We lived our stay. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Conveniently located for shopping, eating and visiting attractions.

Lage perfekt! Frühstück auf der Terrasse wunderschön und absolut fein! Zimmer war ein echt kuscheliges Nest! Super sympathischer Familienbetrieb! Es hat mir an nichts gefehlt und ich wünsch dem charmanten Team weiterhin alles Gute!

Da fällt mir wirklich gar nichts dazu ein - wer etwas schlechtes finden will, der findet immer etwas. Ich bin sehr dankbar dass ich hier unterkommen durfte und hoffe sehr dass ich es wieder darf.

At first we thought the room was a little small. But it had everything we needed, it was clean and functional.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and were willing to help us out.

Everything was good except the bedroom upstairs had an extremely low ceiling where both myself and my husband kept hitting our head. My husband especially had to bend over to walk to the bed. The staircase was also not sturdy and would not meet safety standards

This hotel is centrally location in the center of the city. We stayed there for 3 nights. The owner Jean was very helpful and marked all the routes and major attractions on a paper available at the hotel. He told us to just walk around, no need for transportation. We actually walked very much from 6:00 pm to late evening, and came back to the hotel room to have breaks. He told us where to eat and to do causal shopping. Roma is full of wonders. No words can describe the greatness of this city! A side note: we came in July, it’s hot and humid, and that is the way it is.

Besides the fantastic location next to Piazza Navona, among Rome’s charming alleys, the staff was incredibly nice and genuinely willing to help - it meant a lot to our overall experience. Our room was the right fit for us, with great air conditioning - which is important at this time of year (July) in Rome.

Fantastic location to see all the sites of Rome and have many options for restaurants, cafes etc right outside your door. The rooftop breakfast patio was beautiful and the breakfast was very good quality. Nice to have a coffee maker and fridge in the room. Jose was very pleasant to deal with and very helpful.

Be aware of the stairs if you have mobility limitations and may be on the 3rd floor and/ or have large suitcases.

Tolle Lage im Centro Storico! Vieles fussläufig erreichbar! Super netter Service, große Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit! Nettes Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse! Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer und unsere Tochter ein Maissonette-Zimmer. Für uns alles super!

Very basic, lots of things were not working like the coffee machine, flushing the loo kept getting stuck!

Comfortable, spacious room in a great location near the heart of Rome and immediately next to Navona. This hotel is a great starting point to explore the city.

The location was amazing and easy to walk to places. While being close to so many great things, it was also very quiet. Breakfast on the balcony was nice. There was a heat wave, but the air conditioning worked wonderful and was a great place to come back and rest mid day and get out of the heat. Jean at the front desk was amazing and very helpful!

The shower was a little small.

Perfect location

The location was excellent and I loved the view of nearby laneway and historic buildings. The air-conditioning worked well in the very hot weather.

Bathroom could be a little more modern

Everything was wonderful. Staff prepared breakfast to go for us since we were leaving early to catch a train. So kind.

Very clean. Room was very spacious and staff were so attentive and polite and very helpful and easy to talk to.

The location is fabulous

Breakfast doesn’t start until 8.30am. No good if you have a booked ticket at a tourist attraction at 9am. The hotel does give you a voucher for a drink and pastry at a nearby cafe that, to be fair, does work well but is not what we were expecting .

Central location, wonderful roof terrace, friendly staff, easy to find, comfortable room. Overall a great place to stay!

Loved my stay at Navona Residenza de Charme during my first ever visit to Europe/Italy/Rome!! Great location. Very safe for solo traveller. Delightful, very helpful staff. Hope to stay there again.

The hotel is close to everything and Jean is very friendly and accommodating.

Amazing location and staff were excellent. The highlight for us was the rooftop terrace at breakfast. We stayed in a suite as a family of 4 which gave us enough room to relax after long days sightseeing. The location was brilliant, we walked everywhere and despite being so central it was very quiet.

The room was a little dated and dark but still comfortable and clean. The breakfast was a little limited too but the view made up for it.

Very close to Piazza Navona, yet very quiet. The highlight was the breakfast on their charming rooftop terrace overlooking old Rome. The only « noise » you hear are the seagulls flying around. A big thank you to the caring personnel. You feel like at home.

A tiny detail: you hear the people in the other rooms talking and in particular when closing their doors which makes quite some noise.

Emplacement parfait à 2 pas de Piazza Navona. Terrasse merveilleuse pour y prendre le petit déjeuner mais aussi l’apéro en fin pm, la lumière y était magnifique! Accueil super chaleureux et instructif à notre arrivée avec de bons conseils. Suite confortable pour 4 adultes! À recommander certainement! Merci!

Ich mochte den Geruch im Haus nicht. Das Frühstück nach der ersten Nacht - Frühstück bis 10:30 angegeben um 9:45 war bereits alles verräumt. Das Bett ist auf einer Art Gallerie, (ziemlich steile Treppe) und ich konnte oben nicht aufrecht stehen - bin 165cm groß- wirkt im ersten Moment charmant, ist es aber nicht. Das Badezimmer ist klein.

L'emplacement, la chambre et le déjeuner sur la terrasse, tout était parfait . Jean et Edouard aux petits soins pour leurs clients, ils sont toujours prêts à vous aider . Merci infiniment à tous les deux ainsi qu'aux autrres membres du personnel . Je reviens certainement l'année prochaine .

The location is excellent for walking around Rome, with the bonus of Piazza Navona and all its activity. Great neighborhood feel. A bit surprised at all the stairs to get to my room, but the room and the staff we worth every climb.

I didn't like not having staff around in the evenings. We were provided with contact numbers, but we had no phone service in Rome.

Urokliwa stara kamienica, pokój bardzo wygodny, łazienka nowoczesna i czysta, bardzo wygodne łóżko. Śniadanie na dachu bardzo nam się podobało i było smaczne. Personel bardzo, bardzo życzliwy. Lokalizacja świetna- do wszystkich atrakcyjnych miejsc można dojść piechotą 15-30 min. W odległości kilku minut spaceru mnóstwo restauracji, kawiarenek i lodziarni.

Jean and his colleagues were outstanding. As a 67 age solo women from Australia they helped me with my lost luggage inquiries. Such an accommodating team Highly recommend.The hotel was perfectly located walked everywhere.

Great location close to everything. The owner was very helpful and attentive to our requests, suggesting places and things to do.

The location is phenomenal, and the staff were very kind. The rooftop is also an amazing way to start your day in Rome.

The single room has very slim and steep stairs, so if you have any difficulty with mobility this would be difficult.

Es war eine wunderschöne Unterkunft um die Stadt zu besichtigen. Super gelegenes Hotel und sehr netter Service. Die Dachterasse war ein Traum!

Localização ótima, a grande maioria das coisas dava facilmente para fazer a pé ou estava próximo a pontos de transporte público. Todos que nos atenderam foram extremamente solícitos, educados e simpáticos. Quarto limpo e cheiroso, roupa de cama deliciosa. Um bônus é a água grátis disponível na pousada. Tomamos café da manhã apenas um dia mas foi bem servido.

Lembrando que não tem elevador mas não atrapalhou em nada. O anfitrião nos ajudou a subir com as malas e a escada não era íngrime e nem estreita.

I found the bed too hard although my husband found it ok. Anyone with mobility issues may struggle due to amount of stairs and the steep stairs to the mezzanine sleeping level.

Acomodação confortável, limpa, muito espaçosa. O Jose foi muito gentil e nos ajudou com tudo que precisamos.

I absolutely loved the location. Walking distance to everything and great restaurants right outside the doors. The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially Jose. I loved eating breakfast on the beautiful terrace every morning. I enjoyed having the coffee maker in my room with the glasses to refill water.

The beds and pillows were a little hard.

What an exceptional boutique hotel! From the moment we walked in and were greeted by Jose we felt right at home. Our room was spacious, airy and had a very comfy bed. The outdoor terrace (with breakfast) was the highlight of this accommodation. And the location was perfecto!

We loved everything however the stairs might pose a problem for some travellers. Jose was very helpful with our bags on arriving and checking out.

Schon alles sehr alt und die Einrichtungen wie Föhn funktionierten teilweise nicht.

We definitely loved the terrace so we spent time up on the rooftop each day. We walked everywhere so the location was perfect for us! The hosts were welcoming and a wealth of information! Awesome spot!

The staff was very helpful and considerate; especially when I cut off the power to my room at 11:30pm. We lfelt very welcomed. Wonderful location. It is difficult to assess location and property when viewing online. I was very pleased with both.

The weather. It was too cold to enjoy the balcony and breakfast. You can most likely not do anything about this.

Die Dachterasse ist ein wunderbarer Ort. Dort das leckere Frühstück und den sehr aufmerksamen und freundlichen Service zu genießen, erlaubt einen sehr angenehmen Start in den Tag. Der Piazza Navona ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Ich komme wieder
