駅から近いが、６～７分といったところか。すぐそばではないけど、静かなのでいいと思います。あとは値段が安いので、お値段考えたらいいかと思います。

とりあえず設備は古いのは仕方がないですね。エレベーターも、フロアに入る鍵も壊れている感じ。夜歩くとき、静かにしたいんだけど、ギシギシと足音がしてしまうのが困りました。

The place was very clean and it smelled very nice! The sleeping area had very good AC. It's not a far walk from Nippori Station. There were also a couple of convenient stores nearby which was helpful. The place was situated in a quiet area, and they even have a cute pet in the lobby area.

One of the things that thing we weren't a fan of is the small space where the luggages were stored. It felt inconvenient to take things in and out of our luggages every time. Another thing was the creaky stairs to top beds and the top beds. We tried our best to stay quiet but I felt bad when I had to move and it made a sound.

Nous sommes une famille Française de 5 personnes. Nous sommes déjà venus passer plusieurs nuit dans cet hôtel en 2024. Et nous sommes revenus passer deux nuits en juillet 2026. Nous avons à chaque fois pris la chambre familiale pour 6 personnes. PARFAIT ! L'hôtel est parfaitement situé, juste à côté de la gare de NIPORI. Et le Onsen juste à côté est absolument fabuleux. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour les familles. Merci !

全体的にキレイな宿泊施設。 ベッドがフワフワのマットレスで寝心地が良かった。 フロントに担当者が常駐？！しているので安心だった。 共同使用の電子レンジや冷蔵庫、皿や紙コップもあり自由に使えて便利。

フェイスタオル・バスタオル・歯磨きや歯磨き粉は持参しないとレンタルや購入しなければならない。 (フロントですぐにレンタル・購入できます。)

離車站很近，附近也有超市跟餐廳之類的。隔壁是錢湯。大廳很乾淨而且有微波爐跟飲水機可以使用，浴室也乾淨

床墊太薄了，而且電梯是壞的行李需要搬上去。拖鞋感覺很久沒換了。浴室很悶

Nice budget place to stay overnight to catch a train from Nippori early in the morning. Some free drinks in the lobby area, comfortable mattress, good a/c. In-room shower was spotless clean.

Excellent location on Yamamoto line near station. Easy access from both airports. My second stay and going back again. For affordable and accommodation hostel this is my favourite hostel in Tokyo. Clean with bathroom self contained in girls dorm.

Lift was broken . Futon a tard too thin but I did sleep well. Pillow could be more comfy.

The property was great! Nothing to complain about.

It’s the young & impolite staff that I encountered on this July trip. This was my 2nd stay after one in March this year. That trip left me impressed as the staff were cheerful & greeted you throughout my stay. This trip I noticed a change in disposition overall but nothing too unpleasant until the day I checked out. I had overslept past 10am checkout time till a friendly cleaner staff awakened me at 1010am. After a quick wash up, I promptly went down to the counter to check out & gladly paid the extra 500yen for the time exceeded. However this particular counter girl staff in her 20s was rude & unpleasant to deal with from the first interaction. She asked for the room card in a frustrated manner & told me my room number is not 202. When she had misheard me saying it’s 203. Zero smiles, 100% unfriendly expression as if she didn’t think much of a guest. I then spent my remaining time in the lobby packing my suitcases. As the lobby closes at 1230 daily for cleaning , I was mindful not to use the tables as I went about my remaining packing. At one point she then came over n told me to hurry up as the lobby was closed. I assured her it will be over soon. Throughout our exchange, I maintained a cool disposition & acceded as much as I can to her instructions. I would have happily gone out of the lobby to pack if she requested honestly. But it’s the curt & frustrated tone in which she conveyed the message. To me, the lobby was still open for guests’ passage, just not the chairs & tables for usage. The final straw was when I was lugging my 25kg suitcases out. I was in the midst of lugging the 2nd one when she came out from the desk & asked to keep the door closed. I explained I’m in the middle of moving the luggage. She closed the door anyways & I had to reopen 2 sec later. The only time I displayed my displeasure was after I had moved out all my 3 suitcases.

旅館隔壁就是錢湯，床位也算寬廣。

駅や飲食店・コンビニも近くにあり立地が良い。共有スペースも広かったです。

寝床の設備が整っている ※鏡がある、ミニテーブルがある 　ちょっと広めの棚もある 駅近でコスパも良い スタッフが常駐しているので安心 しかも皆さん優しい

ベッドがギシギシうるさい 女性部屋でしたけど、なんか臭い

駅近、隣が公衆浴場、駅からの道中コンビニ多数。

夜に着いても ドアがOPENで 受け付けにも人がいて とても安心感がありました。 朝もロビーにテレビがあり 買って来た食べ物でくつろげました。

女性のカプセルの トイレ前の段差が 転倒又はアキレス腱を切りしそうなくらい危ないと思います。 何か上の床と下の床を明るく色を変える 又は下に照明灯で照らす等工夫して欲しいです。 カプセルのカーテンレールが潰れていて いちいち引っかかるので 音が出て他の方の迷惑になりそうでした。 外のテーブルの使用時間があるとせっかく外に出て使いたいのに使えませんでした。

Rating: 8/10⭐ Hotel Owl Tokyo Nippori Review Stayed on June 5, 2026 Pros: 1. Location: About 7-10 minutes walk from Nippori Station — super convenient for JR Yamanote + Keisei Skyliner to Narita. 2. Everything nearby: 7-11 convenience store, restaurants and bars right outside Nippori Station. Late-night snacks + dinner sorted. 3. Peaceful & Clean: Hotel was quiet, rooms and common areas well-kept. 4. Staff: Friendly and helpful. Left our luggage at 10am after checkout and picked it up after 5pm. Everything was safe, no issues at all.

Cons: 1. Noise: Could hear hair dryer + some room noise from 10pm till around midnight. Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. 2. Shared toilet: 1st floor rooms use a restroom outside the room, not en-suite. 3. Amenities: Towels aren’t free — you buy them at the counter, cash only. Plan ahead.

チェックイン開始の時間より早く着いたのですが1階ロビースペースで待つのはダメということで(男性対応)、外のベンチで待ちました。受付の女性が声をかけてくれてすこし早めに入れて助かりました、とても暑い日だったので。 ロビースペースで水やコーヒーのサーバーがあるのが嬉しい。日によるが、宿泊費がとても安い日に泊まれるとお得。

今回は特になし。(過去にトラブルがあったので、今回は特に気をつけていました)

The staff was very kind and available. The hostel was easy to access and well organised. Very good value for money.

There was no elevator unfortunately and no locker for the luggage. In addition, I got an allergic reaction from the pillow when waking up with pimples all over my face :(

荷物が重くて、階段が辛い です。 エレベーター🛗の修理をして、稼働して欲しいです。

如果要說的話，除了推薦隔壁的湯屋，不太推薦這間。 這兩天都被湯屋給拯救心靈。 出發前有翻評論有人說電梯壞掉，那時候留言是很久之前，我想說電梯不可能壞掉這麼久吧？都2026年了應該修好了吧？的心情就訂下去了，這真的是帶有一絲僥倖的心理。 結果很悲慘就是，我到了現場電梯還是壞掉的，女生房間在三樓…. 然後就扛著行李爬三樓，我還是小行李跟行李袋，我無法想像如果是大行李箱搬上去有多痛苦…. 然後我一直在想房間應該有鑰匙或者要輸入密碼進去吧？結果沒有欸，直接推門進去，整個心很大。 我覺得樓梯有沒有要修理啊嗚嗚嗚，看了好久之前的評論都說沒修好，2026年了也還沒修好。 對於提著行李的人來說非常的不方便。 價格便宜嗎？事後想想我寧可多貼點錢去有電梯的青年旅館。 原本在看上下舖的樓梯是還不錯的那種樓梯我就下定了，以為跟之前在越南住的meader 青旅樓梯一樣很好走，但其實上下都會發出要倒掉的聲音嘎吱嘎吱的，然後進去之後你還要轉方向，也會發出聲音，超級害怕吵到別人。 整體而言，在電梯修好前我都不太建議，感覺老闆也沒有想修理的意願了。

日暮里駅に近く、隣には銭湯。今回はすぐ近くにスペイン料理のバルまで見つけてしまって、美味しい夕食にも便利とわかりました。

J’ai aimé l’emplacement, l’ambiance familiale de l’accueil, la machine à boisson à disposition, le nécessaire à vaisselle. Et concernant les dortoirs j’ai beaucoup apprécié l’extinction systématique des lumières et le rideau opaque. Il y a également de l’espace dans la cabine. Étant seule fille dans un dortoir mixte j’avais mon propre toilette et douche, c’était appréciable. Je remercie l’équipe d’avoir gardé mon bagage pendant 2 jours.

Je n’ai pas aimé la fin du séjour qui annonçait aussi la fin de mon voyage :)

駅から近く、ドミトリーのベッドスペースも広くて快適に過ごせた。玄関を入ってすぐのラウンジには可愛いジリスも飼われている。フリードリンクの提供もあり、とても良かった。

夜中の１時過ぎに隣のベッドの人が帰ってきて、荷物をガサガサし始めるし、向かいのベッドの人が2時頃の電気をつけるし、など、不運にも同室の人の恵まれず、ゆっくり眠れなかった。

1.ห้องพักเล็กไปหน่อย เดินลำบาก 2.ไม่มีอุปกรณ์แปรงฟัน ล้างหน้า มีแต่เพียงสบู่และยาสระผม

Very easy access to Nippori station, decent amount of places to go to nearby (onsen right beside the property, grocery around 2 min walk, many restaurants near as well), staff were really kind, welcoming and helpful. Free drinks in the lobby was a plus Thankfully I was able to rest well even for just one night

It was quite cold that day (Feb 8) and airconditioning did not feel warm enough at times, but since it was a mixed space with other people, i’m not sure if I would have requested to adjust it
