Sovereign Group Hotel at Pratunam

Didn't have breakfast.

Was not told of stairs to 6th floor. Rooms were very small . The road works made crossing roads difficult.

Locatie goed. Hartje centrum en veel op loopafstand.

Foto’s kwamen niet helemaal overeen met de werkelijkheid. Ziet er fris uit maar in het echt valt dit tegen. Kamer heel klein. Verder hebben we een dag hevige regenval meegemaakt en de straat waar het hotel in zit liep helemaal onder. Natte/vieze voeten dus. Na twee nachten een ander hotel geboekt.

The bed end pillow is very soft. Not comfortable sleep. Tv is broken, no image to see the movie .

I like that it’s a walking distance to Central World and Platinum mall is right next to it. It’s a 10-15 minutes walk to BTS. You can technically walk to Siam Paragon and Siam Area but I got loss doing so and that’s why I took the BTS from Chitlom to Siam.

There should be a microwave in every room that’s what it’s lacking. So can’t really warm up leftovers and when you get food from 7-11 which is less than a 5 minutes walk, make sure they microwave the food for you.

נתן תמורה למחיר. לא מפנק בכלל, והחדרים מאוד מאוד קטנים, אבל היה נקי ומספיק למה שהיינו צריכים (לינה ללילה במיקום נוח)

חדרים מאוד מאוד קטנים. יש רעש בנייה לפעמים מאוחר בערב ובשעות הבוקר. אין מעלית לכל הקומות האחרונות

The location is so good especially if your up for shopping. Everything is walking distance. the Platinum Mall, December, CentralwOrld and the Big C. They also have infront the laundry shop so you wont have to bring home dirty clothes. The housekeeping was amazing. always keeps our room clean and tidy.

The room is a bit small compare to the pictures, was expecting a bit spacious room. The shower takes time to drain.

Very close to Malls,Restaurants and Stores,also only a short distance from the airport rail link,the Hotel itself is clean,comfortable for the price and the Stuff very friendly.I would recommend this Hotel.

Great location at the end of the street so nice and quiet. Option of a single room. Clean, modern and comfortable. Located right near The Platinum Mall and other shops, night market and Big C. Near to 2 stations - one towards to Siam, the other the Airport Rail Link. I was attending an event at Siam Paragon, so after a 10 min (straight walk) to Ratchathewi, i jumped on the train to travel 1 stop - easy!

Difficulty in finding the hotel from the station. It was around a 10min walk and should have been straight forward, but tricky to find Soi 22. Just know its on the same side of the street as Platinum Mall and the road next to Big C.

浴室太小、水壓太小、天花板管路流水聲太大、有蚊子，停水無通知，床墊是凹的。

The hotel is very clean - bedroom, bathroom, lobby, outside hang out area - very clean, very pleasant. Staff were very helpful as well, and speaks /understand English.

The pillows were flat abd very uncomfortable to sleep with. Air condition in the room is not great, too warm & only cools one area of the room.

The bed was a little too firm for me, and water isn't free (15 baht per bottle). Other than that, I had a good stay.

Near by to few well known malls. Walkable distance. Helpful staffs and acceptably clean.

The mattress was very hard. Left my body sore and aching.

Good location, value for money. Clean and fuss free. Just overall a very good stay for a simple traveller.

There was no full length mirror and the lighting in the room is too bright for sleeping as the light from the toilet is shining into the bedroom or you have to switch off but then the room is too dark. Consider placing a a little lamp or night light by the bed.

جميع الفنادق التي زرتها عن طريق حسابكم جيده في التعامل مع الزبون وإعطائه فرصه والقيام بسؤاله قبل التصرف واتخاذ اي إجراء حيث انني كنت اتسوق وعندما عدت للغرفة تفاجأت بأنها مغلقه ونزلت للاستقبال وتفاجأت بردهم انني لم اطلب التمديد ليوم اخر مع ان جميع اغراضي بداخل الغرفه ومع العلم بأن الفندق له طابق سادس من غير لفت تصعد عن طريق الدرج

Had a great stay at Sovereign Group Hotel Pratunam! The location is unbeatable if you want to be close to the main shopping spots like Platinum Mall and local food stalls. What made the stay even better was the staff—they were so welcoming and helpful throughout. The facilities were also clean and in great condition. Excellent value for money, will definitely come back!

אחלה מלון. מיקום מעולה במרחק הליכה מכל הקניונים. צוות מדהים ואדיב , ניקיון כל יום למופת. נהניתי מאוד.

The hotel is just 1 minute away from the main road, near to all malls in the area and local markets. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Rooms were tidy, small (but worth the price), and very comfortable.

Pro: clean room, bright room (i was stay in room with window), has sufficient lamp in the room, enough electric plugs in the room, there is microwave in the lobby, nice & attentive staff, Good area-specially if you want to go to platinum mall you can just walk there

Con: shower area in the bathroom not drain water fast enough so will be stagnant water there while you shower no breakfast in the hotel-so prepare your snacks and many restaurants nearby you can just by food before head back to hotel

The perfect location near the malls/shopping area which made it convenient to walk around and the place was well maintained.

We were given a room without a window, and it wasn't comfortable at all. The hotel might be good, but the room wasn't nice.

The staff was lovely and helpful, the location was convenient and despite being so close to the center, the room was quiet at night. There was a fridge stocked with water and despite the room being small, it had everything you'd need! As it was cheap and we only stayed one night, it was totally fine.

The room was really not clean, there were stains on towels and sheets and dust/hair/spots on the floor. Beds were also rock solid.

Poor noise cancellation. Hotel located away from busy road but. But while inside the rooms you can hear anyone walking on tiles flooring in the corridor, other guests closes their doors and during night hours there is sound of truck unloading stuffs and it has disrupted my sleep.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. However, the room service staff is very friendly and definitely deserves a promotion

Front office staff need to be better trained in hospitality, friendliness, and maintaining a welcoming smile. Guests should not feel pressured to vacate their rooms while they are preparing to check out, as this creates a very uncomfortable 'rushed out' feeling at the end of their stay. This was my second stay here; while the first was excellent, this experience made me feel unwelcome.

The location is superb, as it is exactly where I want it to be. The hotel is close to massage place, Big C, December's and Platinum. Perfect place for shopping holiday.

There is unfortunately no restaurant, which means no breakfast available. I also wish they have laundromat.
