Ramada by Wyndham Dalaman

Staff very nice and helpful

The room on the ground floor I didn’t like and specifically in my room was a lots of ants all over

Kahvaltı zengindi.

Konumu havaalanına yakın ancak ulaşım kolay değil.

Close to hotel and great for a late arrival stopover

Very clean

Ideally placed for onward travel in Turkey

It was clean, pillows were nice & comfortable. The rooms were lovely & spacious. The reception area was very nice, we could relax there while waiting for our transfer.

Nothing

Friendly personnel. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Close to the airport.

Alcohol was expensive. A little far fron the city center.

Yatağın rahatlığı

Things are simply unfinished and rushed. Towel rails, toilet roll holders etc are not mounted properly, even the stairs in the pool are not secured, they move a lot. It just feels like someone should have screwed everything one more time. A couple of ladies at the reception were lovely, rest of the team, especially a gentlemen sitting by the pool bar area, assuming the manager, was quite rude. No real service around anyone asking if you need anything whilst around the pool bar or saying good morning etc as you are passing. This was not expected from a Ramada.

Close to the airport

Not so good for 5 star hotel

Clean

The location wasn’t good Not much variety for breakfast The reception staff weren’t very friendly - needs improvement

Great hotel, stopped before and will come back!

Reasonable distance to airport and modern looking with excellent bar and restaurant facilities. Staff very polite and helpful.

For an overnight stay between travel days it was more than adequate.

Very clean and attractive pool area

The staff were very attentive and excellent.

Receptionist MS DENIS AND SETAREH were very nice, professional and helpful , they always go extra mile to help

N/A

Clean, comfy, tidy, spacious, well presented.

Breakfast was uninteresting.

Ideal hotel to stay if you don't get on your flight at the airport. It is only 10 minutes away from the airport by taxi. Dalaman town was only 15 minute walking distance. Good value. No trouble getting a room at very short notice.

The room was small, couldn't unpack my siutcase easily. The TV didnt have BBC news or Sky news. Nothing worth watching.

i like location, very friendly staff .

they haven't got good enough dinner and lunch selection

Close to airport. Charming staff who were smiling and helpful. Comfortable rooms.

Breakfast doesn’t start until 7am - too late for travellers with an early flight.

The standard of the hotel - not only reception and our room but all areas of the hotel that we visited - was excellent, lovely even. The staff and service was also wonderful: reception staff were friendly, helpful and efficient; staff in the restaurant at breakfast were friendly and attentive. As a hotel near the airport before a flight or after a late arrival this is as close to perfect as you can get.

This is an airport hotel. It's not somewhere to spend a week on holiday. The immediate surroundings are not pretty and there are flight paths overhead. You know that when you book - that's the deal it's not a problem or a negative really.

The hotel was very convenient for Dalaman airport especially when arriving late. The restaurant was open until 11.00pm and the reception staff were very helpful in getting us a taxi and directing us to the town for shopping.

Breakfast finished very promptly at 10.00am!

Good room, staff and breakfast. Convenient for Dalaman airport.

Room smelt of smoking

Very convenient location to the airport . Not far from shops and restaurants. Staff are super friendly. The breakfast was excellent.

You could tell we were out of season. No pool. Our room wasn’t the cleanest there was medication left in the room from previous guests . The shower cubicle had mould. This was our second time staying so we knew what the standards are usually like.

Lage direkt am Flughafen, Komfortabel!

The staff are wonderful friendly and always extremely helpful The room was spotless and exceeded my expectations with the size of the room and comfort of the bed. The guys on the front desk were charming lovely people The one night I went upstairs to enjoy the music was a great fun night of Turkish music My cappuccino was constantly flowing whenever I asked for one Overall I really enjoyed my stay...the hotel is 5 minutes from the airport which was so convenient

The only thing which that I could say that did not add to my experience was the food. The breakfast was fine, I suppose I only tried a main course twice but that was enough. I probably wasn't that adventurous about my selection either, but I didn't run back so maybe others were happy with theirs....most definitely it didn't take away anything from my stay so I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone ♥️

The property exceeded my expectations. The staff was very courteous especially the manager Mr. Ingin (if I remember his name correctly). I would definitely like to come back again.

the staff were absolutely amazing, they catered to our every need . they let us keep our bags jn the baggage room and were happy to open it as many times as we asked. they called us a taxi multiple times a day without any questions. staff in the kitchen were fabulous too . the table tennis kept us entertained.

only one pool which can get crowded quick also they allow smoking in the rooftop restaurant even though its an enclosed space.

New, modern, clean and pleasant staff

I liked the cleanliness of the entire property

Breakfast could have more options

Clean and lovely

Pool too cold

Nice comfortable room, comfy bed and linen! The staff was friendly and open to help. I liked the breakfasts there, there is a big choice of food. Hamam and gym is included. So felt very cosy and comfortable in this hotel!

Everything was fine!

Excellent for a airport stop over, but wouldn’t use it for a holiday

Comfortable, clean, great bed, shower & breakfast.

Very friendly people I hope they stay like that such a great team they got there and the facility is in a good location

The view was good and there top roof bar is amazing the rooms are so clean as well

Location near airport

Prefect in every way

Solides Hotel. Frühstück sehr gut

Kein Charme!

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was very spacious and comfortable.

Great hotel very close to the airport. Friendly welcome at check in at 1.30am! Comfortable large room. Delicious breakfast included. Great value for money

Staff were very friendly.

Room was a bit small, but perfect for our needs.

Personal wahren sehr hilfsbreit Frühstück wahren sehr frisch und viel auswahl

During our stay at this Ramada hotel, we experienced several unusual issues. Surprisingly, the hotel did not have a bellboy service, which is unexpected for an international hotel brand. Despite the good location, we had to carry and move our luggage ourselves, which reduced overall convenience. The location of the hotel was good and accessible, but the internet service did not work properly and was unreliable throughout the stay. This caused inconvenience, especially for guests who require stable connectivity. Breakfast was just acceptable—neither bad nor impressive—and remained average overall. Other hotel services were also average and did not stand out in terms of quality or efficiency. The room itself was fine and reasonably comfortable, especially when considered in relation to the price paid. Overall, the stay felt value-for-money in terms of room quality, but service gaps and missing basic facilities affected the experience.

Felszereltség, szolgáltatás, szoba elhelyezkedés, tisztaság kiváló, a személyzet segítőkész, a reggeli és a szállás kertje a medencével, terasza mesés.

Alles war bestens. Wir sind zufrieden. Sie sind sehr hilfsbereit.

Friendly staff, five star service

Everything

It was good location. Breakfast was very good as well.

The shower room was looking new but the water wasn’t coming right. We also had a Turkish bath and massage but massage was too harsh even when my partner asked to make it softer- it was still harsh. Also there was a dead fly on the floor in the room for a few days as I was hoping they will clean when the cleaner will come - but it was there up until the end of our stay. If not location and breakfast I would 100% regret staying there

Comfy bed, nice room service, great breakfast

Just 1 channel in English Gym was very small

Location to Dalaman airport it was ver clean and we had an upgrade to king suite

Restaurant portions were mean and staff were not attentive! Chips came late but were nice and tasty !
