Posada Turistica Dantayaco fin del mundo

En este lugar han pensado en cada detalle. Todos los espacios reflejan mucho cuidado y dedicación, y el ambiente es muy acogedor. La atención es muy buena y el desayuno estuvo delicioso. El chocolate del desayuno tenía un sabor aromatico especial, realmente delicioso. Además, la ubicación es excelente, justo al lado de la entrada a Fin del Mundo.

Si eres una persona sensible al ruido, probablemente este alojamiento no sea la mejor opción. Aunque varios comentarios destacan como agradable el sonido del río, en nuestra experiencia resultó demasiado intenso y dificultó el descanso. El ruido se percibe en toda la habitación y llega a imponerse por completo en el ambiente, incluso dificultando escuchar música, conversaciones u otros sonidos. Aclaro que fuimos en temporada de mucha lluvia y el río estaba crecido y caudaloso. Sim embargo es un aspecto a tener en cuenta.

La cuisine est impeccable et le menu délicieusement différent de la cuisine colombienne habituelle! En plus de la beauté du site, de l’amabilité du personnel et du confort des chambres, c’est notre restaurant préféré à Mocoa!

Wonderful, big room with a huge and comfortable bed, where you can sleep to the sounds of the river. The balcony with the hammock has a fantastic view. Its very close to fin del mundo.

I guess its safe, but it felt very weird, that the room was open to the balcony (only a curtain) and there were no options to lock your valuables.

Beautiful place, wonderful food, top quality all round! Everyone was so kind and welcoming - big thanks to Jon who was always attentive and helpful during our stay - can't wait to come back!

Quiet, safe and clean hotel with friendly staff.. Book the deluxe room with the balcony. One can see many birds and small monkeys. The meals of the restaurants were very delicious, amazing, a dream. The hotel is just 200 meters away from the entrance to "Cascada Fin del Mundo" and a 20 minutes walk to the fascinating zoo CEA. The local busses stop in front of the hotel and drive to Mocoa and to Villagarzon.

The facilities are comfortable and clean. The stuff is nice and welcoming. The plus is the experience of seeing monkeys in the trees right in front of your room.

The food is ok, but room service is limited to specific hours.

Posada Dantayaco is set in a very natural setting overlooking the Mocoa River below and the jungle on the other side of the river. The rooms are open to the river view, and the sound of the water sings you to sleep. There are many birds and beautiful trees and plants around the property. My room was large and had a nice balcony with a hammock. The bed is comfortable. Good wifi. They even have hot water. Food in the restaurant is excellent, and there is a pleasant social atmosphere either the other guests. Posada Dantayaco is right next to the entrance to the walking trail up to Fin del Mundo, which is a very beautiful waterfall up in the jungle with many swimming holes. It’s lovely.

For me it's a little close to the road. But almost all local hostels and hotels are.. but the room and staff make up for that

The staff were really kind and everything was super clean. Having hot water was amazing. The food in the restaurant as well was fresh and there was a varied menu.

A very cozy hostel, perfect for relaxing in the middle of nature. In the morning, while having breakfast, you can see monkeys visiting the place and feed them. Enjoy good food and a quiet atmosphere. Perfect for disconnecting from the city.

Transportation can be a bit tricky during the night hours, but at the reception desk they have taxi numbers that charge a significant amount of money.

The WiFi didn’t work.

The food in the restaurant onsite was phenomenal. Lots of love and intention in everything we ordered. The view of the Amazon from the private cabina is spectacular with the sounds and view of the raging river below. We will most certainly be back❤️🙏✌️

They only have one option for breakfast, but it was good and filling. The scenery is great as it is right next to a fairly large river. Very tropical with lots of greenery. The staff is nice, the dinners are good. There are a couple of nice tourist attractions nearby.

There was basically not enough hot water for the bath tub, so it is not worth paying more for a room because of the tub. It is quite a distance away from Mocoa city centre, a good taxi ride away.

A gorgeous Place with many different plants and beautiful flowers, nice Owner, lovely Mother of the owner and very friendly staff. The people there were very helpful and made me quickly felt like home. Breakfast is nice, and the Restaurant, which open at 17h30 has excellent food. I had a gorgeous view of the jungle from my room and sometimes little monkeys come to play on my balcony. It was like in paradise! Muchas gracias por todo!

Best room we ever had in Colombia. You're sleeping in the jungle almost. Huge bed.

There is a jacuzzi but takes forever to fill up and the water is not that hot. But looks nice

This is a backpackers hotel with a few large nice and kind of overpriced rooms. View is amazing but of course you need to like the sound of the powerful river right under your balcony as well as...bugs.. there are many of them flying around but they don't bite. The rooms are open so you are exposed to all that as well as to some occasional smells coming from the kitchen. BUT : people at that place are for real and also very gentle and helpful. It's an experience that registers..

El fin del mundo es una gran caminata con buen servicio. Quizás este es el hotel más cómodo de la zona

No TV or hot water, but that was expected. Lovely remote lodging. Access to waterfalls close by, but get there before 12:01pm
