Le surclassement... La propreté, l'espace laverie, l'épicerie qui dépanne bien le soir, tous les services proposés. L'amabilité du personnel également.

Die Lage des Hotels war gut. Gute Busverbindung. Es gab genügend Parkplätze zu einem humanen Preis. Das Personal war freundlich.

Sauberkeit nur oberflächlich, Zimmer hatten einen komischen Geruch. Sehr hellhörige Zimmer. Im Bad gab es (bei mir) keine Möglichkeit ein Handtuch zum trocknen aufzuhängen, es war kein einziger Haken vorhanden. Matratzen hatten keine abwischbare Auflage, es lag nur ein dünnes Laken direkt auf der Matratze. Da die Zimmer auch an Arbeiter vermietet werden, war es oft auch nachts, oder sehr früh zeitig, ziemlich laut.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Anche per il parcheggio, sulla base degli standard del luogo (5€ l di’). In stanza una buona distribuzione degli spazi in pochi m2. Comodo microonde e bollitore per cucinare. Letto comodo. Internet eccellente. Personale gentile e discreto. Comode lavatrici e asciugatrici a disposizione in stanza comune. Insomma, una buona soluzione anche per soggiornare più giorni (incredibilmente nessun rumore molesto dal vicinissimo aeroporto)

Peccato perché in tutto questo spazio a disposizione, interno ed esterno alla struttura, non vi è una zona comune all’aperto. Per i fumatori vi è una parte adiacente all’ingresso dell’hotel con due posaceneri. Non una sedia, non un tavolo. Capisco che implica gestire una situazione in più che potenzialmente crea confusione, rumore e sporcizia. Ma così si crea comunque confusione, rumore e sporcizia, con la differenza che non è gestita. Non proprio vicina la fermata del bus/treno che porta in città ad Amsterdam, ma noi avevamo un maggior interesse a visitare i paesi in provincia, cosicché da questo punto di vista rimane un'ottima scelta ( con la propria auto e’ comodo il vicinissimo accesso alle principali strade-autostrade). Il sobborgo, molto carino, attraversato dai suggestivi canali e’ decisamente residenziale, ergo non vi è molto scelta di pub/ristoranti e non vi sono negozi.

Apartamentos amplios y limpios. Tranquilidad, a pesar de estar cerca del aeropuerto, la insonorización es muy buena, no se oía nada.

The facilities especially the bed mattress and below it's really bad for the back and the neck. I thought I'm booking two bedrooms apartment, and i end up with two connected rooms!

Nice apart hotel with safe affordable parking. The rooms are spacious, clean and air conditioned. We rented a one-bedroom flat which turned out to be two connected studios, which also very comfortable as we had a couple of bathrooms. There are laundry rooms with washing machines and tumble dryers - very convenient for a long-term stay. Easy access to everywhere via car or bicycle. There is a beautiful canal with restaurants round the corner.

Le logement était spacieux, propre, fonctionnelle et silencieux. Le personnel est tres agréable. La literie est parfaite

Possibilità di fittare appartamento con piccolo angolo cottura; dopo un'incomprensione con la struttura, hanno gentilmente aggiunto una piastra elettrica e utensili per cucinare ai già presenti frigorifero, stoviglie, fornetto elettrico. Shop aperto H24 con bevande, cibo dolce e salato pronto o facilmente cucinabile (per esempio noodle, con possibilità di prendere acqua calda al distributore del caffè), prodotti da bagno. Presenza di lavatrici e asciugatrici gratuite (si può acquistare capsula di detersivo allo shop, prezzo: 1 euro). Si può parcheggiare gratuitamente in strada all'esterno.

Everything!!! Location is only 10 minutes away from Schipol airport, room is very spacious, hotel is so clean I thought it was a brand new hotel, staff is outstanding and very knowledgeable, comfortable and slept like a baby ! I’ll stay here again for sure!

Too short of a stay!

房間非常大，有基本的餐具，有微波爐以及少量的洗碗精和海綿。廚具的話(包含鍋子、爐子)可以跟櫃台租借，一天3歐。 櫃台24小時都有人的樣子，即溶咖啡我可以無限拿，小超市那邊有蜂蜜、糖、鹽巴、胡椒、奶精都是可以免費拿取。

地點真得太過偏遠，以遊客來說的話每天要走約30分鐘才能到車站真的是太累了，而且周遭主要還是機場交通，所以票價比較貴，不適用於Daypass的範圍。但除了地點之外其他都非常好

Excelente elección! Tuvimos una estadia muy cómoda y tranquila. Nos dieron toallas de cortesía. El personal es muy amable y tene parking por 5 euros diarios.

Dependiendo cual es la finalidad de elegir esa ubicación, puede ser bastante incómodo ir al centro de Amsterdam en transporte público.

Super großzügiges Appartment mit 2 separaten Badräumen. Nettes Personal und die Möglichkeit im Hotel eine Kleinigkeit für den Hunger oder Durst zu kaufen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden, die öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sind auch in ca. 2 km gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Vom Flughafen haben wir nichts gehört.

An sich war alles sauber. Dem Bad würde allerdings mal eine Tiefenreinigung an den etwas schwerer zugänglichen Stellen gut tun.

La amplitud de la habitación dorada de sofá, mesa de comedor y cocina y aunque no tenía fuegos el microondas y hervidor fueron suficientes para la estancia. El personal muy amable de habla hispana nos aconsejo modo de transporte al centro. Al viajar en coche los hoteles de Amsterdam son limitantes. El tranvia al centro de Amsterdan a 10 minutos en coche en zona residencial con suficiente parking. El hotel rodeado de arboles en una zona residencial preciosa con canales. Repetiremos..

Nada en especial para quien lo necesite comentar que la cocina tiene nevera pero no fuego y la dotación de vajilla muy justa

Overall this was an excellent place to stay. Our apartment was a good size and very comfortable. We especially liked the large table with 4 chairs that had 2 electrical outlets next to it, perfect for charging devices while using them. The bed was comfortable and having an enclosed shower was wonderful (no water on the floor!). Space around the bathroom sink was limited but there was a shelf above the commode to set toiletries. Super convenient to have free use of the guest washer and dryer (on Floor 3, there were 2 of each but only one washer worked and one dryer didn’t dry clothes very well). Location was fabulous — easy to reach all parts of the surrounding area. We paid to park in the lot behind the hotel as it was not expensive but there were always available spaces in front of the hotel and on streets nearby. Both Neville and Bruno at reception were very helpful throughout our stay.

Housekeeping staff did not respect the Do Not Disturb sign. We did not want any cleaning during our stay and hung the Do Not Disturb sign on our door every day. One day we received a nice note from Housekeeping saying they did not enter our room because they were respecting the sign. We were shocked to find that the very next day they removed the sign and entered our room. This violation of trust was extremely upsetting. When a hotel guest asks for privacy, the guest’s wishes should be honored. Reception was very surprised and had no explanation for us. I am tempted to significantly lower my rating but because our stay was excellent in all other ways, I am generously gifting the hotel a rating unaffected by this unacceptable breach of professionalism.

Morda bi lahko malo bolje poskrbeli za čistočo. Med kuhinjsko posodo pogrešali kake lonce, večjo posodo za solato itd... Glede na to da ima vsak apartma kuhinjo, bi bilo smiselno, če že ni pečice, da bi bila v vsaki kuhinji indukcijska plošča. Samo predlog.

Lo que más me gustó fue su comodidad. Estaba limpio, espacioso y sin ruidos para dormir. Tiene una nevera de buen tamaño en la habitación y microondas. Resulta práctico.

Está aislado del centro y el transporte público está algo lejos. Para nosotros no fue un problema.

Lejligheden lå perfekt ift. til vores rejseplaner og lejligheden havde en passende størrelse. Privat parkering og venligt personale.

Unødig larm, når nogle kommer sent hjem om aftenen eller om natten. Rygning ved hoveddøren. Cykler parkeret eller væltet, så det var svært at køre ind på parkeringspladsen. Lejligheden kunne godt være bedre udstyret i køkkenet. Mangelfuld rengøring samt skulle vi selv bede om skift af håndklæder efter en uge.

Really enjoyed that the room was so comfortable as well as there was a separate section to do some little shopping downstairs. The staff was very kind and helpful.

I didn't enjoy two twin beds smash together to make a normal mattress, it often slipped apart but it worked out. Another thing is that the location is very far from bus stops tramways and trains

Freundliches Personal, im Vergleich zu anderen Orten in Amsterdam günstiges Parken und ein sehr großes Zimmer mit eigener Mini-Küchenzeile (ohne Herd). Theoretisch die Möglichkeit, etwas im Shop zu kaufen, das war jedoch natürlich vergleichsweise teuer.

Die Leihfahrräder sind leider wirklich nicht gut in Schuss und im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern (auch in der Umgebung) zu teuer. Die Lage ist natürlich nicht so toll, um in die Stadt zu kommen, aber das ist ja schon bei der Buchun einsehbar.

En el apartamento había un microondas, pero en realidad no se podía cocinar. Está un poco aislado si no vas en coche. La lavadora no funciona bien, y estaba algo sucia. La tele es muy pequeña y no está demasiado bien ubicada.

De gordijnen waren verduisterend, maar niet toereikend om het licht buiten te houden. receptioniste zou het meenemen mocht er verbeteringen worden uitgevoerd worden.

Recepcionistas muito solicitos, hotel limpo e organizado, quarto grande e aconchegante com um ótima vista. Por mais que seja mais distante do centro da cidade, a tranquilidade da região e dentro do próprio hotel me conquistaram. Me senti bastante segura.

O food market é bom mas poderia ter mais variações e produtos, achei bem simples mas quebra um galho quando se precisa de uma agua ou cafe de ultima hora. Um outro ponto é com relação ao serviço de quarto, acho que poderia ser mais de 1 dia, mesmo que aumentasse mais 1 ou 2 dias ao invés de toda estadia.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The large studio was clean, small kitchen (microwave, fridge, kettle), comfy twin beds, nice seating area, large flatscreen tv with BBC News, One, Two, CNN etc, good shower, quiet.

Shop had only afew basic items. Residential area with nearest supermarket shops bar etc 25 minute walk. Bus stop 15 minute walk Room overlooked houses. Taxi from airport €45. WiFi dropped out occasionally.

We arrived at the hotel around 8 PM, but the order didn't show in the hotel's system. We couldn't get our room immediately, but the gentleman(sorry I forgot to ask his name, he is awesome) did everything to help, we really appreciate his service, it is the best part of this stay. Thank you a lot!!!! Besides, I asked several questions before we arrived, and all the questions were answered timely, thank you very much. By the way, the hotel location is amazing!!! quiet and chill, love it.

The check-in took nearly 3 hours, after 14-hour flights & waiting in the lobby made us fatigued and disappointed. We entered the room that was cleaned by the reception gentleman whom we had agreed on the first night, and we were informed that there would be a formal house cleaning on the second day. However, it wasn't. We will stay for 6 days; hence, I asked for a clean on the 3rd day. However, I couldn't tell whether they came or not, cuz the waste cabin was still full.... I booked a two-bedroom but we got two single rooms, we were informed there be a refund but there is not....

The property looks fairly new and renovated, the neighborhood is calm.

Going downtown from the hotel is quite difficult as it is not well connected. We had issues with the AC being too cold and leaking over the bed in the middle of the night. At the end we had to remind them all the issues we encountered to get a one free extra hour before checkout, which wasn’t offered to us in the first place. Overall we felt very disappointed and disrespected by the lack of care or apologies from the hotel.

I had expected one apartment with two bedrooms, but instead we got two apartments next to each other with a door in between, which was great because each of us had a shower room, kitchenette, desk, sofa or seat and two single beds.

The location wasn't terribly nice, but it was fine because we had a car. I can't imagine staying there and having to use public transport.
