L'hotel non ha offerto nessuna indicazione pratica (cartine, brochure), per i luoghi di interesse, né il personale ci ha fornito indicazioni su come arrivare o organizzare gli spostamenti

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura come punto di partenza per visitare Efeso e Pamukkale, hotel vicino ai centro della città a pochi metri dalla strada principale.

Easy to reach location and has parking space . Short distance to town centre and close to major road which goes to favourite holiday destinations of Turkey . Staff was welcoming, helpful , well trained . Breakfast had an excellent selection and was fresh from the market and just cooked from scratch . All serving staff was attentive and ready to fill up your tea and coffee even that it was self service and open buffet .

The location is good,

The location is good, but unfortunately, that’s the only positive thing I can say. When we asked for shower gel, the staff responded rudely, saying it’s an “environmental hotel” and they don’t provide it — but it was obvious they had just forgotten to refill the soap in the shower. Instead of helping, they argued with us. Even worse, there were visible stains on the bed headboard, which looked like bodily fluids. This was extremely off-putting and raised serious concerns about cleanliness. Overall, the poor hygiene and unhelpful attitude from staff made the stay very disappointing.

Everything was super - but the best bit was Zaynep on Reception. She speaks very nice English and is an absolute star and made us especially welcome. She operates as a pseudo concierge - helping us with banking, directions and beauty treatments. We should take her home with us.

Large clean room, cordial staff, fair breakfast, internet works well and good parking.

Great Hotel in a great location, you can walk straight to the high street in 5mins. I asked for a quiet room and we enjoyed 3 nights of blissful sleep! Zeynep at reception was an asset to our stay, she showed us places to go and explore around Aydin city, She always made sure we were comfortable and had a pleasant stay. Room was big enough for my family, internet was fast and worked for everyone. Kids had a great time - Overall really pleased :)

Lovely hotel, very good value for money, great breakfast and friendly staff. Very comfy bed, big room.

My only criticism would be that the room was a bit dark, even with all the lights on I struggled to read a book.

We had a great stay at Efeler hotel in Aydin, in August 2024. A family of 4 (parents and 2 kids) for 3 nights. It's a small hotel, but close to the city centre. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Zeynep who gave us lots of helpful tips on places to visit and eat. Thank you Zeynep! Hotel was clean and quiet.

I was last week in Aydin for work, together with my wife, and I had booked for a nine nights stay at this hotel from Italy, after an Internet search. I must say the choice definitely turned out to be very lucky. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well-equipped. The location is convenient, just a few steps from one of the central boulevards in town. Breakfast is very rich and offers a wide high-quality selection. But the two major assets that made our stay really excellent were the top quality-price ratio (just 2300 TL/night for this exclusive treatment) and the priceless courtesy of the staff, who has been incredible in every moment. Just to make an example, we had some problems with the Wi-Fi connection because our room was located in the far corner of the building. To fix this problem, they decided to change our room, and since there was only a larger suite available, they put us there at the same price of the lower-level accommodation. At the end of our stay, when the reception lady offered our final Turkish coffee, we were almost feeling like leaving home.

We have stayed at this hotel before and would do again. We were very happy with the room and the breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Zeynep, the receptionist was really helpful.

Nice mainstream hotel with dining room and bar. Great! Breakfast buffet. Easy parking and a good stop if you are passing through on way to Ephesus. Tons of restaurants nearby

The hotel is very comfortable and the staff very friendly. Zeynap behind reception was lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was really good with lots of choice.

The hotel is located in the city centre, very convenient to access to the restaurants, shops and attractions, on-site free parking is provided, the facilities are good and can meet almost all the requirements, the room is comfortable and spacious, the staff is quite friendly and helpful.

Our friends who were travelling with us had a little difficulty getting the overhead shower to work in their room so they used the hand held one instead.

Another great stay at the Efeler Hotel, clean modern comfortable rooms, attentive and polite staff and good breakfast. Always my favourite hotel when I am staying in Aydin city centre. I recommend this hotel for business travellers as well tourist who are passing through the region.

Ona da özel teşekkür ederim. Tüm ihtiyaçlarım anında karşılandı. Odalar çok temiz ve konforlu. Banyo bakımlı ve hijyenik. Kahvaltısı çok zengin ve lezzetli. Benim gibi ulaşımı kolay bakımlı kalacak yer arayanlara Efeler Oteli şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum.

everything was great for the price!! very friendly receptionists and bartenders! they speak English very well, making my communication very easy. The room was big and very comfortable, lovely bed and very clean. The toiletries were very nice and generally a very pleasant experience. A 10 from me!!!

Breakfast was suitable for the location - it had plenty to offer and was refilled frequently. The service was excellent and you never had to wait. The rooms are very quiet.

The location was directly next to a public park which had seen its best days already. Not the fault of the hotel though!

It was my second time staying at the Efeler hotel and I have to say I enoyed it a lot. The staff is very friendly and respectful, and they speak good english.

The rooms are a bit dark, I believe one of the lamps was not working but it can also be that I just didnt figure out how to turn it on. Still i consider this a very minor thing.

The staff was very helpful, service was exceptional, room was very spacious and breakfast just great. I can only recommend!

According to Google maps it seemed the hotel is close to the bus station (within 15 mins walking distance) which wasn’t true - save your time and take the taxi straight away. The hotel can also call one for you. :)

The parking is super convenient. The staff is amazingly nice. The hotel and rooms are very clean.

The junior suite room has an odd set-up. The air-conditioning got really cold in one section, and the other section stayed just too warm. The beds were alright, but not very comfortable.

We stayed over in this hotel as we needed a stop between Izmir, Bodrum and Pamukkale. This hotel is convenient. It has parking and the staff is really nice. They offered us an umbrella when it was raining. The room is ok with no views. There are some issues with warm water, but its so hot outside that we didn't mind it. The AC gets too cold, you have to manually regulate it. The breakfast is included and plentiful. We loved that the rooms indicated when a cleaning is required on the door. It's a 2 hr drive to Pamukkale. We continued our journey.

We stayed for one night but could’ve easily stayed longer. Zeynep went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. Breakfast was varied and delicious. We were upgraded to a suite. Our room was spacious and clean. Overall, a great stay.

While Aydin not touristic town this small to medium hotel has a manager attentive to every detail of what you may need. Not fancy neighborhood. But best hotel for one night rest. Good air conditioning Good breakfast. Nice staff. Tried Cemberlitas hotel before looking at this one. Not comparable

The hotel location is perfect (in the city centre).. near to shopping area and medan.. staff are friendly, especially Mrs.Zeinab and Mr.Mahmod they talk english well and are cooperative..

Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Ms. Zeynep coskun is very supportive. She arranged taxi to Kusadasi and serve drinks while we are waiting for taxi to come.

The kind lady at the rception will take all your wants seriously. İ got free çai, the wifi works good, its very clean, buisnessmen from arab countrys give it a very serious feel. Thank you alot! İ will come again.

Cleaning services were good, there were some problems with the shower head and card holder but they were fixed without asking.

They don't allow bringing guests to the hotel room. As Turkey is more conservative with relationships in public it was saddening to hear as we couldn't have any privacy even at the hotel. Also, the walls are pretty thin so you can hear everything the person is doing over the next room and in the halls. The wifi is also not the best as it kept disconnecting from time to time. I had an interview and I needed to find another place with more reliable wifi.

We were greeted by a very pleasant receptionist who upgraded us to a suite. This was spacious and comfortable. Everything was international standard and very clean. As it was a rainy day we opted to dine in the hotel restaurant. The service was attentive, charming and the food decent. Unfortunately there was a very, very loud football match on the outsize TV. This coupled with flashing fairy lights and a wine list that consisted of one red and one white made it more of a cafe experience. Overall we had a very favourable impression of the hotel and would recommend it to anyone staying in Aydin.

Everything was great. I got a free upgrade to one of the suites upon check in, the price was already very competitive, at least for English standards, thus an upgrade made the reservation at this hotel a real bargain!. Very clean, very polite and knowledgeable reception. Big and quiet room, I would definitely stay there again

What a great find! Great hotel in a convenient location. Staff was excellent…friendly and helpful! Room was comfortable, full amenities in bathroom including robes in our room. Breakfast included a full selection of hot and cold items…all fresh and plentiful. A nice welcome drink (tea or water) offered as well. Would stay here again!

I stayed at the Efeler Hotel with my husband for a week as part of a visit to family who live in Aydin. All of the staff were wonderful: welcoming, kind and attentive. They went above and beyond, even providing a birthday cake for me! The junior suite we chose was spacious, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and quiet. The buffet breakfasts were fantastic; tasty, plentiful and healthy. We will definitely be back next year. It feels like a home from home.

We love the Efeler Hotel. The front desk staff, Zeynep, greeted us with a beautiful smile. She helped us order room service, which was of superb value. we enjoyed the amenities of the comfortable room. The buffet breakfast was also very good.

Everything. We arrived late and were very tired. Not only did the Manager organise a room upgrade to a junior suite but also kept the restaurant open for us after it had already closed. Everybody was charming and accommodating and we set off the following morning fully restored. This is a magical hotel, conveniently placed for our needs and if our itinerary had been different, we would have loved to have stayed longer. The staff were exceptional and it is obvious that the Manager has created an excellent team with the highest of standards.

Efeleler Hotel is in central Aydin and I was glad of the help of satellites guiding me in. Private parking is opposite the hotel and the porter came to me in the car park to offer help with my bags. This was the start of excellent service throughout my stay. The safety of guests during Covid times was obviously taken seriously with temperature checks, HES code records and enhanced cleaning all being evident. The room was large and the air conditioning worked well. The clean bathroom had plenty of towels and hygiene products. Views are limited which is not surprising in a central city location. Restaurant lacked atmosphere and had views over waste land and tower blocks but food was tasty and good value. Alcohol prices were excellent. Breakfast was served plated due to Covid but was OK. Menemen was warm and delicious. A plate of fresh fruit served to the room in the evening was a nice touch. All the staff were friendly and helpful. This is a good value hotel with excellent service. If I were to have one complaint it would be the recurrent requests from staff to post a review. This was the only bit that seemed to be trying too hard, otherwise service was natural.
