Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Facilities semua lengkap, breakfast dengan lunch pun ada. Tinggal order je. Ada tempat refill air. Nak beli mineral & canned drinks pun ada dekat reception. Sebelah hotel ada kedai makan. Lif ada tangga pun ada. Staf membantu even lambat sikit check in.
Ada bunyi bunyi atas siling masa tidur, mungkin bunyi haiwan macam merangkak gitu, risau la jugak kan. Tak sure kucing ke musang ke. Tak takut pun cuma tersedar masa tidur. Harap management cek nanti.

Customer service was fine and could be improved. Room was a bit gloomy with the wall light was out of use. There was a water disruption at around 10pm until 11pm, dampening the mood after a days worth of travelling and walking around. There was a function the night of at the second floor, and it was very noisy. You could hear the speakers and tables being moved afterwards. Was only quiet near midnight. Thin wall, can hear noises from the corridor.

Air cond problem - can't adjust the temparature but still cold. The water leaking sound in the toilet disturbed us during the night.

The walls of the room are thin, so you can hear the people next to the room talking each other,door toilet can't be closed and locked properly

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026This hotel provide their own cafe. There a varieties of breakfast and lunch with good and fast services. Food taste great and rather good offer price.. There's food stalls with many choices to feed your appetite at night next the hotel. Starts from 6 pm to 11.00 pm almost every nite.

safety access need improve. got gate lock, but not functioning. lift got flash card feature but not activated. door lock abit shallow. first room have coakroaches and door latch is damaged (which i request to change room), but staff allow me to change to second room. second room is much better with no coakroach, nicer new look room, and comfortable. hairdryer, need to pay to get it work.
