Solo dan una llave de habitación. Solo había 1 silla en una habitación doble (2 personas).

Welcoming and helpful staff. The breakfast for 15euro is amazing. Beds were relatively comfortable.

While the beds are comfortable, all the pillows were quite hard. We also had a broken AC unit so would only blow at 16°. We informed staff but unfortunately nothing could be done for it, so either had to freeze or run hot. Access to the hotel is confusing due to the current construction around.

They upgraded us from the windowless room to a 2nd floor room. Comfy and clean bed, A/C, reasonable parking. Super reception staff. Super close to train.

Laminate floorboards not tight, so dumb-looking gaps all over the room. Ventilation vent in bathroom held in place by tape. Long hair in bathroom. Glass door to bathroom not clean. Fruit tea but no coffee. Entry road closed for work: hotel didn't send an email to explain this, so had to come into parking via another street.

Tv zenders !!! Eigenlijk geen nesderlandse zenders, wel npo 2 en 3, maar die tellen niet mee, waarom niet 1 en 4 of zes. Het hotel staat toch in Nederland.

The location is far out of city centre but it is well connected and close to all public transport

Super close with the Metro station, 3/4min walking away (with metro in 20min if not less to the center!) It is even close to the Ziggo dome! (About 20/15min walking or just one metro stop). We were able to leave the luggage before chek-in and also leave it after chekout, so we could explore more the city! Super nice staff!

A parkolás napi 15 € kicsit húzós, de zárt területen van. Az első bejutás autóval kicsit körülményes. Előtte egy alkalmazáson keresztül kellett a rendszámot beregisztrálni, ezt követően nyílt csak fel a sorompó. A többi ki és behajtás már egyszerűbb volt (rendszámfelismerés)

A szálloda előtt volt 4 db e-autó töltő, de számomra használhatatlan volt, nem enged regisztrálni csak holland, német és egy sor európai ország államplgárát. Magyart nem., és aközvetlen fizetésed mód sem működött. A szálloda igazán találhatna egy jobb megoldást. Pl. Biztosítana a szállóvendégek részére töltőkártyát, ami később el lehetne számolni. Csak szándék kérdése. Vendégcsalogatónak sem lenne utolsó.

Отдыхали с мужем и взрослым сыном 2 дня в отеле.Все было чудесно.По желанию нам предоставили номер на более высоком этаже.Все чисто, аккуратно.Огромная кровать и очень удобная.Третья ровать в трёхместном номере стоит за углом,вне поля зрения,что очень комфортно было для нас и экономнее,чем арендовать 2 номера.Питание по системе "все включено" выше всяких похвал - полноценные блюда,все вкусно,много,разнообразно и быстро пополняется.Остановкп метро в 5 минутах ходьбы.Очень рекомендую

Район, конечно,не центральный и поэтому вид из окна не очень нас радовал,но так мы почти не были в номере это не было большой проблемой.Район немного грустный)) Продуктовые магазины далеко и приходилось питьвую воду привозить вечером с собой

l'albergo è in zona periferica dove non ci sono molti servizi, la metropolitana è raggiungibile a circa 5/10 minuti a piedi. Ottimo il parcheggio all'interno dell'hotel, la colazione ha un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Pulizia ottima

Attenzione a quando si prenota perchè hanno delle stanze senza finestra, nei corridoi c'è sempre odore penso di detergenti

Creepy atmosphere, encountered staff in the middle of the night with master card, previously we noticed knocking on our door (around 1-2am), the staff seemed surprised that we stepped out at this hour. The parking is a little weird but okay, i noticed signs to not keep important stuff in the car due to burglary so i felt uncomfortable to keep my car there. Not fault of the hotel, but in front a new building is being built and during the night the lights were on for the entire building despite no one being there, resulting in our room to be completely lit up even with curtains closed

For one coming on tourism or other visits, the breakfast is adequate to drive one for much of the day. And for the price, it's great value for money in my opinion.

The staff at the front desk on 1-2 September 2026 in the afternoon were super helpful with my booking!

I liked the location, it was really close to the Ziggo Dome (about a 15m walk). It was a cosy room with everything you really needed (presides a microwave), but it had a fridge, safe and closet space. The bathroom was small but usable, the shower had decent pressure and the hot water worked well. The staff were nice, they upgraded my room with no extra charge. It had a view and was located on the 5th floor.

The TV occasionally wouldn't work, and the wifi internet connection on it wouldn't always work. The fridge was not cold at all, barely kept things cold. The lighting was very low lighting. The bed was not comfy, there was no mattress. It was this thin foam and a kind of square pillow also. I slept uncomfortably. The hotel was cleaned daily by the maid but after looking most of the days she just folded the sheets on my bed and didn't actually change them. I was there for a week and I could tell she barely cleaned the room while I was there, just neatly tidied it up. The bathroom had blonde hair in it when I arrived, which already led me to believe it wasn't thoroughly cleaned.

Our room had a very small TV and placed very high on the wall. Literally had to struggle to watch. Something that can be fixed easily. Other than that, all good.

Wegen einer Baustelle war die Anfahrt zum Zeitpunkt der Übernachtung etwas schwierig und das Parken war leider etwas teuer. Ansonsten war es ganz in Ordnung

Próximo a estação de metrô, uns 100 metros. Café da manhã Bom. Tem uma lanchonete na esquina com comida boa e funcionários super solícitos e que falam todas as línguas 😝. Os quartos são limos e confortáveis. Recomendo.

Die Nähe zur Bahn ist wirklich super. Es gibt direkt vor der Tür verhältnismäßig günstige Parkmöglichkeiten. Wir sind das zweite mal dort.

Wir haben nicht viel zu meckern. Die Baustelle vor der Tür nervt, aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts. Es gab immer mal wieder Probleme mit der Schranke am Parkplatz. Da sollte man sich ein anderes System überlegen, das ist sehr umständlich. Aber ansonsten haben wir nichts zu beanstanden.

Bett war bequem. Es gab Shampoo. Lage war sehr nah an einer Bahnstation. Viertel war nicht laut.

Gebäude sehr hellhöhrig, was sehr stört bei vielen Touristen, die sehr spät ins Hotel kommen. Die Türen knallen sehr laut und das Badezimmer vermittelt durch eine (milchige)Glastür keine Privatsphäre. Die Ausstattung des Badezimmers war sehr dürftig. Die Unterkunft wirkte stillos und abgenutzt. Parken war sehr teuer und musste extra gebucht werden.

Het ontbijt was super lekker

402 euro voor 1 nacht exclusief ontbijt voor een hele kleine kamer die op dit moment in een bouwval omgeving staat valt tegen.

Ruhige Lage. Metro gleich um die Ecke. Top Anbindung nach Amsterdam. Restaurant Pigalle gleich neben an.

Frühstück nicht zu empfehlen. Lieber außerhalb.

Vriendelijke ontvangst en goede kamer. Het ontbijt was niet uitgebreid, maar zeker voldoende. Prijs-kwaliteit dik in orde. Ook handig dat de metrohalte zeer dichtbij was.

De buurt rond het hotel is allesbehalve aangenaam. Veel vuil langs de straat.

Die Lage....das Hotel liegt etwa 700m von der Metro entfernt. Die Parkplatz Gebühren mit 15€ super preiswert. Das Personal an der Rezeption super schnell und sehr freundlich.

Beim Frühstück etwas mehr Auswahl wäre schön.

Echt een prima hotel voor de prijs! We hadden voor €69 een deluxe twin kamer van zondag op maandag + €15 betaald om te parkeren recht voor de deur. Vanuit het hotel ben je met een Uber of OV zo bij Bijlmer station (7 min. met OV) of Amsterdam Centraal (25 min. met OV). Binnen 5 min. lopen liggen een aantal leuke restaurantjes, zoals Oma Ietje, om te lunchen. De airco werkt goed en het raam kan open. Op de kamer staat een kleine koelkast.

Room was perfect size for one. Having the breakfast in the hotel was very handy. Lots of healthy food. In the hotel, different from going to eat out, you can eat as much as you want and €15 is a bargain. The sweet things I personally didn't find them great. The staff members were super friendly and kind. They really make a big difference! Location a bit far from city center, but metro is just 2min from the door step. Bathroom spacious and clean.

There were mosquitos in my room, so I couldn't sleep well for 2 nights of the 3. My window was facing the front of the hotel (I didn't open them mosquitos were there before me). Then I asked the reception and they sort it out for me. Also, because of the location of my room, I could hear people talking in the parking. Thankfully it didn't last very much. Some other guests would bang their door in the corridor very loudly. A matter of people manners and perhaps a weight on the door so it would close more smoothly. Despite this, I love it and I would return for sure.

Prima hotel voor een nachtje. Wel de tip om ‘s nachts de ramen dicht te houden. We werden rond 4 uur wakker van ‘gefladder’ bij het raam. Nadat we de gordijnen aan de kant hadden geschoven bleek er een vleermuis in de kamer te zitten die als een malle rondjes vloog. Uiteindelijk wel heel snel opgelost door de mannen van de receptie! Ze hebben de vleermuis gevangen en weer netjes buiten weg laten vliegen. Al met al toch nog geslapen 😅 verder niks op aan te merken, prima hotel, goede uitvalsbasis.

Goede locatie dichtbij metro Bullewijk voor bezoek Amsterdam als toeristen. Nieuw hotel, alles nog mooi blinkend.

Inrit naar parking zeer verwarrend. We moesten naar receptie om binnen te geraken op parking. Receptiepersoneel bij aankomst was ongeinteresseerd en zelfs vervelend, moeilijk te verstaan en niet erg behulpzaam. Na enige tijd geraakten we toch binnen.

Property is fine but there is no coffee sachet in the room. You need to pay 2€ to get the coffee from vending machine.

The hotel offers good value for the price. The location is very convenient because it is close to both the metro and train stations, making it easy to reach Amsterdam Centraal in around 20 minutes. The Wi-Fi was excellent, and the reception staff were helpful, including helping me with the Qibla direction for prayer and room was clean.

There were several maintenance and service issues. We booked two rooms, and the bathroom sinks in both rooms drained very slowly and filled with water before draining. The refrigerator in one room was not cooling and had to be replaced the next morning. The air conditioning was also poor; I would set it to 18–20°C, but it sometimes returned by itself to around 30°C. The TV had a serious colour problem and everything appeared red, making it difficult to watch. When I reported it, I was told to try adjusting the settings myself. There is no room service, even for water. You have to go downstairs and buy drinks from a vending machine, which did not accept card payments and required cash or coins. There were also no tissues in the room apart from bathroom tissue. Breakfast had very limited halal options, and the surrounding area is very quiet with almost no supermarkets or suitable restaurants nearby, so we had to take the metro to find more halal food options. The My Way parking system also stopped working automatically on our last day, so we had to contact reception to manually open the entrance and exit.

I had a really lovely experience staying at Joy Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and accommodating throughout my stay. What stood out to me the most was how helpful they were even after I checked out — they kindly stored my luggage for me until I was ready to leave, which made my day so much easier. The staff genuinely made me feel welcomed and cared for. Their kindness and excellent customer service really made a difference. Thank you, Joy Hotel, for such a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again

Voordat ik boekte had ik al even telefonisch contact, en dat verliep uitermate behulpzaam. Ligging qua openbaar vervoer is ook uitstekend. En, heel belangrijk, een schone kamer!
