La habitación era muy amplia y la ubicación muy buena. La cortina en la cama permitía tener intimidad aún estando 8 personas. Con luz, enchufe y ventilador individual. El baño estaba limpio había separación entre la zona de duchas y la de lavabos.

El personal era muy frío. La chica que nos atendió al llegar ni nos miró a los ojos ya que estaba con el móvil al mismo tiempo. Nos sentimos vigiladas por las cámaras en todo momento, ya que aparecían en cuanto hacías algo como dejar la puerta abierta. El aire acondicionado estaba a temperatura muy baja y no se podía modificar.

Un habitación muy completa, tenía todo lo necesario a mando. Cerca del aeropuerto, que es lo que buscamos.

Mucho ruido del personal o del resto de las habitaciones hasta bien entrada la noche, el entorno muy simple por ser un lugar para la gente de él barrio, por eso mismo fue más difícil la comunicación en inglés.

L'emplacement, certaines personnes du staff etaient adorables notamment la femme de ménage toujours souriante. Les dortoirs sont pas trop mal, les lits permettent d'avoir de l’intimité.

- Hôtel infesté de bed bugs !! Je me suis fait piqué toute la nuit et retrouvé des traces de sang partout sur la literie. Quand j'ai signalé cela, ils ont juste changé les draps ce qui ne résout absolument RIEN. J'ai du rapatrier toutes mes affaires dans des sacs plastiques pour éviter d'en ramener à la maison - Des moutons de cheveux partout dans les parties communes, moisissures, c'est plutôt limite en terme de propreté. - staff qui parle pas anglais et clairement y'en a 1 ou 2 qui donnaient l'impression d'être soûlée par notre presence.

The location was the main reason we picked here as we stayed for one night only,plus it was cheap.

The facilities such as the shower and toilet were extremely cramped and no room to move.

The place where the hostel is located is very convenient.

The shower gel and shampoo are sometimes not replenished.

Bed bugs unfortunately. The staff agreed for me to move beds but I cut my stay short.

In summary, this hostel offers excellent value for money. Located near the Dragon Bridge, it’s surrounded by conveniences: right opposite, a local market with fresh fruits and vegetables, and a small bánh mì stand with delicious sandwiches. Nearby, jewelry shops offer unbeatable currency exchange rates. The rooms are spacious and elegant, with separate showers and toilets. The complimentary breakfast, though basic, is well worth it, and the staff, always smiling and helpful, gave me special attention, especially Caroline, who was always ready with personalized advice and support. Of course, it’s not a five-star hotel, but for a few dollars, it’s unbeatable and perfect for a pleasant stay

Крыша кайфовая, сам по себе удобно и чисто.

Если не это, то там всё было бы круто. У них в кровати были клопы. Меня искусали. Это единственный минус. Не знаю, это было только на одной койке или везде на этаже в комнате.

Honestly not much.

It was hot, unfriendly and claustrophobic

they are trying... I guess. breakfast was ok. it's included. so It's welcome. but no one explained to me how it works to order despite announcing myself and asking. only when other people came, they felt like they had to care about me. distasteful.

bed was too small on both length and width. I am skinny but tall. 6'1. over 6', forget about coo l any comfort. despite my old age, they gave me an upper bed... and when younger people checked in after me, they got a lower bed. I find this really disrespectful and sad. I have white hair and my age is on my passport if they had a doubt. but maybe the new generation don't care about elders anymore. or only some elders. anyway, I didn't feel seen nor welcomed. and it was really hard to climb the bed every time.. and the last floor of the place.. I had to find a strategy to also go down from the bed. no safe way to go up or down.

Mình đã book khách sạn rất nhiều lần, với nhiều mức giá khác nhau.Ban đầu mình cũng nghi là khách sạn cho khách Tây nên chất lượng tệ, không ngờ thực sự quá tệ Nhưng đây là lần đầu tiên mình để lại nhận xét vì phòng siêu tệ. Thật sự phòng quá bẩn và tệ, phòng tắm có mùi khai nước tiểu khi mình nhận phòng, phòng tắm dọn dẹp qua loa, vết bẩn dính khá nhiều trên tường, phòng tắm cực kì bẩn và hôi, mình còn thấy phân chuột trong phòng, thật sự quá tệ cho kì nghỉ của mình. Phòng bên ngoài cũng không được dọn dẹp gọn gàng và sạch, ở sau thùng rác mình còn thấy có tâm bông váy tai của khách trước, nệm có dích phân chuột và giường bụi nhiều và mình bị ngứa khi nằm ngủ nên phải đổi sang mặt áo quần dài. Thật sự mình là người thoải mái nhưng khách sạn quá tệ và mình chả dám đụng hay đi ngủ. Cửa sổ không có rèm che nên buổi sáng không ngủ được Mình nhận phòng trễ và Đà Nẵng mưa chứ phòng quá tệ và không đáng với số tiền bỏ ra. QUÁ TỆ. TUYỆT ĐỐI KHÔNG KHUYẾN KHÍCH Ở ĐỂ ĐI DU LỊCH. I have booked hotels many times with different price ranges, and this is the first time I’ve ever left a review because the room was unbelievably terrible. At first, I thought maybe the hotel mainly served foreign tourists, so I didn’t expect much, but I never imagined it would be this bad. The room was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. When I checked in, the bathroom smelled strongly of urine. It looked like it had only been cleaned very superficially, with many stains still stuck on the walls. The bathroom was filthy and smelled awful. I even found mouse droppings in the room, which completely ruined my stay. The main room was not properly cleaned or organized either. Behind the trash bin, I found used cotton swabs from previous guests. The mattress had mouse droppings on it, and the bed was very dusty. I became itchy while trying to sleep, so I had to change into long-sleeved clothes and long pants. this hotel was honestly too terrible.

In 8 years of constant travel, this hotel is one of the worst!!... Really hard beds and pillows, staff not interested in guests: they spent all the time looking at their phones (even lying on the sofa when I arrived!). Only spoke to say 'breakfast?' not even a 'Hello' oh and also to translate on check out: 'please leave an excellent review' sad that they see guests as only walking ATMs... I was bitten one night on my shoulder multiple times, not mosquito bites so who knows!? I see other reviews though... Terrace is cluttered with stuff, not tidy and barely usable, bathroom was disgusting on arrival- gooey brown liquid everywhere! Clearly not cleaned. Shower has little pressure. On check out, I accidentally left my phone charger in room. The staff checked the room while I sat in reception (obviously to see the fridge contents to extract more money - which I had already HONESTLY paid) and didn't have the decency / honesty to return my charger - which they must have seen! These 'workers' need to go on a work experience to Thailand and see how they do hospitality. They put guests first and the money / income / good reviews / returning guest is then automatic. Here, it seems to money money money and no good service. Sad, really.

Good free breakfast, spacious room, good communal areas, good laundry service. Toilets are always cleaned and loo roll. Good location. Beds all had fans, lamps, working sockets and phone holders

Don't expect for your bedroom door to ever be locked as it is physical keys for everyone. But it still feels safe

I booked a trip and the time was changed and they didn't tell me in advance and because of this I haven't got breakfast and I travelled to another city for more than a hour

Dortoir agréable et calme. Personnel très très gentil et serviable.

Le ménage ne semblait pas vraiment être fait dans l'escalier durant mon séjour.

The hostel is very clean, staff welcoming and friendly, quiet dorms and spacious. Good value for the money. And there's free breakfast. Close to the dragon bridge.

À notre arrivée, ils nous fournissent une toute petite chambre sans fenêtre. Pas d’éclairage dans la chambre. Il nous ont déclassé et mis dans une chambre. Ils ont refusés d’effectuer une baisse du tarif et nous ont laissé sans solution. Ne surtout pas réserver cette hébergement.

La relation avec les personnes qui y travaillent.

Все хорошо, персонал вежливый, расположение шикарное. Бесплатный завтрак, вкусный тост и яишница с кофе. На первом этаже общая зона комфортная. Есть руфтоп, где тоже можно посидеть. У каждого свой вентилятор и светильники, ночью включают кондиционер. Есть большой шкаф с замком для багажа, мой бэкпак спокойно вместился. Под кроватью еще один шкафчик, тоже вместительный для хранения повседневных вещей. Рядом магазин, рынок, барбершоп, прачечная и все что пожелаете. Это даунтаун возле моста дракона.

За все время пребывание более ста укусов по всему телу. Это комары или что хуже, не знаю. Девушка из ресепшена купила мне за свой счет какие-то таблетки и мазь. Спасибо ей за это. Я и противонасекомым спреем брызгал своим. Но ничего не помогало. Ходил и чесался, было дискомфортно только это. Пришлось терпеть, так как ходил в зал неподалеку.

Расположение возле моста дракона и ночного рынка. Есть бан ми популярные довольно прямо напротив и местный небольшой рынок. Есть всякие магазинчики круглосуточные рядом, удобно.

Лифта нет, комары кусают в номере нещадно.

落ち着く宿。ドミにバルコニーがあったこと部屋が広くて明るかった！ドラゴンブリッジとナイトマーケットも近くて安くて、朝食までついてバックパッカーなら最高です。 トラブルがあってもスタッフがすぐ対応してくれた！長期の時はまた行きます♪
