The staff is loud in the morning hence disturbing our sleep. There is too much unnecesary furniture in the living room and bedrooms. Its overcrowded. The shower door in the mainbedroom was difficult to open.it would come off,we report it,its fixed then comeoff the rail again. Then we had no WiFi for two days,when we left it was still down.The worst thing ever.

Everything about Mavuta is fantastic. The chef who made our meals was fantastic and the butler who brought them to our apartment was so very kind and helpful. Thank you all

The place is too noisy, it seems that it’s a party hub for the locals, parties were held until the early hours of the morning, so it made it difficult to sleep.

Waiter staff must be properly as that is a five star porting trollys must be available so that it's convenient to load bags

They could do downtime, warm the room for us like other 5 star facilities. It’s quite uncomfortable to get to a cold room when you are from groove at midnight

The weaather was a bit on its lowest, they assisted with switching on the aircon, however, it wasn't working well. The blankets provided were thin. I would suggest that they check the aircons, and ensure to give guest two blankets the most in cold inter weather.

Guests staying in the room next to us made a noise until 2am in the morning making it very difficult to get any rest. The sofa in the lounge is very uncomfortable.

The room standards are good and well designed with beautiful art pieces.

Guest screening. There was some unruly loud visitors who woke us up at 01:00am drunk and swearing. I feel the owner should have chased them out for disturbing other guests.

The property itself is beautiful and clean

1. I stayed in room 1 and the kitchen staff were extremely loud, to a point where we could hear their full conversation. That was very uncomfortable. 2. The property doesn’t have enough parking space and unfortunately there is no supervision from staff to ensure that the limited parking space is optimally utilized and fairly shared amongst visitors. 3. When we first arrived on Thursday night, we were told by the receptionist that the 2nd room was locked because we only booked 1 room and that it would be opened over the weekend because that’s how the hotel operates; all rooms are opened over weekends irrespective of the number of rooms booked. But to our surprise, we got a call on Saturday afternoon to vacate the 2nd room after we had unpacked all our bags and made ourselves comfortable in both rooms. That was very annoying and unprofessional, and left a very bitter taste in our mouths as we couldn’t understand why there was a sudden change of “ policy” and the reception couldn’t give us a proper explanation, except to say that opening the 2nd room was mistake , which is highly unacceptable!

The bathrooms are very 3 start … the showers are extremely small. For a place like that you would expect a pool at least
