BURÇ HOTEL

Das Zimmer war relativ einfach gehalten. Aber sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück lecker. Für eine Nacht Aufenthalt Preis Leistung okay. Urlaub dort zu machen würde ich nicht empfehlen. Da dass Hotel in der Flugschneise liegt und es eine sehr stark Befahren Straße direkt vorm Hotel gibt.

Solo travellers, please be very careful. I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport, but my experience the next morning was extremely concerning. A woman at the café repeatedly insisted on arranging a taxi for me. When the taxi arrived, I saw the driver discreetly hand money to her, so I refused to travel with him. Despite refusing the taxi, I was pressured to pay 700 TL, eventually agreeing to 400 TL. The driver then brought a card machine, but it supposedly did not work, and I was told they were no longer allowed to charge customers that way. A member of reception then spoke to me rudely and told me to leave. As a solo traveller I didn't feel safe please arrange your own taxi

Das Hotel ist für ein bis zwei Übernachtungen völlig ausreichend. Auch das Frühstück ist ausreichend.

Etwas störend ist die Lage in der Nähe des Flughafens, da die startenden Flugzeuge teilweise direkt über das Hotel fliegen und dadurch Fluglärm entsteht. Auch die Straße in unmittelbarer Nähe ist recht stark befahren, sodass es zeitweise ziemlich laut sein kann. Beim Thema Sauberkeit gibt es aus unserer Sicht noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Hier könnte das Hotel sich noch etwas weiterentwickeln.

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times and this time we saw a decline in the cleanliness with lots of tired walls, bedding and decoration that all needs updating.

Clean bedsheets, I had no allergy, not hot in the room, cooler than outside, nice patio, nice pool when it’s hot

Planes are loud but any place in the area can be affected as they change their routes a bit, there can be few at once but mostly one-two random flights and then period of calm If you are without car there’s only one cafe nearby (I got help with Turkish menu), taxis are expensive - 900 lira to sarigerme

La struttura è vicinissima all'aeroporto. La camera era silenziosa nonostante la vicinanza con l'aeroporto. Ha una piscina. Colazione con menù fisso (piatto locale).

La camera e il bagno non erano puliti. Le pareti della camera non vengono verniciate da tanto tempo. La tavoletta del wc era divelta e appoggiata sul sanitario. Il bagno in generale è malridotto. Le foto della camera non corrispondono alla realtà. Dai commenti degli altri ospiti me lo aspettavo e quindi ero preparato.

Zimmer war schmudelig, flecken auf Bettwäsche und Handtüchern. Aus dem Klo spritzte Wasser auf den Boden. Schlüssel passte nicht.

The Rezeption service is wonderful and smell of Jasmin tree is unforgettable❤️

Absolutely abominable, did not match the photos on the booking website at all. Dirty, poorly maintained, facilities were non existent. The water in the shower/toilet stayed at 5 cm across the bathroom for hours. Nowhere to get clean water. The breakfast was minimal. The pool was so filthy and stinky that even passing by felt like a health hazard. The staff demanded full pay before I’ve seen the room, obviously to avoid cancellation. The staff was rude, and intimidating. Avoid at all cost!

Der Eigner war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und bemühte sich aus dem heruntergekommenen Hotel den Aufenthalt so erträglich wie möglich zu machen. Konnte aber leider die negativen Pukte nicht kompensieren. Pool als einziges Heighlight wäre schön und sauber gewesen, war jedoch zu kalt um ihn zu benutzen.

Die Einrichtung war schlimmer als in einem Drittweltland (alles defekt, Strom-Kabel hingen sogar im Badezimmer überall rum, keine Haken um etwas aufzuhängen (resp. abgerissen). Dusche ohne Vorhang direkt neben der Toilette. Frühstück gab es trotz Inklusivangebot keines, Internet unbrauchbar und erst nach dem 3. Wechsel des Zimmers einigermassen benutzbar. Kein Warmwasser zum Duschen.

Good hotel to stay for one night to continue your journey in Turkey. Small, simple, clean. Staff is great, breakfast is good, and thanks for the evening tea!

WiFi doesn't cover all the places in the hotel, so you have to find the right spot to connect to it.

The location is just nearby the airport, most of the car-rental company are just outside.

The staff are helpful but hotel itself is too old and the bed is under low quality. Definially not worth me for 60 pounds for one night.

Забронирована была двухспальная кровать, а дали две отдельных кровати. Вода в душе была холодная. Шумно от машин на дороге и от взлетающих самолётов.

Das Frühstück war im Preis enthalten..sehr liebevoll zubereitet...Personal sehr nett. Schöner Pool und niedliche Balkone..

Leider sind die Bäder sehr verkalkt...Steckdose,Schalter nicht sauber..bessere Reinigung würde dem Hotel zugute kommen....

расположение-3км от аэропорт, менеджер сам предложил и сделал горячий завтрак в 6 утра тк мы рано уезжали - спасибо! все в общем как и на фото. санузел стандарт для такого транзитного бюджет отеля.

1. подушка - это жесть, просто кирпич, спать невозможно 2. оч оч сильный шум от машин на шоссе даже. при закрытых окнах. 3. разорванные полотенца

Chambre propre et assez confortable. Petit déjeuner complet, personnel disponible et accueillant. Par contre la WiFi ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre et l'eau de la salle de bains n'était pas tout le temps chaude.

The convenience of how close it was to the airport. I walked it to and from the airport - Dalaman. The staff were so friendly and even brought extra tea coffee and milk for me.

The hotel was as advertised and the rooms etc matched the star rating. It was what you expect for the price. After a long travel day there was a mix up with our rooms and the manager sorted the issues offering several options. As we arrived late the restaurant was not open. The helpful staff gave us several order in options and we sat in the restaurant area to eat. We could also buy drinks there. The pool was the stand out. A great area to relax. The taxis the staff organised for our early morning departure were waiting when we were ready to leave.

The paint in some of the rooms required attention. Having said that, you weren’t paying for 5 star.

Perfect for a place to stay on arrival at the airport or before departure - very helpful and welcoming staff. It is also very convenient for car rental pickups, so we would definitely recommend this hotel and pool.

It is near the airport so there are advantages and disadvantages of this but it is a great place if you need a hotel near the airport.

Excelente trato

It was adequate for our needs, but the planes go over head all night! Beds were not very comfortable. Staff were very pleasant, helpful and attentive. Breakfast was included in the price and is made to order and was excellent. There are no shops nearby, the nearest cafe was a transport / taxi driver cafe but food was good even if we did get funny looks for being there. The pool area was lovely and looked to have been refurbished recently. The rooms were a bit dated and definitely not double glazed windows. Maybe that it is the hotel’s plan to upgrade the rest going forward. For one night it was acceptable and to a younger generation (we are all 60+ so comfort is more essential) they may well find this a much better experience. Hotel does need to upgrade its WiFi as this was very hit and miss and not worth trying to use as it kept cutting out and the hotel was not full! In a plus side this hotel is very close to the airport and extremely budget friendly.

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war ok. Was sehr gut war, es ist zum Flughafen ca.10 min. entfernt. In der Nähe (5min.zu Fuß) befinden sich viele Offices um Auto zu mieten. Der Service war TOP. Kann ich empfehlen.

The pool is very pretty, the chairs are comfortable and the place looks generally nice. Visually, it is very appealing

I arrived like at 2AM and the room was freezing. Room didn’t properly heat up and the bed (there were three beds in the room) but it was uncomfortable. I didn’t sleep well at all.

Near the airport , a nice locals restaurant is a short cab away.

Very very tired rooms , terrible shower, bathroom ceiling falling in, no bar or restaurant . Holes in towels, no remote for AC.

L'endroit est désaffecté. Ne correspond pas du tout aux photos. J'ai payé mais ne suis pas resté dans cet hôtel, je ne me suis pas sentie en sécurité. Je pense qu'il faut bannir ce genre d'endroit sur Booking.com.
