Hotel Emerawaa

Quiet spot, small, lovely grounds with a swimming pool surrounded by a high wall. Perfect mattress in a very clean and quiet room, nice shower and Alexa to control things hands-fee, if that's your thing. A very few local handicrafts of high quality on sale, a great laundry service and just really very very helpful staff. Private parking

spacious comfortable room nice pool and garden

unsafe to walk in the neighborhood

Everything

The room was very large, clean and modern.

all fine, we could even rent a yoga mattress of the receptionist.

the location was a bit out of the center

This is a little gem in the middle of town. We were pleasantly surprised by the installation. Pool, small restaurant, immaculate room, extremely professional staff always eager to help. They really made our stay pleasurable. For my next trip to Rioacha, Hotel Emerawaa will be our hotel.

the staff was really good, they were always nice and friendly

the mattresses weren’t comfortable at all we all woke up with back pain and the pool wasn’t clean enough

the staff was great, always giving the best service

the mattresses were uncomfortable we all woke up with back pain, the pool wasn’t not clean enough and gave recommendation about it

The room and the shower. Also the swimming pool area was nice

The food

Lovely hotel. It has a pleasant garden and a nice swimming pool. Our room, 105, was large and well equipped. The best place we have stayed in Colombia. The aircon is efficient. WiFi was satisfactory. The breakfast and lunches were good. The staff were friendly and helpful., especially as my husband was ill and needed a bit of extra looking after. We would definitely come back here again.

My girlfriend and I as well as two other friends stayed here on the way into and out of the Guijara desert region. The staff was friendly and helpful and Nelra is especially helpful with her good English. The pool was fun and the rooms are nice and quiet which is rare in Colombia it would seem.

Hotel is ubicated in a very nice area, next to the beach and with nice pool, all seems to be a paradise but the lack of maintenance is obvious everywhere. Very old rooms, e light bulbs where dead, noisy A/C and we found roach Internet wi-fi doen't work
