Tuve mala experiencia ya que las sábanas tenían cabellos largos al igual que las toallas, estoy totalmente que no son míos porque tengo el cabello corto y no fui con nadie más.

Breakfast is great other lunch menu items are OK. service was always very nice. I would stay here again.

Reviewed Nov 22, 2021Todo genial!!! Atención inmejorable, la comida excedió mis expectativas ya que adicional a que la incluyó el hospedaje, el fin de semana fue bufete. La atención de los empleados, el servicio del restaurante y en general las instalaciones sin quedar a deber. Esta muy cerca del centro, así que pudimos caminar a todos los lugares que visitamos. Lo recomiendo y en definitivo regresaré a este hospedaje sin dudarlo.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2020I was scammed at this hotel: Grand Hotel Elizabeth there is no hotel. Doors are locked. I had to make another reservation at Hampton Inn by Hilton. I lost 1200 pesos 68 Canadian. When I call them they immediately hang up. I am very upset and disappointed. This never happened to me before Mexico.

Reviewed Oct 30, 2019The maps were both completely wrong. After driving around for an hour in nightmare traffic I gave up and was headed to Best Western when I saw the name up high above a street of shops. The driveway is minute and just says entrance in Spanish. Room is large and modern.

All the staff was very friendly and helpful About a 15 min walk to the centre of town. Excellent off street secure parking and this was also a nice large area to walk our dog off street. Would definately stay here again. Breakfast was ok. Good Value

Very well situated on a major commercial street, you can walk to all the attractions. Staff were extremely pleasant, shout out to the parking attendant! We loved Durango, we were here as tourists.

So just parking at front of the hotel and ask for help to the security guy at front or when you ar checking in on the front desk. But other then that was a good experience, good food, good personal staff.

Reviewed Oct 26, 2017En route Canada to Manzanillo we stayed here for secure parking and walking distance to the cathedral and other sites. Room was small but clean and quiet. Breakfast on 5th floor with nice views. Overall very pleasant but the safe in the closet was locked. We put a bike lock on the closet doors and secured some of our things inside (laptops, etc) when we went out.
