Clean and not far away from airport

The AC makes noises.

A comfortable hotel near the airport. We didn't stay overnight, just needed a room ahead of a night flight. Staff were great, lots of places to eat in the area and convenience stores.

Le personnel est vraiment adorable et souriant L’hôtel est parfaitement situé proche de l’aéroport ce que nous voulions avec un vol très tôt.

Nous sommes arrivés à 11h , les chambres étaient prêtes. On voulait nous faire patienter en disant que ce ne serait prêt qu’à 14h puis on nous a dit que si on payait 35% de plus on pourrait bénéficier de la chambre. Je trouve la technique sournoise et je trouve que c’est un manque de sens du service. Je comprends que les fonctionnement puissent être différents selon les pays mais l’annoncer de base serait plus agréable. De même ils ont essayé de nous vendre le service de navette 100 000 dong. Si vous êtes 7 ça peut valoir la peine mais un trajet en grab coûte moins de la moitié, pensez y!

Posizione ottima per il raggiungimento dell’aeroporto. È fattibile in 20 minuti raggiungerlo anche a piedi anche se le strade non sono molto funzionali (a volte manca il marciapiede e bisogna superare una “dogana” per le macchine). Struttura pulita e con tutto l’occorrente. Ragazzi in reception molto cordiali e gentili. Disponibilità di lasciare il bagaglio anche prima del check in. Market e ristoranti vicini.

Avevamo prenotato per tre persone e gli accessori in camera erano tutti per due, quindi abbiamo richiesto ciò che mancava ma sono stati molto disponibili e hanno sistemato il tutto.

La proximité de l'aéroport, t le confort du lit et la serviabilité des personnes de l'accueil.

Beaucoup trop d'ondes WIFI dans la chambre : au moins 20 réseaux WIFI, nous avons mal dormi et le corps a du mal à se régénérer.

The shuttle was very convenient, staff were friendly. The location is close to the airport. The hotel let us to keep luggages there while we were not staying there.

I stayed for one night between flights and was pleasantly surprised by how good this affordable place was. The room was clean and quiet, and both check-in and check-out were quick. The airport transfer was available for about USD 3.50 each way. I only waited around 10 minutes to be picked up from the airport, and the trip to the hotel was less than 10 minutes. On the way back, the hotel picked me up within just a few minutes. Overall, it was a smooth and convenient stay. I would recommend it for anyone needing an overnight stop between flights.

We stayed for one night and was very happy with the clean, comfy room and bathroom after a long traveling day. I like that we could pay with a credit card. Cold beers downstairs to buy.

We tried walking from international terminal (T1) but it was impossible, the side-walk ended on a busy road and we had to turn around. Then we tried booking a Grab, but because it's such a short distance, they cancelled 12 times before we got lucky! It cost about 56k dong for the 5 minute drive but what can you do. We decided to just use the hotel transfer to the domestic terminal (T3) early the next morning, which was 100k dong, but very convenient. So yes, walking to and from the airport is nearly impossible, even for adventurers. This was disappointing.

虫がたくさんいて怖くて眠れなかった 部屋や立地の構造上仕方がないのかもしれないが、清潔とは思えない。部屋を変えてもらったが変わらず 、ベットには腰掛けることもせずチェックアウトして空港で時間をつぶしました。（一睡もできなかった）

We wanted a room early in the morning to nap for a few hours before heading to our main destination. They were very prompt to respond and even set up an airport pick-up for us - a huge relief knowing how difficult and scammy airport taxis can be here. Once we got there we realised they had even cheaper half-day packages that we could have benefitted from if we had not booked in advance. Anyway, the room itself was good. Clean and basic with essential amenities. The lack of window actually helped darken the room and give us top quality sleep for a few hours. AC worked really well and the toilet was in good condition also.

If there was a way to know about the day rates and hourly packages on Booking,com, that would be really helpful. The lack of windows could make the room a little gloomy during the day if you were staying there for longer.

Extremely close to the airport for convenience , staff was extremely friendly and small little food store right at the entrance of the hotel . Airport pickup was very quick and prompt.... thank you for everything

2nd stay here, clean modern and comfortable and 10 mins drive to the airport. Also some restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

The location was very close to the airport and was easy enough to organise for an airport pick up.

It was difficult to communicate with the staffs as they didn't speak english. No coffee provided in the hotel rooms.

Great location from airport, and fast taxi pick up from reception of the hotel. Communication is effecient and convenient through watsapp, we were assisted after midnight. On arrival we could relax and buy their beer from the fridge.

Great little hotel in close proximity to the airport. The room was a good size and everything was clean. The hotel managment was very helpful and friendly and let us check in several hours in advance. There was a also a cheap and convenient airport pick up / drop off service. All in all I highly recommend this hotel.

The only reason we book this hotel is because it's close to the airport. The beds are comfortable. The room was clean.

The handheld sprayer mounted next to the toilet was leaking. We reported this immediately, but instead of fixing that or relocating us, the staff simply put that to the sink so the floor wouldn't get wet. The check-in staffs were friendly, helpful and professional, but not the bellhop. He's cold and got caught couple times staring at our daughter (in the hallway and elevator). The room is smaller than what we expected. We could only open 1 luggage at a time.

naja, typisches 2(3) Stern Hotel. Alles zweckmässige & Ordnung. Grab Taxi vom Flughafen etwas schwierig zu buchen, da zu Nahe! Ich laufe in der Regel jeweils. Sehr nettes Personal!!

It is near to the airport

The location is convenient as it is a 5 minuite drive from the airport, and it was very clean, the staff were also polite and very helpful.

The aircon was not working and it felt like it was decoration, and it made sleeping quite uncomfortable due to the humidity, the shower also had next to no water pressure.

Good location. Staff was not that friendly. When the other hotels agreed to hold our luggage for a couple of days, only this hotel said they cant keep even one small bag

We Stayed at the Vivian Airport Hotel as we had a 12 hour layover. The hotel is only 1.2kms from the domestic terminal and is easy to get to via Grab or walking (about 15 minutes, although you need to navigate the traffic and obstacles on the footpath (where it exists)). Once at the room the receptionist assisted get the suitcases up the stairs in to reception and the check-in process was predominantly easy. The room and sheets were nice and clean, although the beds were a little solid. Unfortunately my son came down ill whilst we stayed so there was not a lot of sleep to be had. All in all, a convenient and clean hotel to layover and get a reasonable rest.

The swipe card for the room door was a little problematic, not unlocking the door until about the third attempt. The bathroom had no soap to wash our hands which meant we had to use hand sanitiser from our luggage as we just wanted to get some sleep. The room was nice and clean but the shower looked a little dirty, with some mould visible around the base and wall tiles.

Was literally a 5 min drive from the airport! So handy when you fly in just for the night to leave again. Staff were super helpful at check in and we even used their transfer service to the airport early in the morning.

Room and bed had a bit of a chemical smell… nothing too serious and there were some marks on the towel but honestly for 6 hours sleep it was very spacious!
