A pleasant surprise for a large hotel, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. This may have become our new favourite in Saigon. Great if you need to be near the airport.

They charged me twice,here I booked and paid by card,then at the property they said they need 25$ for early check in but in the end they charged full amount for the night my mom at the reception

I had a wonderful experience at the Lobby Lounge of Holiday Inn & Suites Saigon Airport, and I would especially like to recognize Steven Nguyen, Nguyen Binh Phu for their exceptional service. Steven and Phu were warm, attentive, and genuinely professional. They paid close attention to the little details, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made the lounge feel welcoming and relaxed.

The hotel room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the breakfast offered a great variety of options. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym. As I was only staying for one night between flights, I didn’t have much time to enjoy the facilities, but overall, I had a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is not located right next to the airport, so you’ll need to take some form of transportation. The airport shuttle service provided by the hotel is somewhat limited, so if you don’t want to wait too long or need to leave very early, you may want to consider taking a taxi instead.

L3 dining serves excellent breakfast. Local Vietnamese delights and standard international English breakfast. Very warm and welcoming hotel staff. Much appreciate the attentive hospitality by Joycie, Tesni, An, Hiell and Duyen.

Terrific hotel. Not far from the airport. We selected a king suite which was very spacious and comfortable. Fabulous views from the 14th floor. The hotel has an enormous out door pool a joy to swim in. Food was fabulous. The staff were all extremely friendly and attentive. Could not recommend this hotel more highly.

A wonderful stay with the best service from Hiko, Quyen, An and Dat during the sumptuous buffet breakfast. Highly recommend.

Location is convenient for Business travel , hotel service and breakfast and room are quite good, feel relaxed. The most point touched me is the hotel service member did a lot of help for me for book texi and guide me how to find a local amazing food and recommend many good culture local things to me. I would like to commend all the hospitable staff of Holiday Inn & Suites. Professional and highly amiable staff—especially, Dat, Tesbi, Hiko, An, Thuc in the hotel restaurant. They are very friendly and anticipates all your needs. I highly recommend and definitely will come back.

Danny and Kyle were Great! We had a lot of luggage leaving and they helped us find a vehicle that would fit all of out luggage and helped load it. Over the stay at the Holiday Inn Saigon Airport was Great! Would definitely stay again!!!

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the overall experience was excellent. What really stood out was the outstanding customer service. A special thank you to Kyle and Danny, who were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of.

Convenient location near the airport. There are way more amenities available than I realized. Good coffee and Bahn Mi.

I booked this property specifically for the airport shuttle. The instructions I received was to wait between columns 18-20, however I waited almost two hours and never saw a bus. Apparently there was a man walking around with a sign instead. The hotel staff were very apologetic and kind, they ensured I had a shuttle bus available for my departure and took care of me the rest of my stay.

Great airport hotel for our family. So affordable and the staff were amazing. We stayed for one night between arriving from Hanoi and flying out on an international flight. Free airport transfer. Great buffet restaurant on site. Which was also affordable and great staff. Great city views from our room and massive pool! Awesome spot for a lay over

Some street noise but not offensive,we were on level 10. For the price and comfort of room not that big of a deal. This is a great airport hotel. Not if you want to be in the city.

Great location for the airport. The facilities were nice the staff were very friendly and the food at breakfast was very good. The gym and the pool looked excellent although we didn’t get to use them. The garden around the pool was beautiful.

This hotel is an excellent choice for travelers with domestic flights, as Terminal 3 is only a few minutes away. The only drawback is that it is located slightly farther from District 1, and dining options within the hotel are generally more expensive than local restaurants. As a Platinum member, I was recognized immediately upon arrival and received a warm welcome from the front office team. My room was upgraded, and I was also granted complimentary access to the Aviation Lounge, which was a thoughtful gesture. The suite was modern, spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the television offered a good selection of channels for entertainment. I also appreciated the convenience of having a universal power outlet on each side of the bed. Another nice touch was the choice of four different pillow types, allowing guests to customize their sleeping experience. Although there was an unfortunate incident during breakfast, both the chef and the manager handled the situation professionally and resolved it promptly. Special mention goes to An from the restaurant team, who was always smiling, attentive, and genuinely focused on ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Throughout my stay, I found the hotel to be modern, spotless, and exceptionally well-maintained. Phong and his front office team were friendly, professional, and consistently provided outstanding service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone flying from the area and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for your warm hospitality—I look forward to returning in the future.

Location is very strategic as it is near airport, spas and all you can thinks off. It can be easily be reached via grab. Staffs are very accommodating, kudos to Duyen, Thu, Joyce and Chris. Check in is fast and responsive. Rooms are very spacious good for people who has problem with small spaces and the hotel is very relaxing even its near busy road you will not be able to hear the traffic sound.

The chefs were cheerful and polite. Huy, Hoàng, and Linh welcomed me and my husband warmly; they helped grill the food and offered great recommendations. The managers, Cần, Hiếu, and Mai, took great care of me and my family with enthusiasm and thoughtfulness. This was an unforgettable birthday experience. What makes this hotel exceptional isn't just the impressive infrastructure—though the Olympic-size pool and modern amenities certainly don't disappoint—it's the seamless blend of comfort and genuine Vietnamese hospitality. During my three-night stay, I found myself spending every evening at the Lobby Lounge, which has become my favorite unwinding spot in Saigon. The poolside setting creates a serene atmosphere that feels worlds away from the bustling city, yet you're still just minutes from the airport. The real stars here, however, are Phu Nguyen and Steven Nguyen, whose service transformed ordinary evenings into memorable experiences. Their attention to detail, warm recommendations on local drinks, and ability to anticipate guests' needs before being asked exemplifies what true hospitality looks like. Phu remembered my preference for Vietnamese coffee after just one visit, while Steven's knowledge of the cocktail menu helped me discover some delightful local twists on classic drinks. The rooms deserve special mention too—impeccably clean with thoughtful touches like excellent lighting for working late and blackout curtains that actually work. The shuttle timing is spot-on for early morning flights, and unlike other airport hotels, the sound insulation means you'll actually get quality sleep despite the proximity to the runways. The staff everywhere are very warm and friendly. The cleaning standards are exceptional. Stayed here many times for half the price as District 1. Awesome pool as well…it’s got more of a resort feel, than a hotel.
