locale ci sono diverse attività in cui poter cenare o fare colazione!

Entrando nell’appartamento si sente un leggero odore di fogna, probabilmente dato dalla presenza del bagno vicino al soggiorno.

L'emplacement et le confort de l'appartement ainsi que la facilité d'accès à toute heure y compris lors d'une arrivée tardive à Séville.

Emplacement parfait au coeur du centre-ville à quelques centaines de mètres des monuments tels que l'Alcazar ou la cathédrale de Séville mais aussi à environ 1,2 km de la plaza Espagna. Les lieux sont propres et bien entretenus avec passage quotidien des femmes de ménage.

L'appart que nous avons eu est petit (40 m2) ce qui est vraiment peu pour 2 adultes et deux enfants + il n'y a pas de vraie séparation entre le salon et la chambre + vue l'appart de côté (on pensait avoir réservé un autre appart plus grand dans cette même résidence mais apparemment pas le cas).

La ubicación es excelente. También me gusto la decoración del piso, está muy bonito. Pero uno de los baños tiene una puerta de cristal y es incomodo porque se transparenta y se ve todo.

Cuando te asomas al balcón se puede ver una gran cantidad de bolsas que parece basura, eso no da buena imagen al apartamento. Hay un olor en el patio interior un poco desagradable, deberían de fregar el patio con lejía.
