Upon arrival, the communal areas smelt of damp. Even both our rooms (one was the penthouse) smelt of damp and mould. The lift was wet, with people using the pool on the 9th floor and going straight into a lift. A real health and safety hazard! The photos look wonderful, but the reality is not. Staff are not professional, welcoming or helpful. Really disappointed, as Da Nang is such an amazing place.

На стенах следы сырости и плесени. Слишком жесткая кровать. На кухне очень мало посуды, пришлось даже купить склвородку. Несколько дней подряд был странный запах в ванной комнате, потом пропал. Море далековато.

Reviewed Jan 21, 2026Booked two rooms for five people, but there were only two beds. Had to pay 750,000 VND for an extra bed, which was not ideal. The TV in one of the rooms was not working. I was hoping that they would fix the problem, but it was still not working when checking out.

Ga niet voor het zwembad, want die was achterstallig qua onderhoud. Badkamer was ook niet heel schoon. Naast onze kamer leek een wasmachine dag en nacht te draaien, niet een erg lekker geluid….

10월초에 가족이랑 방문을 했는데 인접한 방 배정에서 실패하였고, 첫날 더운 날씨에 에어컨 불량으로 많은 불편이 있었습니다.. 급하게 선풍기를 배정 받았지만 더운 날씨에 선풍기는 별 도움이 되지않았으며, 이동식 간이 침대를 지원받아 5인 가족이 한 방에 머물렀는데 지원 받은 이동식 간이 침대도 삮아서 몸을 움직이지도 못하고 정말 기억에 남는 여행이 되었답니다. 같이 동행한 가족들에게 많이 미안했어요... 가성비 보다는 좀 더 안락하고 깨끗한 시설을 찾는게 맞지 싶습니다.(여행에 고민하시는 분들께 의견 남깁니다.. 가성비 보다는 좀 더 안락하고 편의시설이 충분한 그런 숙박을 찾아보길 바랍니다~)

The hotel and the room were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Reviewed Jan 11, 202624 uurs receptie, schone kamer, goede matras, douche met goede waterdruk en voldoende warm water. Geen smart tv maar toch een aantal Engelstalige zenders. Kamer op verzoek schoongemaakt en schone handdoeken en flesjes water. 25 minuten lopen naar treinstation en Drakenbrug. Lift aanwezig , uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding
Receptie was onduidelijk en vaag na mijn vraag om een scooter te huren.Wel vragen of ik een rijbewijs had en waar ik naartoe wilde rijden.Diezelfde dag was niet mogelijk en de volgende dag ook onzeker. Ik wilde vroeg naar de Golden Bridge rijden, dus zelf maar een scooterverhuur bedrijf opgezocht. Gelukkig was er 300 mtr vanaf het hotel een ondernemer die tot 22.00 uur open was.Het hotel verkoopt natuurlijk liever een complete dagtour aan hun klanten, dan een scooter verhuren via via voor 150.000 VND. - ontbijt kost 100.000 VND en moet de dag van te voren besteld worden

L’odeur d’humidité, moisissure, moquette couloir sale, salle de bain avec tuyau de douche encrassé, joints encrassés, fuite d’eau WC.. Le rapport qualité prix n’y est pas. C’est excessif et surtout largement surévalué. On s’adapte à toutes les situations malgré tout mais cet établissement est survendu.

Reviewed Jan 4, 2026Непоганий готель , чисто, але в наступний раз краще брати більший номер. Недалеко від річки і мосту дракона, навколо купа кафе і їжі, кава. Кожен день прибирали і давали воду. Доречи вулиця спокійна, мало руху, але будівельники в 7 ранку стукали і заважали спати.
Немає де сушити речі, віддала до пральні речі, поставили багато плям на світлому одязі , тому не раджу давати біле у прання. Замале ліжко як для двох людей.

The room was small but this was not an issue and the price more than reflected this. The pool was cold and small with limited seating around the edges, this again was not an issue for us but is worth considering.

Reviewed Dec 4, 2025Le personnel est très accueillant, serviable et arrangeant. Nous sommes venu plus tôt et ils nous ont préparé la chambre pour notre arrivée. La literie est confortable, la salle de bain est propre. Nous avons eu une bouteille d’eau offerte dans la chambre. Nous avons trouvé l’emplacement très bien situé dans la ville : 15-20 minutes du pont du dragon et du marché de nuit. Nous aimons bien marcher. Nous sommes restés qu’une seule nuit et n’avons pas été voir la piscine.
La chambre semblait un peu humide, auréole sur le plafond et une légère odeur dans la chambre : sans doute lié au dernier passage du typhon.

Takes a little time to warm up, but the shower actually produces hot water! Rooftop pool is a nice amenity. The location is within walking distance of many restaurants and cute cafes, as well as the Cham Sculpture museum and the Dragon bridge. 20-min ride from the airport is also a perk.
The facilities could use a little updating (bathroom sink in particular appeared to have mold damage all over and there was an overall mildew smell to the room that was aided when the aircon was running), but for the price it was a great deal.
