Location, space, bathrooms are renovated

Old, besides bathrooms, smelly, hard to unlock the key box as hard to see any numbers to set code at key box, especially in evening, too me a while to set up correct code. I was promised minibar for the stay which was not there at all.

Central location and quality apartment/upscale. Even though there was some wear and tear in the apartment.

Difficult to enter/check in and very difficult with one door card I took with me. They asked me to mail it back or pay a 100chf replacement fee! For a card that costs max 5chf. That left a really bad impression.

I wish the exercise/office room had just been a second bedroom - even a Murphy bed would work. We couldn’t figure out sofa bed so I wish there were instructions

Bei der Buchung war nicht klar ersichtlich, dass zwischen lake view und city view unterschieden wird. "city view" ist definitiv nicht ganz so toll.

This is a great apartment with great views in a picturesque location. It has a kitchen, washer, dryer, iron board etc. So everything you need to be comfortable. The location is great, positioned halfway between Zurich and Lucerne; making it easy to visit both. The customer service team were very responsive and; apartment was cleaned daily.

We reserved and got confirmation for an onsite parking spot; which was one of the main reasons we selected this apartment. However, 2 days before our arrival when we asked about how to access the parking we were told it was no longer available. In my opinion it was quite unprofessional, as had I known this ahead of time, I would have looked at other apartments with parking. We ended up parking in a garage around the corner where we were charged CHF 2.30 per hour (CHF40 for 17.5 hours)…and we were parked for 2 nights. So our parking bill was $260 Australian. Having just come from visiting Germany, Austria and Hungary…this was quite a significant difference in parking costs.

Very lovely stay, great location and helpful staff when I needed to call them.

Very modern and large apartment on the 22 floor. Great shower, full kitchen and mince living room. Electric shades and all modern facilities. Underground parking and easy access to the highway and to old town Zug.

We had a problem gaining access as someone forgot to leave the key card for us. We got in touch with the management office and the eventually got us in via remote control of elevators and doors but it was quite complicated and took some time. Later someone came by to give us the missing card. FYI there is no built in air conditioning, which is not clear on booking. When asked however, they promptly provided a portable AC unit that was great for the bedroom at night. Be sure to ask for it in case it is hot.

Apartment was AWESOME. Clean, HUGE, well equipped. James was helpful for check in and check out. Right by the train station. Perfect location. AND what a view!! I would stay here again in a heart heat.

Clean, quiet, close to the railway station and an amazing view over the city

Cleaning happened only once! Although I specifically requested new toiletries products, we didn’t have any refurbishment. Towels and bedsheets were not changed and cleaning was very superficial. We stayed 6 nights and only one time cleaning was offered. For that price you’d expect the same service as in a hotel

Very interesting place. Seriously clean and the views were astounding. Service was responsive. Not an ordinary but as long as you can get your own food, this is great. Steve Wozniak is co -founder of hotel ‘chain’.

Aussicht auf die Stadt ist sehr schön. Saubere Betten und Räume.

An sich hätte es sehr schön sein können. Auf den ersten Blick erscheint die Wohnung sauber, modern. Leider war allerdings das Gastebad ungesäubert. Der WC war voll Urinflecken auf der Brille, drumherum und überall. Ich habe die Fotos an den Kundenservice vom Vermieter weitergeleitet. Mir wurde versprochen dass es gleich am nächsten Tag behoben würde. Letztendlich musste der Putzservice während unserem Aufenthalt mehrfach kommen. Was er genau getan hat ist mir unerklärlich. Aber das Bad wurde erst innerhalb der letzten 24 Stunden von unserem 4 tägigen Aufenthalt gereinigt. Da fragt man sich wie so etwas passieren kann? Wir hatten mehrfach täglich Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice und die Fotos wurden auch täglich weitergeleitet. Das lies mich letzendlich daran zweifeln wie gut der Rest wirklich gesäubert ist oder ob es nur sauber ausschaut. Daher können wir die Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Positiv zu nennen bleibt die ansonsten geschmackvolle Einrichtung und die Lage. Die Kommunikation verlief stets freundlich. Nur war das Resultat halt bis zum letzten Tag nicht zufriedenstellend.

It's a very clean and modern flat, looks just like the pictures! Perfect location if you are in Zug for business. Easy automatic, check in process so you can arrive at any point = incredibly efficient and good responsiveness from the company throughout booking process. But just like any other apartment hotel, it's just an apartment. No facilities, restaurant or complimentary snacks/condiments in flat, which makes it fairly pricey for what you get. I'd stay here again for business but would look elsewhere for personal use. p.s. good wifi!

Immaculate apartment right near the main train station in Zug. Spacious with great facilities. Instructions for key collection were easy to understand and the support staff seemed to be very attentive. Highly recommended.

I've stayed at Park Tower and it was one of the best apartments I've ever stayed at. Very modern, extremely clean, gorgeous view and very comfy beds.
