Our room was quite spacious which really helped considering all the bags we had. Location is good, there are nearby markets & restaurants which are open in the evening if you need anything. It was very good overall.

Die Lage war gut. In wenigen Gehminuten an 2 verschiedenen Metro Stationen. Es hat alles unkompliziert geklappt mit Unterkunft beziehen etc.

Leider war es die schlechteste Unterkunft unserer Japanreise und mit Baby wenig empfehlenswert, da das Apartement sehr hellhörig ist und man trotz geschlossener Fenster sehr viel Geräuschkulisse von draußen im Zimmer hört. Es hörte sich immer an als wäre ein Fenster offen - war es aber nicht. Zudem ist das Apartement in die Jahre gekommen und eher mäßig gereinigt. Unser robbendes Baby war dafür leider der beste Beweis. Wenn man vorm Eingang steht, sieht man auch links davon, wie die "saubere" Wäsche gelagert wird - nämlich einfach im offenen Abstellbereich neben dem Eingang.

清掃が行き届いていました。掃除道具、洗濯洗剤などの備品もあり、心地よく過ごせて大変ありがたかったです。

ドライヤーの調子が悪かったです。

有廚房和基本餐具實在太方便了，賞櫻五天都下榻於此，70＋長者很開心不用一直換旅館。附近有超市可以買食材，早晚餐都不成問題。往返機場坐巴士也很方便，但記得要提早去排隊。

硬要說的話，電梯非常小～

附近是小學校，週遭非常清幽，距離車站和唐吉訶德都非常近，車站那棟應有盡有，購物不會人擠人，沿途的大馬路很好拉行李箱。 老闆非常親切，也很快速解決我們的問題，真的非常讚！下次來大阪玩還會想要來這裡住 (⁠◍⁠•⁠ᴗ⁠•⁠◍⁠)⁠❤

Very hard beds

Comfortable location, we stayed on the top floor. Great views from the windows of the Tennoji area. Close to a few convenience stores. Not too far from the nearest station about a 5-10 minute walk.

Can be a bit noisy at night from outside noise, lift is small if you have a lot of luggage, wasn't an issue for us since we had small bags.

Great location, easy to access public transport to all major suburbs. The unit is quite and comfortable, and have all the facility i need. I really enjoy the accommodation with my family.

WIFI is the opportunity to improve.

De ligging van het appartement was goed. Het ligt in een rustige wijk dichtbij verschillende treinstations en op ca.15minuten lopen van het gebied Namba en Dotonbori.

De matrassen waren wat hard.

整體環境乾淨，有電梯，住起來很舒適。 離地鐵站跟近鐵車站都很近，近鐵車站有百貨、商場、唐吉軻德，還有機場巴士站，非常方便，下次去還會想住。

暖氣要開久一點才會稍微感覺到暖，床睡起來舒服但床單、被子感覺用很久，有點發黃跟污漬。

Walking distance to the Kintetsu station. Well thought out amenities.

Las camas, que tenia ascensor y la localización era bastante buena, no estaba en el centro pero buena conexión con konbinis, super mercado, restaurante y metro cerca

Había un olor extraño como a sudor en toda la habitación y por más que busqué de donde venía no pude descubrirlo, era bastante incómodo para mi.

前往關西機場很方便，不用轉車拖著行李， 在近鐵旁邊要 搭手扶梯上樓 有明顯的指標有利木津巴士可以搭乘

床有點太軟，其他都很好

エアコンの効き以外は全て快適でした。ありがとうございました。

唯一不満を感じたのはエアコンです。 全然暖房が効かず寒かったです。 温度と風量をマックスにしてやっと暖まったかなと感じました。 風量をマックスにしてたので乾燥がものすごかったです。 電気代がかなりかかると思うのでエアコンは交換した方がいいと思います。 寒くなってきましたし、次のお客様のためにも。宜しくお願いします🙇

地點方便早上搭機場巴士 離地鐵站也不會太遠 房間看起來沒有很新但還算舒適

剛到的時候房間看起來沒有整理，反應給房東後有派人過來處理 但是第一印象有點被影響到，行程也有稍微被影響

Cómodo y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar la estancia

L'emplacement au top, dans un quartier appréciable avec plein de bons restaurants. L'appartement est très bien, parfaitement équipé (lave linge, fer a repasser, cuisine équipée) pour un prix incroyable. Le rapport qualité prix est vraiment parfait. Les lits sont confortables et l'appartement est grand.

Le bruit. Vraiment beaucoup de bruit. Que ce soit l'isolation phonique, bien qu'au Japon se soit assez régulier. Mais surtout les gens au dessus de nous qui faisait du bruit jusqu'à 1h du matin. Nous étions au 6ème étage, et le 7ème étage faisait un bruit déraisonnable jusqu'à tard. Mais vraiment beaucoup de bruit. Et ça, c'est beaucoup plus dérangeant en sachant qu'il est bien demandé de respecter les autres. Donc si vous tombez sur des gens qui s'en fichent, les nuits peuvent vite être compliqué. Sans ça, l'appartement serait parfait.

It was a perfect stay. It's a great place, clean and quiet, close to the metro. Getting in and out was very easy. We used the umbrellas placed on each floor and didn't get wet in the rain, which was a very thoughtful touch. The bed was comfortable, and the washing machine worked very well. I would stay here again.

Le wifi ne marche pas bien. L’isolation est quasi inexistante (on entend tous les bruits de la rue). Il fait froid (obligation de mettre le chauffage fort). Manque un étendoir plus grand pour étendre les vêtements.

Good Location, nice apartment.

The shower was horrible. It was almost impossible to set the water temperature. It was either burning hot or ice cold. It also went into error often and needed to be reset.

Appartamento spazioso per gli standard giapponesi e fornito di tutti i servizi necessari. Abbiamo apprezzato la comodità dei letti, la possibilità di far cambiare l'aria dalle finestre (a differenza degli alberghi, dove invece le finestre sono tutte sigillate) e la posizione in una zona tranquilla e comoda per girare la città.

La situation est pratique et la literie est confortable.

Le réglage de la température de la douche est difficile, trop chaud ou trop froid, risque de brûlure important. Chambre mal insonorisée.

Location was excellent, very close to a train station, aswell as some small bars and eateries. The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The washing machine was very handy to have.

Only 2 very small things the pillows for sleeping on were terrible (I required 4 of the to get some sort of comfort) and the aircon while nice and cold was quite noisy at night.

La ubicación, la amplitud del alojamiento, la comodidad de las camas y la atención del personal (contestan muy rápido y están muy atentos) Después de estar todo el día disfrutando de Osaka y alrededores, personalmente suelo preferir alojarme en un lugar más tranquilo. A pesar de ello está muy cerca de todo y la oferta gastronómica de la zona es increíble.

Por ponerle un pero el wi-fi no es muy bueno, pero esto no es un aspecto muy importante para mí...

Me gusto todo, la ubicación, el precio y la limpieza. Muy cómodo y acogedor, 10/10

The apartment was big, super clean and it had all the amenities a traveler needs during a stay in Osaka. The area of the apartment was near Metro station in a quiet, but still walkable to Namba and Dotonbori, area.

Easy self check in. Good amount of space to relax. Not too noisy. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Was a perfect choice! Close to everything, but not in the middle of the city hassle. Great spacious apartment with all amenities. Will be good for a long term stay as well.

・駅が2ヶ所使用可能で便利 ・電子レンジがあるので、食材を買って部屋で食べられる ・ドンキが近い ・バストイレが別

・チェックイン用のメールに書かれていた暗証番号が違っていたため、部屋に入るのに30分かかった。 ・しかも予約管理がきちんとされていなかったらしく、部屋の掃除もされておらず、前の人が使ったままだった。急遽掃除に入る事になり、夕食時にすぐ横でお風呂掃除、ベッドメイキングをしていたため、落ち着いて食事が出来なかった。これでしっかり清掃料を取られているのは納得がいかない。 ・お風呂（特にシャワー）の温度調整が難しく、火傷する程熱いか冷水が交互に出るため、丁度良い温度でシャワーを浴びる事が出来ない。 ・Wi-Fiが激弱

市営の駐車場に近く、駅にも近い。

あまり思い当たらない。 カメムシが１匹いた点くらい。

房間很大2張雙人床且與其他空間有隔間，晚上睡覺很有安全感😍另附有冰箱、微波爐還有簡易式廚房，最重要的是還有洗衣機（附洗衣球）！

感覺住宿整潔度可以再仔細一些

地點離難波商圈走路約20分鐘，吃完飯散步回去飯店很剛好 附近也有7-11，算是方便
