Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam

We like the it was convenient to use the Skywalk to go to the other malls or to the BTS from Novotel. We are also familiar with the Platinum shopping mall, so it was a plus that its just an escalator away from Novotel The rooms are clean. We were provided with what we needed, maybe not right away, but they managed to give to it to us. We like the free drinking water in the room. The AC was running well. We did not have breakfast at the hotel. so we can't really give any feedback regarding this.

We liked it a lot that we plan to use or stay in the same hotel the next time we plan another trip to Bangkok.

service of housekeeping. When entering the room there is a bad smell, maybe my room was next to garbage or cleaning facilities. Incomplete toiletries, need to request. Restaurant, i am not sure if all are self service..noticed on glasses for the juice have so many finger marks, i got one glass with lipstick mark :(

Die Aufteilung des Familienzimmer war grosszügig, hell und perfekt mit den Kindern. Das Hochbett inklusive Stofftiere war für die Kinder einladend und ebenso hilfreich das Einschlafen zu vereinfachen. Die Matrazen und Bettwaren, waren alle sehr angenehm, sauber und sorgten für einen erholsamen Schlaf für alle. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und vielfältig mit internationaler und lokaler Küche, sodass jeder mehr als genug fand. Die tiefe Höhe der Tische war optimal für die Kinder zum selber wählen und bedienen. Die Qualität war sehr gut und Engpässe oder leere Teller waren nie zu sehen. Die Organisation funktionierte super. Das Hotel befindet sich in der Mitte zwischen der Flughafen Metro Strecke und dem städtischen Metro Netz und ist somit sehr gut in Gehdistanz.

Die nächstgelegene Skytrain/Metro Station für den städtischen Verkehr ist ein wenig weiter weg (ca 15-20min Gehdistanz) als die Flughafenlinie (ca 10 min), da es keinen direkten Weg sondern nur durch die Malls oder den R-Walk entlang. Der Zugang vom R-Walk zum Hotel ist am Abend gesperrt und man muss erst über den unteren Eingang wieder nach oben. Der Empfang an der Novotel Reception mit der Weiterleitung zum Empfang für Kunden von Brokern wie Booking.com ist leider verwirrend anstatt einen gemeinsamen Empfangsdesk zu haben. Der Empfang durch das Personal war leider mit negativ interpretierbarem Lachen vom Personal und Zusatzgesprächen in Thai während des Check In Vorgangs nicht sehr einladend und hinterliess einen schlechten Eindruck. Die mattierte Glastrennwand von der Dusche im Badezimmer zum Hauptzimmer liess Konturen erkennen ohne die Möglichkeit dies zu verdecken. Ebenso ist es nicht möglich während eine Person duscht, gleichzeitig aufs WC zu gehen, da weder eine mattierte Glasswand noch ein seperater WC zugang vorhanden ist. Die Abtrennung sollte mehr Privatsspähre schaffen.

the location is in a prime area adjacent to Central world mall. good for families and for shopping. despite the crowded area the rooms are quiet.

the staff could not handle more guests check in. they get confused and mismanage the reservation. It took 1 hour for check in and to get the room, even we checked in during the official check in time.

They offer free 300baht daily and free laundry & upgraded my room for free. Love it !

Abit hassel to travel around to 7-11 need to walk quite abit. And non halal food need to walk to zone 2 and go up level 6 to eat. T^T

We were familiar with the location, which is the initial reason we chose the hotel. We had no idea how fantastic the staff would be. They are a great team and work very well together.

Perfect location for everything

Bedside table could have been drawers instead so we can put additional items. With the phone there and the clock there’s not much space for our phones/tablets/book etc to put into.

הזמנו חדר לשלושה מבוגרים וקיבלנו מיטה גדולה ומיטה מתקפלת שהייתה לא נוחה בעליל. ביקשנו להחליף חדר לחדר עם שלוש מיטות או מיטה שתתאים לגודל של מבוגר ולא תשבור את הגב, הם היו כל כך נחמדים שישר הסכימו הגענו יום למחרת לחדר החדר, קיבלנו את אותו החדר, גדול אוליי בעוד מרצפת נוספת ואותה מיטה מתקפלת, ניגשנו לקבלה להבהיר אוליי לא הסברנו את עצמנו טוב. הבחור בדלפק ענה שזה החדרים שיש להם ואין להם אופציה לשלושה מבוגרים ואין אפשרות לעוד מיטה. אמרנו טוב מה נעשה כבר נשאר לילה אחד, ביקשנו להאריך את זמן הצ׳אק אאוט כי הייתה לנו טיסה מאוחרת ביקשו 100 שקל נוספים לכל שעה לחדר. העדפנו שלא לשלם סכום כזה על כמה שעות והבחור בדלפק אמר לי שאין לי מה לדאוג יש מקלחת לשימוש לפני הטיסה שלנו, אני התלהבתי אמרתי הכל יהיה בסדר. בסוף אני עולה לפני היציאה לשדה לאזור הבריכה איפה שהוא אמר אני רואה מקלחת של בריכה, אפילו לא תחומה א עם איזה קיר. בושה למלון הזה, בושה לצוות שחושב שהוא בסדר והמנטליות של חוסר הבנה שלקוח עובר חוויה לא נעימה, לדאוג לו לפיצוי.

Everything in the hotel was very, very excellent. It is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

the staff - specifically the front desk. not accommodating. We arrived the hotel at 1:30 pm but was able to get our room at 4pm - room is not ready because the guest checkout late. When we requested for checkout extension they did not allow us.

הצוות שירותי ומקצועי. המיקום מעל קניון, למי שאוהב זה סואן. קשה להיכנס ולצאת משם עם רכב בגלל הפקקים, אבל במרחק הליכה יש הכל. ארוחת הבוקר ווואוווו, כל כך מגוונת וטעימה. הגענו בלי ילדים, אבל היה נראה שיש שם התייחסות מקסימה לאטרקציות לילדים.

לא נקי. נכנסנו לחדר עם רצפה לא נקייה, נזלת על הקיר בשירותים, שערה על המיטה, מגבות בריח של סיגריות. לא מקבלים מברשת שיניים וציוד למקלחת אלא אם מבקשים, אין טלויזיה חכמה עם נטפליקס, החדר היה מאוד חנוק כי אין אפשרות לפתוח חלון (כנראה ככה בעוד הרבה מקומות בבנגקוק). ארוחת הבוקר היתה טעימה, אבל כל השולחנות מלוכלכים עם פירורים מיום קודם. המחיר יקר אפילו ביחס למלונות 5 כוכבים אחרים שהיינו בהם, אז משלמים בעיקר על המיקום. המסעדה יקרה, 400 באט לפאד תאי, 170 באט לקפוצ'ינו ו 250 באט לקוקוס. כריות ממש לא נוחות.

Due to the regional conflict in the Middle East, our flight was delayed, and I requested to stay for only a few additional hours with my family until our new departure time. PHowever, the staff insisted that I pay the full rate for an additional night's stay, despite only needing the room for a short period. I had hoped for more understanding and flexibility given the exceptional circumstances.

Traveling from the ground floor to the hotel and then to our room required multiple elevator changes, which was not as comfortable or efficient as expected.

Location is very good.......hotel staff gave us a King Bed but we requested for twin bed ! We told the hotel staff and it took a while for the hotel staff to upgrade our room to one with parquet floor ! In the first place, we never wanted a room with parquet floor... you know what ? The bath towels were yellowish and torn.... the bath room is very slippery as they dun supply anti slipperly floor mat ! You have to be very very careful with taking a bath ! what kind of a room when they have a glass bath room but how to on/off the lights when when want to sleep ? You just have to use your brains ! But again, we are appreciative for a free laundry ( max 3 pieces ) everyday !

The slippery bath room is a nightmare, the torn and yellowish towels make us feel terrible ! The breakfast is also no good !

All my requests were fulfilled. What a birthday treat from Novotel! Thank you.

Just a suggestion: it would be even nicer if a shower room could be made available for guests who require a late check-out that cannot be accommodated due to occupancy or business demands. This would provide added comfort and convenience before their departure.

Accor and Novotel hospitality at its best. The location is superb, especially for shoppers, with direct access to Platinum Mall, easy walking distance to CentralWorld, December's, Big C, and the Siam shopping district. The breakfast spread is extensive, and the dining options are excellent. The entire Novotel team is welcoming, attentive, and always serves guests with a smile. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and offer great views. The bathrooms are well-maintained and perfectly equipped. Overall, a fantastic stay with outstanding service, comfort, and convenience.

I called and messaged in advance for a little note and something special to be placed in the room for my wife. They messaged me saying they would accommodate but nothing appeared so I was extremely disappointed.

⭐☆☆☆☆ — Square Restaurant, Novotel Platinum Pratunam We have eaten here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner — and every single time the experience has been the same: rude staff, zero service, and complete indifference towards guests. Breakfast, which should be the most straightforward meal of the day at a hotel, was no different. Staff were reluctant to help, unapproachable, and had no knowledge of what they were even serving. You are left to fend for yourself while staff stand around showing no interest in doing their job. At dinner it only got worse. Getting someone to take an order felt like an inconvenience to them. Basic questions about the menu were met with blank stares. The attitude was borderline rude — not what anyone expects from a Novotel property

Well, i like the size of the room and the room rate is pretty affordable. The hotel is clean.

I think its my 4th time to stay in novotel platinum but i think they changed the food in the breakfast buffet. There’s less food at breakfast now and the quality is not that good

حجزنا غرفة سريرين وسويت وكان تاخير كبير جدا الغرفه اخذوا عنها مبلغ زياده والسويت سلمونا اياه خمس ونصف العصر وكان وصولي للفندق 11صباحا وكان في برود غريب كل مانسالهم عن الغرفه يقولون بعد ساعه او ساعه ونصف مع العلم ان هذي المره الخامس اسكن نفس الفندق وللابد هذي حركاتهم بالنسبه للغرف
