A lovely hotel in a great location. Very good breakfast. Excellent staff. Our third stay here, but definitely not our last.

Very friendly staff all round, not just at the desk (lady at breakfast was also very friendly as were the door guys). Grand location, nice options for breaky, nice clean room, nice bathroom...overall can't fault it.

I'm being picky but the gym - the treadmill was not functioning properly, was stammering causing you to almost come off it.

We only used the hotel during the day (no over-night and no breakfast), to bridge the time to our midnight flight. Good value for money. Clean. Location with many shops and restaurants. Close to the airport. Staff were great. They even offered a breakfast box and a free airport ride.

Shower head and tap (in the shower/bath) were not easy to adjust to the right temperature, because of leakage. Nothing else of importance to mention, for a hotel in this price range.

Fivitel Boutique is excellently located. There are many great eating places within walking distance. The food in the hotel restaurant is very good, too. The staff are fantastic and respond quickly to requests. Each one was extremely helpful.

The interiors are a little tired looking. However everything was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is very clean, the staff are all friendly, the free breakfast was excellent and very tasty meals.

Начать следует с персонала, ведь именно они вас встречают. Персонал великолепный, особенно выделились Cindy и Ivy. Очень доброжелательные, отвечали на все наши вопросы, помогали во время проживания. При заселении и выселении нам сделали комплименты. Спасибо им отдельное. Каждое утро на завтраке, кто-то из персонала обязательно спрашивал как у нас дела, всë ли хорошо. Охранники всегда открывали двери, встречали, провожали, помогали с багажом и такси. На ресепшене нам давали полотенца для пляжа бесплатно. Персонал 5* Нам сделали ранее заселение, так как мы приехали в отель раньше положенного времени, и за это дополнительную оплату с нас не взяли. Хорошее расположение отеля. Близко к достопримечательностям, немного удаленно от шумной дороги, но в то же время все в шаговой доступности. Номер чистый, приятный запах, кондиционер работает исправно, окна открываются при необходимости. Чистое постельное белье. Нас было двое, нам предоставили 2 халата, тапочки, 2 больших полотенца для душа, 2 маленьких для лица, 1 полотенце для ног, полный набор одноразовых гигиенических принадлежностей, включая бритву, расчёску, тапочки, 2 халата. В ванной комнате имеется также твёрдое мыло, гель для душа, шампунь, кондиционер для волос, которые меняют при уборке номера. В номере имеется холодильник/мини-бар + бесплатная питьевая вода. Уборка номера каждый день. После уборки нам оставляли включенным кондиционер - когда мы возвращались в номер, там было комфортно. Завтрак для меня очень хороший. Есть выбор еды, что-то мясное, различные варианты яичницы (нужно подойти, указать нужный вариант, и вам его тут же приготовят), варианты овощей и салатов, различный хлеб, сладкая выпечка, каши, джемы. Чай и кофе. Фрукты. На верхнем этаже есть бассейн. Один раз попробовали. Чистый. Есть услуга прачечной. Возможно забыл что-то упомянуть. Впечатления очень положительные. Хочется сюда возвращаться.

Не считаю это минусом, но было заметно что номер слегка требует косметический ремонт. Слегка. Розетки были немного хлипкие при использовании зарядного устройства. Это не было проблемой для нас, поэтому персонал мы об этом не уведомляли.

Pas vraiment dans le centre mais c'est un détail car en 10mn on y est en prenant un grab pour à peine 1,50€...

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das superfreundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut und ließ keine Wünsche offen.

The location was excellent, I could see the dragon bridge from my window. The room was spacious, the breakfast was decent too, and the staff were amazing! We were also very satisfied my the transfer to the railway station!

The room was not the cleanest, but we got new towels everyday. The room and the housekeeping service should be improved!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Family Stay & Exceptional Hospitality Our family of 13 stayed at Fivitel Boutique Da Nang for six days in five rooms, and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel is centrally located, with plenty of restaurants and even Michelin-recognized dining options nearby. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Special thanks to Ivy, Kai, the reception team, housekeeping, breakfast staff, door staff, and the gentleman/guard who helped deliver all our luggage to our rooms despite our late-night arrival. Everyone was professional, friendly, and always willing to help. We stayed in different room types — standard, twin, and family suites — and found them comfortable and spacious. Room 1604 even had a great view of Dragon Bridge! The rooftop pool was another highlight, especially for the teens and young adults in our family, and was a nice place to relax after sightseeing. We also appreciated the complimentary massage for one person per room. Breakfast had plenty of choices, with some dishes changing daily, plus live pho and omelette stations. The most memorable gesture came on my parents’ 50th Wedding Anniversary. The staff happened to overhear us talking about it at breakfast. When we returned that evening from their anniversary celebration in Hoi An, the team surprised my parents in the lobby with a beautiful bouquet for my mom and a cake for them. We never requested anything, which made the gesture even more touching and special. ❤️ Our entire family truly enjoyed our stay. It’s the warmth and thoughtfulness of the staff that made Fivitel Boutique Da Nang stand out for us. Thank you to the entire team for taking such wonderful care of our family. We have already recommended the hotel to friends and family and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit, and they kindly gifted us a 30-minute massage each, which was a lovely touch. The location is close to the riverfront and situated in a lively area with plenty to explore. Many of the main tourist attractions are just a short taxi ride away. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable, making our stay very enjoyable. The only suggestion I would make is that some of the furniture is starting to show its age and could benefit from refurbishment in the future. However, this did not detract from our overall experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful large clean rooms with amazing views of the dragon bridge, icy cold air con, clean pool, delicious buffet breakfast and roomservice food. My friend and I became unwell during our stay and the staff went above and beyond to help us feel better out of genuine concern, without their help we wouldnt have recovered nearly as quick. Ivy is an exceptional manager, all of her staff are respectful and attentive, the bell boys and security made us feel safe and they all made us feel welcomed. I would rate this place higher if I could off of the staff alone.

The staff were incredibly kind, attentive and hard working.

Every morning after 9am, even with the do not disturb button on. We would receive a phone call waking me up asking if I wanted breakfast.

Khách có các ac nhân viên cực kì dễ thương và chuyên nghiệp. Có cho mượn xe đạp để đi dạo Luôn đáp ứng các yêu cầu đôi lúc có hơi không được tối ưu cho khách sạn. Ăn sáng món ăn rất đa dạng và rất ngon. Và những món quà vô cùng thực tế khác

She constantly checked on us to make sure we were comfortable, asked if we needed anything, and surprised us with thoughtful freebies that made our stay even more special. Mia's kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests are exceptional. She is a valuable asset to the hotel and truly deserves a raise! There's a variety of food selections at the buffet breakfast, and they serve delicious food. They also send us a takeaway on our early morning check-out, which makes it more special. Location-wise, it's close to everything, Han Market, Dragon Bridge, Da Nang Museum, Han River. There's also a lot of restau that you can try nearby.

The room was big, clean and very comfortable. I was with my family including two children and my wife. The breakfast provided had a good mix of both vegetarian and non vegetarian cuisine. The staff was very professional, friendly and polite. The location is very good and is close to the Dragon bridge. I will recommend the stay to families with children.

Это Лучший отель, в которых я жил в Дананге больше 1 месяца 1) Сервис - приветливый и внимательный персонал на ресепшен с хорошим английским, которые помогли по многим вопросам Тех.персонал - тоже, если вы попросите дополнительно воду, они без проблем вам дадут, так же ежедневные уборки номера, где вы можете не переживать за свои вещи Отель предоставил бесплатный трансфер родителям в аэропорт и мне при переезде❤️ Хороший Wi-Fi👍 Вкусный и разнообразный завтрак👍 2) Расположение - центр города, рядом Dragon Bridge, набережная, кафе и супермаркеты, базар Han Market, все что нужно в пешей доступности 3) на втором этаже - есть массажный салон, где вам предоставляют полчаса бесплатного массажа, я не успел воспользоваться, но родителям очень понравилось 4) У них есть бесплатный прокат велосипедов, но они слегка староваты (обещали обновить), так что - я советую кататься, только по набережной. На дороге, где машины и байки - очень опасно 5) Отель предоставляет услуги такси с личным водителем на целый день, вы можете поехать в Бана Хиллс, в Хой Ан, в горы посмотреть на Леди Будду или составить собственный маршрут Насчёт стоимости - я сравнивал стоимость поездки Бана Хиллс и там вышло чуть больше 100 тысяч донг от цены такси в GRAB (но стоит учитывать - тут чистая машина с кондиционером, личный водитель, который будет вас ждать целый день, чтобы забрать обратно в отель, можно сделать остановку по пути для фото и т.д) 6) Просторный бассейн на 18 этаже, с чистой водой, которая постоянно циркулирует и продувается свежим ветром 7) Так на 18 этаже есть фитнесс зал, где большой выбор спортивного оборудования - беговая дорожка, гантели и штанги и т.д. Неограниченное кол-во питьевой воды и полотенца 8) Мой номер был на 11 этаже и если вы хотите красивый вид на город, то просите верхние этажи Недалеко от отеля находится школа и иногда звучит громкая музыка с утра, но летом должно быть тихо Я всем близким советую этот отель🙌

What I liked most was the excellent staff service. From the receptionists to the housekeeping team everyone was very friendly, helpful, and humble. Special thanks to the reception supervisor Ms. Cindy, and another reception supervisor (whose name I unfortunately forgot) for their kindness and warm hospitality. They were truly sweet and professional. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Thank you to everyone for making my stay so pleasant.
