Hotel Santika Luwuk - Sulawesi Tengah

Een goed hotel, maar dat mag met deze prijs natuurlijk ook. De kamer was goed. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Een goed ontbijt wordt geserveerd in een zaal/balkon met uitzicht.

De locatie is het grote nadeel van dit hotel. Als je in de buurt iets wilt eten dan moet je flink klimmen, maar daar krijg je wel. uitzicht voor terug. Het hotel is aardig aan de prijs.

Tout était parfait, emplacement gentillesse du personnel petit déjeuner copieux et bon. Taxi proposé par l hôtel à un prix raisonnable. Je recommande ce logement.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The room was perfectly clean and the staff amazing. The pool and view were lovely

The fitness center is just a small room with a treadmill, bike, and some dumbbells. I also wish there was a bigger selection of a western style breakfast

Aunque la habitación estaba limpia y el baño también por la noche empezaron a salir algunas cucarachas un poco desagradables en el baño, deberían cuidar ese detalle

La posizione vicino al mare. Camera accogliente e pulita. Buona colazione. A 10 min dall’aeroporto, comodo come base a luwuk.

A cena abbiamo ordinato una zuppa di pesce consigliata dal cameriere che purtroppo era immangiabile perchè il pesce era vecchio e puzzava

Good location with a pretty decent breakfast and easy explore the local area. Room was a decent size and we had a nice view over the bay. Staff were kind and friendly.

The room smelled quite strongly of smoke from a past guest as did the hotel corridors. I know rules are different in Indonesia than the U.K. but maybe they should have some floors that area non-smoking to stop this from happening.

Abbiamo passato solo una notte prima di prendere il traghetto per Banggai, struttura comoda e pulita, staff super gentile e disponibile

Il personale della colazione parlava malissimo in inglese ed è stato un po’ difficile capirsi

Très bel hôtel à Luwuk, avec des chambres spacieuses et confortables. Le personnel est vraiment adorable.

Pas suffisamment de transats à côté de la piscine. Les couloirs sont un peu vieillissants. Des travaux de peintures ont dû avoir lieu peu de temps avant notre arrivée car les chambres sentaient très fort la peinture.

Ottima posizione vicino alla spiaggia. Personale efficiente e gentile. Ottima e abbondante colazione.

Al nostro arrivo in camera abbiamo trovato entrambi gli asciugamani con evidenti macchie e il lavandino non pulito a dovere. La cosa è stata risolta subito dopo averla evidenziata al personale. Si sente anche un odore di fumo probabilmente dovuto ad un passato da camera fumatori. La struttura ha la velleità di presentarsi come hotel di prestigio ma presenta evidenti segni del passare degli anni.

Les chambre sont confortables,propres,avec clim et eau chaude. Le petit déjeuner est énorme avec beaucoup de choix.

Das Personal war sehr träge alles dauerte gefühlt ewig. Man hatte den Eindruck es fehlt eine führende Person. 3 Angestellte beim Frühstück aber es wurde nicht abgeräumte und nicht nachgelegt ? Jeder dachte wohl das macht der andere 🥺

The only good thing about this hotel was the receptionist. The location and breakfast were ok.

We first got a room with a lot of insects and cockroaches. It was also not clean at all and everywhere stains on the towels and bedsheets. We then asked to get a new room and ended up with a room with horrible smell of smoke, it was that bad that we could not stay in this room either. The third room was way better but also here the drain was clogged, the floor was dirty and the towels and bedsheets had stains on it. All in all a very bad experience.

Heerlijk hotel, vriendelijk personeel, erg behulpzaam, zalige bedden en douches, leuk zwembad, super lekker ontbijt met heel veel keuze: echt een aanrader voor luwuk!

Helemaal niks

L'hôtel est bien placé, propre et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est gargantuesque et le restaurant bon. La piscine est bien entretenue et agréable. Le personnel est très serviable.

Nous sommes finalement restés 3 jours. Les 2 premières nuits se sont bien passées. Par contre, la 3e nuit, le restaurant a été privatisé sans que l'on en soit informé dans la journée donc on s'est fait renvoyé gentillement dans notre chambre ou à la terrasse de l'accueil pour le repas, ce qui n'aurait pas été dérangeant s'il avait prévu de ne pas laisser les voitures s'y garer. Puis, ils se sont mis à faire des travaux avec bruit de marteaux qui tape à 23h. Dommage, finir sur cela nous a laisser une impression moyenne de l'établissement.

Breakfast was plentiful and with lots of options. Most of them were Asian cuisine, is not catered to European travelers. The staff were nice and polite although very slow in handling tasks.

Our bed sheets and towels were stained (although you could tell they were clean). There very numerous fruit flies around the whole property (the first hotel in Sulawesi were I have to keep batting flies away while eating). The drain in our shower was broken (the bathroom flooded) and they said they’ll send someone to check on it. I’m still waiting. Couldn’t ask for much given the cost per night, but we truly expected something better.

Le lenzuola erano pulite ma presentavano ancora vecchie macchie che non erano andate via.

Posizione comoda per visitare Luwuk e personale accogliente e disponibile a trovare driver e guide per visitare le cascate o per il tragitto Luwuk-Ampana. La colazione era anche buona.

La stanza mancava di asciugamani (poi richiesti e dati) e non era completamente pulita, inoltre c’era un po’ di odore di fumo (sicuramente saranno state -o sono?- delle vecchie camere fumatori).

Superbe emplacement, un hôtel haut de gamme et finalement pas si cher que ça. Le personnel est très accueillant et prévenant.

Als wir unsere sachen zum waschen gegeben haben ist ein Kleidungsstück zerrissen zurück gekommen ohne das etwas gesagt wurde.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich

Die Zimmer waren nett leider hat unseres einen komischen Geruch gehabt 😕 vermutlich wurde zuvor mal darin geraucht.

Hôtel très propre, le personnel est très accueillant et aimable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, douche chaude, climatisation ok, lit ultra confortable! Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très bon aussi. Je recommande

Das Frühstücksbuffet war außergewöhnlich

Die zugesagte Abholung am Flughafen hat nicht stattgefunden, ohne Absage. 30 Minuten warten ohne Mitteilung ist natürlich ärgerlich. Ein Taxi hätte ich auch direkt nehmen können.

Perfect place to stay begore heading to Banggai. Clean rooms and bathrooms great breakfast and amazing view of the ocean especially during sunrise. Highly recommended

The AC in the room 202 was a bit loud but I am sure it can be fixed immediately.

Das Zimmer war einfach, aber ausreichend für eine Nacht. Es gab ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksangebot.

Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer wurde nach dem letzten Gast nicht gereinigt und hat stark nach Durian gerochen. In unserem Zimmer haben wir leider durchgehend die Lüftungsanlage gehört, dadurch war es sehr laut in der Nacht.

Great place to treat yourself after weeks on the road through the Banggai Islands. Nice staff, great breaky buffet and pool

Comfortable, large and clean rooms. Very well equipped. Very extensive breakfast. Nice views of the surrounding mountains and the bay. Staff was friendly and courteous. Only 15min drive from the airport if you have arrive or depart by plane. Transfer from the hotel was also very reasonably priced at 55k IDR.

Very minor things, carpets in public areas could use an update. The gym is just a treadmill and an exercise bike. we had to ask for swimming pool towels at the reception in the morning even though the pool area had already been open for an hour or so. The pool area also still had some rubbish left by other guests around it form the evening before. So nothing that would ruin your stay but the common areas could use a little more atttention in our opinion. Very expensive beers.

Personal ist zwar freundlich, aber das ist überall in Indonesien so

Wir mussten sehr lange auf unsere Zimmer warten. Es sollten angeblich alle Nichtraucherzimmer sein. Leider in einem Zimmer eine Zigarette in der Toilette. Nichtraucherzimmer und Reinigung vom vorherigen Gast war wohl doch nicht erfolgt. So etwas geht gar nicht! Als Entschuldigung haben wir ein anderes Zimmer und ein Teller mit Obst bekommen.

War ok Frühstück wirklich sehr umfangreich und gut

2x angeschrieben und um airport Transfer gebeten - keinerlei Reaktion oder Rückmeldung oder Entschuldigung. Passt nicht zum ansonsten guten Eindruck. Und das bei Ankunft dutzende Frauen einen unerträglichen Lärm in der lobby veranstaltet haben hat mich tierisch genervt. Dazu kann das hotel selbstverständlich nichts aber hätten mal einschreiten können!

Très bon hôtel où rester sur Luwuk malgré son âge vieillissant et ça se ressent. Nous avions en effet payé pour un surclassement en chambre avec vue mer. La chambre obtenue était limite en termes de finition, la baie vitré était tellement sale qu’on y voyait trouble (dommage pour la vue qu’on a payé). En revanche, le personnel est très accueillant, et l’endroit est très propre. Le rooftop restaurant était une belle découverte avec une superbe vue de nuit. Le repas du soir par contre était vraiment pas terrible mais nous ne pouvons pas être exigeants au vu du pays. Le petit-déjeuner était en revanche bien meilleur. Je recommanderais aux réceptionnistes de tous parler anglais, car c’est une base dans ce métier.
