La gentillesse du personnel ...rien d autre sinon !

Villa completement defraichie et de mauvaise qualte. Tout est de qualite moindre et plus que mauvais..."a la chinoise qui sont les proprietaires" et qui n entretiennent rien pour respecter un minimum de qualite. Quelle deception et je n y reviendrai pas c est certain! Villa qui ne merite meme pas du tout le caractere "moyen" ...trous dans le patio du toit donc il pleut meme sous le patio...piscine bruyante qui ne filtre meme pas l eau...la porte ne fermait pas a notre arrivee ...bref aucun control de qualite : cela ne vaut en aucun cas le prix!...Quelle tristesse et mensonge de mettre cette soit disant villa avec tant d etoiles qualitatives sur Booking....je ne comprends pas ?

Nice area. The room was comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was fantastic!

People partying across the street until late. They were very loud! There was a lot of light coming in the room at night which made it difficult to sleep.

The villa was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very private. We especially enjoyed the private pool and the peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the property was well maintained. The breakfast was also very good and conveniently served directly to our room, which we really enjoyed.

The location is a little away from the city center, if your trip only for relaxation. However, it is not ideal if you want to walk to the main attractions. But, Bolt is easily available and makes getting around very convenient.

Große Zimmer und sehr nettes Personal . Wir haben ein Zimmer ohne Pool gebucht und durften den freien Pool täglich nutzen. Auch nach dem Check out durften wir den Pool über den Tag nutzen.

Very quiet location.

Didn't get the room we booked. Was no sea views as advertised. Bed and pillows where very uncomfortable. Not cleaned very well. Would not recommend

Nice comfortable unit . Clean pool maintained daily. Nice breakfast delivered to the unit.

The aircon in the living room noisy, may need looking at but otherwise very nice stay.

The resort is located in a very quiet area, ideal for families and for those who enjoy a relaxed atmosphere. The staff is wonderful and the complimentary breakfast really delicious.

Close to the beach and many restaurants

The pool in our villa wasn’t filtering water and not that great.

We loved our stay here. The most comfy bed, lovely staff and an amazing breakfast menu which is delivered to your door.

Location is perfect as we brought our dog and the beach access is close but no one uses this end of the beach! Soi dog free and fairly clean.

Beds are pretty hard. As are the loungers at the pool.

Extrem nettes Personal. Sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Außergewöhnlich nett , freundlich und fröhlich. Die Pool-Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles da, was man benötigt und mehr. Alles ist sehr sauber und das Frühstück serviert zu bekommen, hatte für uns was Besonderes.

Die Klimaanlage könnte etwas leiser sein ;-)

We loved the apartment with a private pool. And the breakfast was very good and international, served in our apartment. The private outside door where we could park the car was great. All day coffee, tea and water available. Such a nice crew working here. And the distance to the beach, restaurants, and night markets are very short while it is a very quiet neighborhood. We definitely would book this room again. Thank you for the good service Flip and Krathin

Great location, wonderful staff, great breakfast clean private pool, pet friendly, stayed for 3 nights close to restaurants and pubs, would stay again.

Friendly helpful staff, and good sized clean room. The pool has a jacuzzi function and night lights. Lots of options for breakfast, which is delivered to the room. Would be happy to stay again.

The staff were all lovely , the breakfast was served in our room each day - large clean rooms and only a short taxi ride to the centre of Hua Hin We stayed a few extra days , we liked the location a couple of minutes walk from the beach

I loved everything. The location to cafes, bars, and restaurants. The sea views. The spacious room with huge terrace. The microwave and sink. The comfy sofa. The bath and rain shower in a huge bathroom. The gorgeous furniture. The friendliness and helpfulness of the team. Access to the private villa pools when empty. 100% recommend and I plan to go back for longer. It's the perfect space to work and write in.

Nothing. We left after an hour. I lost the money that I payed. The room looked completely different from the pictures in the add. They wanted a crazy amount of extra money for an upgrade. There were mostly Chinese residents who told me payed a lot less. It was obvious that the staff was completely used to complaining guests.

Even in the more expensive room there was nothing. * Small, unclean room. * bad airconditioning * Terrible bed with very old mattress * Hardly no utensils in the kitchenette * No parasol near the pool. * The surrounding area was desolate in a dead end street.

Verschiedene Auswahlmöglichkeiten fürs Frühstück. Servierzeit wird angefragt und aufs Zimmer gebracht. Es ist immer frisches Obst dabei. Unser Zimmer war mit Microwelle und Wasserkocher und einem großen Kühlschrank ausgestatt, die Suite mit Balkon (aber kein Pool) enthielt auch eine Induktionsplatte mit Pfanne + Deckel. Besteck und Geschir ist natürlich dabei. Ist es sauber? = Ja ist es. Normaler standard, wer klinisch reine sauberkeit verlangt, soll sich ein Zimmer im Krankenhaus buchen.

Ich hätte gerne einen Ventilator zusätzlich im Zimmer gehabt, damit nicht immer die Klimaanlage laufen muß aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Zum Strand Hua Hin Beach (hat nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun!!): Ich würde Wasserschuhwerk empfehlen, wegen der scharfen Steine. Sonst ist der Strand gut.

The friendly staff, the well-equipped kitchenette with cookware and condiments which we could cook our meals. We could see the sea through the trees and hear the waves. We could watch Netflix. The staff was very responsive to replace a flickering light in our room. We were pleasantly surprised to find a bathtub. The deck beds were nice to relax on. The chinese-themed decor which makes our stay memorable.

There were loud contraction and expansion sounds coming from the fridge.

Nice little hotel slightly outside of the main centre so a bit quieter. Good location. My room didn't have a private pool but they looked nice. Staff were great

This is a charming boutique hotel and the staff are very nice and polite. We had a private villa with a pool on the ground floor which was very nicely decorated and clean. The pool was a jacuzzi type and was great to use. You could choose your breakfast from a menu and the staff would deliver it at the time you choose between 8am - 10am and it was very good with no complaints. The hotel was better than we expected and we would definitely book again.

Õhtul valisid järgmise hommiku hommikusöögi, lisaks põhiroale toodi juurde röstsaia, kastet, moosi ja erinevaid puu- ja köögivilju. Hommikuti oli erinev. Toitu oli piisavalt ja rohkemgi veel. Toit toodi tuppa, said ise kellaaega valida. Väga mugav ja mõnus oli hommikul väljas seda nautida. Meie jaoks oli kesklinn jalutuskäigu kaugusel, kaugemale oli väga mugav sõita Boldi taksoga, mis oli väga odav, alla 2 euro. Meie hoov oli privaatne ja mõnus oli vabalt basseinis ujuda. Selline vaikne ja rahulik kant. Ei asu kohe mere kaldal, vaid tuli minna ümber aiaga piiratud pargi. Rand oli puhas, rannatoole seal ei olnud. Basseini tuli põles ainult meie seal olemise esimesel ja viimasel õhtul. Kahju, et päike lamamistoolidele paistis ainult varahommikul mõni tunnike, päevitamiseks pidid leidma koha basseini äärel, kus lamamistooli kasutada ei saanud.

Tuba hämar ja mööbel oli ka tume, mis tegi toa veelgi hämaramaks. Natuke selline väsinud ilmega. Ilma tuleta toas olla ei olnud võimalik. Õues oli lüliteid palju, kuid kahjuks kõik ei töötanud, või polnud aru saada mille jaoks need olid. Õues oleks võinud olla väiksem tuli, mis oleks teinud õhtuse istumise hubasemaks.

I loved the whole property, so full of character. The studio was big and very comfortable. The location was a little away from the main Hua hin beach and shops, but there was a quiet beach and coffee shop quite close by. Being surrounded by greenery and nature made it a very relaxing and peaceful experience. If this wasn’t enough to recommend the property, I have to say that all the staff were amazing….. so friendly, helpful and charming xxx

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Zimmer waren sehr gemütlich und hübsch eingerichtet. Frühstück wurde aufs Zimmer gebracht, was super war. Das Personal ist supernett und sehr hilfsbereit! Wir haben an der Rezeption wegen einer Tour mit Wanderung ein Taxi vermittelt bekommen, was uns mehrere Stunden für einen tollen Preis durch die Gegend gefahren hat.

Das Hotel ist ein wenig abgelegen, falls man zum Strand möchte.

Die Ruhe und der Service

Es sind Renovierungen anhänglich Etwas in die Jahre gekommen und Wartung und Reparaturen werden vernachlässigt.

Das Frühstück war gut, aber nicht abwechslungsreich.

Reinigung war nicht sehr besonders.

The two bedroom villa was great. Comfortable bed. Everything was great.

The studio villa bed was too hard for us but everything else was lovely.

… die Einheiten mit eigenem Pool mit Privatsphäre ist etwas einzigartiges. Allerdings bekommt man doch etwas von der Umgebung mit, betr. Ringhörigkeit. Frühstück wird auf die Einheit gebracht - tolle Sache! Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich.

… das Hotel ist etwas vom Zentrum abgelegen - getrübt hat, dass der im Hotel gemietete Motor-Roller nicht über die Hotel-Schlussrechnug genommen werden konnte und die Zahlung in Bar verlangt wurde, zudem noch diskussionen gab. Dass mir in der letzen Nacht der Schalter der Nachtischlampe in der Hand explodierte wegen eines Kurschluss, war dann der Hotel-Managerin kein entgegenkommen oder mindestens eine entschuldig wert. Schade!

Wir haben beim Barfuss laufen im Appartement danach komplett schwarze Fusssohlen gehabt. Nachts lautes Hundegebell, Lage etwas abseits daher meistens ein Bolt/Grab Transport notwendig gewesen. Das hat allerdings super geklappt. Oder man hätte uns ein Tuc Tuc Taxi gerufen. Das Hotel hat uns auch die Nutzung des privaten Pool einer nicht belegten Suite angeboten. Die angegebene Entfernung zum nächsten Strand war zwar korrekt, doch war Baden dort aufgrund der Flut bzw Wellen, die bis zur Mauer hoch schlugen, gar nicht möglich. Insgesamt etwas abseits vom Geschehen, man braucht eine Beförderung.

We have seen a dog in swimming pool - not the fault of hotel but pet may be not allowed

The kind staff, the cleanliness, the existence of a kitchenette, the quiet location, the large size of apartments, the private small pool (not our case though), the acceptance of pets, the chinese decoration details.

Nothing as special, considering the adaptations done to an existing big house to turn it in a small hotel.

Toilettenpapier darf nicht in der Toilette gespült werden.

Freundlich und Hilfsbereit, wir hatten ein sauberes und schönes Zimmer. Das Frühstück wurde uns aufs Zimmer gebracht und hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr sauber und ruhig, sehr nettes Personal, schöner kleiner Pool. Frühstück war gut was im Zimmer serviert wird. Zu reichlich fanden wir es allerdings nicht. Man hatte ein Gericht was man wählen konnte, für alles zusätzliche wurde ein Aufpreis verlangt.

Das Bett , sowie die liegen am Pool waren sehr schlecht.Liegen steinhart, Bett so weich das man jede Feder spürte. Standen jeden Morgen mit Rücken Schmerzen auf. In der Beschreibung wird von 100 Meter zum Strand gesprochen. Das stimmt nicht, der beschriebene Strand ist das Meer ohne Sandstrand was direkt gegen eine Mauer prallt, haben es an 3 unterschiedlichen Tageszeiten versucht zu betreten, keine Chance. Ein Strand ist also nur in Hua Hin City, der ca 2 km entfernt ist.
