Thy Executive Hotel

The price for 1 night stay.

Lighting in the room was dim, TV has only 1 channel for viewing. The hotel is located in an industrial area and pretty isolated. As such, need to have either a car or GRAB service if wants to get around.

Location. Clean.

Sparse, pillows were too soft. Couldn't really sleep. Provided only 2 pillows instead of four.

not very clean. Carpets are dirty. Fitting in rooms are very minimal for the price paid. They don't even provide drinking water bottles. oppsss.. sad.

Hotel staffs was not so helpfull. When I checked in 1st thing I asked was abt water preasure n your staff said all ok good. But after paid n checked in I check the water pressure was very very low n bad. Showering n using toilet was very difficult. When ask the staff they said cannot do anything. I asked to change other room but that room water pressure also same very very low. Really disappointed 😞 n angry 😡

The air conditioning. Not cold enough . Literally we were sweating . Complain to room service , they sent a technician over but still the same . Not a sound proof room . Tv channel definitely needs improvements.

easy to park a car, close to shopping mall

I liked that it was clean and that the sound from the road is not as loud than other places. Considering the price point of this place it is relatively clean and organised.

I am not too sure about other rooms but in my room "425" there were 2 aircon compressors outside the balcony area near the toilet which was quite loud. Thankfully I brought my own ear plugs for sleeping. Do be mindful that the room is not completely soundproof as you can hear noises from the corridor and sounds from other rooms but for the price point I guess its tolerable.

Flooring can be better. Dusty and abit itch. Nonsafe box

On the first night of stay is really fine. Then on the following days of stay there is a power trip at almost 7 am in the morning and the staff tells us this is common and they will try do something about it. Worst of all the next day early in the morning of Saturday renovations works is carried and it's damn noisy with workers laughing and talking so loudly with drilling and hammering almost one full day. Called the staff a few times and promising to attend to the problem is just a gimmical lie. My brother is not feeling well and when I asked for extra pillows the tell is hotel has no spare pillows. Damn disappointed this time round !

Friendly staffs. The lobby was huge with lots of seats provided with pool tables and free coffee and tea dispenser. Our room was quite large with a king size bed. Got ample space to request for an extra bed or bring your own portable mattress for larger families. Though the location was quite far, there is a 24 hour Ninso store nearby for those who wanted to get late night snacks. Will come back again 😌

The location was quite far and it is within an industrial area but the hotel was quite lively at night with guests mingling and having late meals at the lobby so I guess the vibes is quite alright 😄

There was no electricity the whole night and we were just sleeping in our own sweat.

At 1st my aircon is not cold,but take a while for the room to be cold ..All was ok..

The carpet felt sticky. TV channels was not clear.

Have water dispenser outside the room. Forgot to bring my hair dryer, so i ask the hotel in booking.com whether they have hairdryer in the room, and they say have by request. So the amazing thing is when i check in, the staff know that i request for the hairdryer even i didnt ask it hahah

Sound proof is not good. When i sleep, i getting awake few times because i keep heard other room close the door, is quite loud.

Overall all the staff were very caring and did their best to help with my needs in contacting someone locally as I did not have a local sim. The problem was resolved as a result of their efforts and doing the best they could. I am very grateful for their care and support.

The staff were awesome. The girls at reception provided the best customer service and help that I appreciate greatly. The layout of the hotel designed for business and corporate meetings created the atmosphere of space where you can relax and have time with friends/business partners. I really loved the ambience. I will definitely be back.

Location is good, parking is ample, you can park at the tyre shop beside, but you have to move your car by 8.45 am. They will be open at 9 am. There is a MCD behind the hotel, and Giant beside.

Pillow too bloated, many dirty spots on the mattress and pillow.

i like to stay heqar because its near the main road, easy to get shops and also have Giant hypermarket near by. the bed is so big and the room is very well
