I liked the bar/restaurant. Had my first English breakfast here, phenomenal. I like the fact you have a cannabis smoking back patio, and people typically respect the rules. Big lockers! Much bigger than I had at a hostel in Zurich. However it's a good 45+ minutes Uber or Bolt, anywhere. You can walk to the train station and get a GVB card very affordable, but it's still gonna take you 35-50 minutes to get down town from hotel door. Worst part of this location is the grocery stores or tobacco shops are all closed at 9/10pm so after that you're literally screwed and have to go some distance for a fanta or snack.

I was in shared dormotry, Indian women were drying their hair and feet 1am in the morning, I was woken up, I had to have words with them.

何人部屋かは予約時点でわからなかったのですが、行ってみたらなんと16人部屋でした。8・８で分かれていました。部屋は清潔で、エアコンとドライヤーもあったので快適に過ごせました。施設も清潔で、共有スペースやキッチンなど充実しています。最寄駅から徒歩１０程度で、大学の寮みたいなところを通るので夜間でも明るく、安心できました。 몇인방인지 갈 때까지 몰랐는데 16인방이였습니다. 8・8로 나뉘어져 있어서 불편한 점은 없었습니다. 방은 청결하고, 에어컨이랑 드라이기도 있어서 좋았습니다. 공유공간이랑 주방도 잘 되어 있습니다. 역에서 도보 10분거리에 위치해 있는데, 대학 기숙사같은 곳을 지나기 때문에 늦은 저녁에도 밝아서 안심하고 걸을 수 있었습니다.

共有スペースにホームレスかわからないのですが、おそらく宿泊者ではないおじさんが毎日いて、宿泊者が利用するスペースなのに不愉快でした。いつもいらっしゃるようですが、スタッフも何も言わずなので、今後のため対処して欲しいです。 공유공간에 노숙자인지 모르겠는데, 숙박객으로는 보이지 않은 아저씨가 매일 있어서, 거기서 보내기 불편했습니다. 매일 계신 것 같은데 직원도 내버려두는 것 같아, 어떻게 대책을 해줬으면 좋겠습니다.

Location was reasonable, but definitely an 8 stop Metro trip to get to the town centre.

The staff was always very friendly and helpful. I liked that they had a laundry room and iron to use.

That the toilet is in the same room as the shower. So one can’t go, if someone is showering. I think the kitchen area has many possibilities of improvement. The fridge is too small or not taken care of enough. Bike rental is pricy.

I honestly don’t know where to start, because there were so many things I loved about this hostel, but the team definitely deserves to come first. Everyone was incredibly loving, caring and helpful throughout my stay. I went through a few delicate moments while I was here, and the way the staff treated me made me feel genuinely safe, welcome and cared for. They were always kind and willing to help, and that made a huge difference to my experience. The food also deserves a special mention. The Dude Burger was absolutely delicious, and the four cheeses pizza is honestly one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had! I wasn’t expecting to eat this well at a hostel! I also loved all the common areas. Everything is so beautifully decorated, well-organized and thoughtfully put together, and there are so many cozy places to just sit, relax and enjoy yourself. The cinema became my little secret spot during my stay, and I ended up spending quite a bit of time there, it was such a lovely space. Overall, this was genuinely one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed at. I felt comfortable, safe and very well taken care of, and I’m leaving with a lot of good memories. A huge thank you to the entire team for making my stay so special. ❤️

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, vor allem für größere Gruppen. Hatten sogar ein eigenes Bad. Personal war sehr sehr freundlich. Lage ist auch super, die Bahn ins Zentrum ist ein paar Minuten entfernt. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar!

Nothing the rooms need more cubicasing IE piss ideally to maximise maximum residence numbers and offer a secure area for guests more like zedwell pods with rooms also having a internal basic kitchen prep area would be more suited for the larger forms

Crec que el camí de l'hotel al metro hauria d'estar més indicat. Com que els llençols de sota eren molt justos i les fundes del matalàs de plàstic, durant la nit s'escapaven. No sabia, abans d'arribar a lloc que les tovalloles no estaven incloses. La relació qualitat-preu en l'esmorzar va ser de suficient.

A bit disapointing, my locker was used by another person and i informed reception about that, i stored my belongings in the locker next to me. The staff decided to break my locker and take all my things out, instead of breaking the locker i had to use. Also the atmosphere is a bit weird.

La camera puzzava di piedi, era sporca, mi hanno dato lenzuola sporche di sangue per farmi il letto e ho dovuto chiedere più volte le lenzuola pulite. In bagno non c’è la luce sullo specchio. Non ci hanno dato neanche un tappetino per il bagno. La cucina dell’ostello che doveva essere aperta fino alle 22, chiude a piacimento (21.15). Le biciclette che abbiamo affittato sono costate abbastanza (20€ al giorno) e non erano in buone condizioni.

I’m sure the service is better in the private rooms, but as for the shared rooms, I found them very disappointing. My stay was dreadful, and I counted the days until I left. - Sharing a room with 15 people its just too much. Constant noise and lights turning on and off as people come and go, even in the middle of the night. - They don't even make the beds, and no bath towels are provided. - The bodygel ran out and wasn't restocked on due time. - The beds have no curtains, so there is absolutely no privacy!!! Some people tried to improvise ways to get a little more confortable, and used the sheets to make like a tent, so the room looked a mess 😕 For the same price range, i would definitely choose some other option.

原本看了一下地圖覺得離市中心還算近，除了捷運也有火車，實際來住發現沒辦法，捷運站到飯店還要走超遠，有一小段路甚至沒有鋪柏油或石頭，只有泥沙，沒辦法推行李箱。浴室沒有給腳踏墊、漱口杯，房間其實很大，如果可以再多給一張桌子會更好，一樓交誼區還不錯，不過住share house的朋友說完全沒辦法睡覺，太吵了。地下室有冰箱及微波爐，附近也有AH超市，還算方便。

Dirty floors, cheap mattress over noise springs, my back hurt after twenty minutes of going to bed. Dirty bathroom with no soap, no towels and public bathroom style napkins for Toilet paper. We had to buy our own towels for 8 euros each. Cold. Loud. Essentially, a student dorm with loud people, cero amenities. Incredibly far from everything. Nothing near, no restaurants or bars, nothing near. Scary to walk at night.

Bed Bugs and dirt , poor stuff , since i woke up with bugs biting me and asking the stuff for help and all they did was is saying “coexist” with bed bugs

It’s well managed, really liked the staff apart from someone rude at the bar, was surprise with all the facilities, cleaness and all the things i was not expecting.

I don’t like hidden costs, they were cheaper than other but you have to pay a lot for everything there, towels, parking ( advertise to suggested included) and everything else a bit expensive, drinks etc… so it turns out at the same price as competition that is in town center. I like honest and open when it comes to charging so that is not good. Not a reflection on dacilities that are good.

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko do stacji metra, stacji kolejowej, sklepu. Dobre wifi. Pokoje ogólnie schludne. Dobre miejsce dla grup, które są nastawione na zwiedzanie i tani pobyt, a nie przebywanie w pokoju.

Mało opcji śniadaniowych do wyboru, a cena dość wysoka. Pokoje słabo wyposażone, brak stolika i krzeseł, szafek/półek przy łóżkach i w łazience, mimo że jest na to miejsce. W częściach wspólnych często brudno. Nasze jedzenie zostało skradzione ze wspólnej lodówki mimo oznaczeń - może przydałyby się małe lodówki w pokojach. W kuchni często brakowało czystych sztućców. Mimo obecności stołu do ping-ponga w części wspólnej, nie dało się grać, ponieważ sprzęt był uszkodzony.

Le ménage dans la salle de bain n'a pas été fait. Le 1er jour que je suis arrivée, il y avait des tâches brunes dans le lavabo (saleté) etc... Ça n'a pas été nettoyé jusqu'à mon départ (4ème jour). Habituellement lors de mes voyages, je ramène des lingettes désinfectantes au cas où mais là je les 'avais oublié. Aussi, c'est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas d'autres douches à l'extérieur des chambres.

It would be nice to have some kind of curtains in mixed dorms. As a female, I felt a bit scared.

The room was clean and the en-suite was a good size. We booked the entire six-bed room privately for four people, so we had plenty of space.

Via describes itself as a hybrid hotel and hostel, but our experience in a private en-suite room was very much on the hostel side. We had to make our own beds, towels aren't included and have to be purchased for €8 each, and there wasn't even a bath mat. The towel policy is mentioned in the fine print, but it wasn't obvious to us when booking. The bar adds a 10% service charge despite guests ordering and collecting their own food and drinks, which we found difficult to understand. Our biggest issue, however, was the late-night reception staff. When I needed help at around 2am, I was dismissed before I'd even finished asking my question, with no attempt to help or suggest an alternative. More concerningly, we witnessed the same staff laughing at another guest who was struggling to communicate in English or Dutch. That was uncomfortable to watch and, regardless of whether this is a hotel or hostel, not the level of hospitality I would expect.

The staff were so welcoming and informative! We stayed in a private double room which was spacious and super affordable for 2 nights. The facilities were clean, the food from the bar was amazing and it’s only a short walk from the metro/train station.

Bellissimo hostel,sembrava una residenza per i giovani.. Colorato pieno di luce pulizia perfetta. La cucina attrezzata e lavano pure i utensili che usano i ospiti. La fermata della metro e vicina ed e comodo anche il vicino supermarket. Prezzi più che onesti in linea con le altri capitali europei. Consigliato.

It is really close to the metro. There are elevators and a kitchen. The rooms are pretty spacious. In general everything was okay.

I stayed for 5 nights. The other room occupants were quiet and kept themselves to themselves and the bathroom was kept clean. All nights I slept well, though I would note that this was helped by always using earplugs, which I'm used to. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food from the restaurant was good. Finally it was useful having laundry facilities as I was travelling for a longer period.

It's a bit of a walk from the closest station, but this isn't really a problem as the stations are so well connected to everywhere in Amsterdam. More of a problem is if you need to leave early or arrive late, there's really nowhere in the neighbourhood to eat if the hostel restaurant is closed.

location was quite far from the central area, and the area in general around the metro station was not as developed or comfortable to hang out around. the 4-person all female room was barren, no curtains on the bunk beds, and not confident that they properly deep clean between guests when beds turn over. I found a frozen food package above my bunk.

Soms zijn de mannen die opzoek zijn naar werk en huisvesting zeer dominant aanwezig

Prijs kwaliteit; veel voorzieningen, vakkundig vriendelijk personeel, schoonmaakdienst zorgt constant voor schone gemeenschappelijke ruimtes, oog voor de klant.

De prijzen van de horeca in het hotel, iets budget vriendelijker keuzes aan de bar en restaurant (hoewel conform locatie). Kunnen misschien zelfservice artikelen zoals blik of fles bier makkelijk en iets goedkoper aangeboden worden aan de bar. Maaltijden van de dag, voor een gezonde keuze die betaalbaar en voor alle hotelgasten interessant kan zijn.

An affordable, no frills accommodation close to big event venues and a metro station. Plenty of public parking space for about ten euros per day (7am-7pm, free at night). Easy process of checking in and out, friendly staff, everything was clean. It’s a quiet area with a lot of greenery and stretches of water.

Nell'insieme il rapporto qualità/prezzo è più che soddisfacente. Personale gentile e disponibile. Più ostello che albergo, ma ci sono anche camere per famiglie con bagno. Peccato la posizione un po' decentrata (a Diemen) che richiede ca. 20/30 minuti di tragitto in metro – la stazione è vicina, ma la linea chiude a mezzanotte…

Sarebbe pratico che venissero forniti gli asciugamani.

This establishment is only a ten minute walk away from the nearest metro, and a fifteen minute walk from a nearby food market, which I found to be reasonably priced. There is a guest kitchen below the main floor and the staff members were kind and professional.

Всё! С лгбт совсем перебор!!! Нет уважения к класике!( Везде грязно! Брущатка вся вздыблена, спотыкался много раз.. водоёмы везде грязные как болото... В хостеле на комнату толи 6 толи 10 человек... Душь маленький, и там ещё мыльница с житеим мылом.. не завернуться не провернуться... В общем туда больше не когда не поеду!!!

A table tennis table in a spot like this is a good idea. It would also be good to replace the paddles so guests don't have to play with worn-out or damaged ones.

They can't do anything if your stuff gets taken from the fridge; then what's the point of even putting a sticker? Is it so the staff knows when to throw it out? Also, there are countless scammers, especially one Polish dude who keeps changing rooms and asks people for money to "pay them" the next day; welp, I didn't complain in person but I will here so if you need more details I'll give his name.

Le point positif est la proximité des moyens des transports, magasin et restauration (à 5 minutes à pieds). Les lits sont également confortables.

L'isolation au 7ème étage est mauvaise au niveau des fenêtres. Le plus gros défaut reste la taxe de séjour qui passe de 46 euro pour deux à 136,10 euro.
